Method for starting up a once-through steam generator The subject of the main patent is a method for starting up a steam generator operating in forced-flow mode, in which water from the feed water tank is circulated through part of the pipe system and back into the tank during heating, with the water being circulated between the evaporator and the superheater Return to the feed water tank is taken from the pipe system,
the water in the superheater is evaporated during heating and this steam is taken from the superheater.
The present invention relates to a further development of the subject matter of the main patent and is characterized in that the water is taken from the pipe system for return to the feed water tank at a point between the evaporator and an after-evaporator arranged in front of the superheater.
The invention is explained in more detail below using the drawing, for example.
The once-through steam generator shown in the drawing essentially has a feed water tank 1, a preheater 3, an evaporator 31, a post-evaporator 32, a liquid separator 4 and a superheater 6. In normal operation, the working medium is pressed through the pipe system 3, 31, 32, 6 by means of the feed pump 2 with a delivery pressure corresponding to the operating pressure to be maintained, and in this case by the radiation of the furnace 20 in the combustion chamber 21 and by the flue gases in the flue gas 22 heated.
The resulting superheated steam flows through a line 7 not signed th consumption points from which the working medium in the form of condensate is returned to the feed water tank 1. While the steam generator described is being heated up, a valve 5 is closed by means of a hand wheel 14, so that the working medium conveyed by the feed pump 2 is initially returned to the feedwater tank 1 via an open valve 8 through a line 9 in the form of water.
The line 9 is connected between the evaporator 31 and the arranged in front of the superheater 6 after evaporator 32 to the pipe system of the steam generator. This ensures that part of the pipe system no longer has to be included in the water circulation during the start-up circulation process, which part is no longer endangered by excessively high temperatures due to the constructive arrangement.
During the period of this working medium circulation, the circulated water warms up more and more. After some time, a steam-water mixture is formed at the connection point of the line 9 to the pipe system, that is between the evaporator 31 and the secondary evaporator 32, the water content of which decreases more and more. When the water content has decreased to such an extent that the remaining amount can also be discharged from the separator 4 through a line 10, normal continuous operation can be used.
First of all, the valve 5 is opened and the valve 8 is closed, so that the steam from the evaporator 31 passes on to the post-evaporator 32. If a valve 11 in a discharge line 12, which was open during the heating and through which the steam generated in the superheater 6 during this time, was also closed, the superheated high-pressure steam now generated can reach the consumption points through the line 7 .
The two valves 5 and 8 act as overflow valves during normal operation, which are controlled by a pressure pulse generator 13 so that the valve 5 keeps the pressure in the evaporation part of the pipe system of the steam generator according to the operating steam pressure, while the valve 8 opens when the The pressure in the evaporation section exceeds the operating steam pressure by a certain amount.
