Wege zunächst in Dampf übergeführt.
Steam power plant with high and low pressure consumers. It is known,
To generate steam that a liquid working medium under a pressure that
the formation of steam is prevented, heated and then throttled. With this throttling
the result is steam, which transfers its heat of vaporization to the remaining liquid working medium
removes. So it is not the entire working fluid that is converted into steam, but rather
only part of it.
The present invention is a
further refinement of this process, specifically for a steam power plant with
High and low pressure consumers. The working equipment is based on the one just described
Paths initially converted into steam. A certain amount of liquid falls here
from high pressure. This liquid is throttled again according to the invention
and then fed to a low pressure boiler as feed water.
Ein Brenner i beheizt
When throttling those failing in the first stage of the procedure
Liquid, in turn, creates a certain amount of vapor. This can according to the invention
together with the steam generated in the low-pressure system, the low-pressure consumers
be fed. ' In the figure is the scheme, a steam power plant that
works according to the method just described. A burner i heated
a pipe system a, to which the liquid working medium is fed by a pump 3.
The pressure in the pipe system z is so great that vapor formation cannot occur.
The pressure of the heated working medium is reduced by the throttle valve 5
and introduced the resulting vapor-liquid mixture into a container 6, the
Pressure is less than that in the heater a. The resulting steam is through the pipe
7 after overheating 8 and from there through a line 14 to a high pressure machine
9 headed. io is a low-pressure machine which is connected to the high-pressure machine through a line i i
9 is connected. The condensate of the machinery flows out of its condenser
15 to a feed water tank 16 from which the pump 3 takes the feed water.
The liquid precipitating in the container 6 reaches the low-pressure boiler17, its
Steam is superheated in a superheater 8 and fed to the machine io, by
the new arrangement makes it possible for the high and low pressure parts of the power plant
to generate the required steam for the most part by supplying heat in the high-pressure system
and thereby making the boiler system relatively small, as the high-pressure heater
z has a greater capacity than the low-pressure boiler 17.
