15a in Verbindung.
Hand lubrication press In common one-hand lubrication presses, the handle is also designed as a grease container, which means that it is subject to a restriction from the outset with regard to its dimensions and capacity. In many cases, however, practice requires a one-hand lubricator that is easy to use with the greatest possible capacity.
The present invention now relates to a manual lubricating press which, due to its large grease absorption capacity, meets these practical requirements. Depending on the length of the lubricant container, a short, handy, with relatively small grease content, or a long manual grease gun with a large grease content can be produced.
The invention consists in that the lubricant container and pressure tube are arranged on different sides of the handle, that the part of the pressure tube and the lubricant container adjacent to the handle is at least approximately coaxial with each other and transversely run to the longitudinal axis of the handle,
The spring-loaded low-pressure piston of the lubricant container provided for the delivery to the high-pressure piston and for the lubricant refill is connected via a roller and a pulling element to the pull handle for the retraction of the low-pressure piston and one each on the pressure pipe for the outlet of the lubricant and on the valve head Connection coupling is provided for a grease nipple,
wherein the one connection coupling leads into the low-pressure chamber of the lubricant container. In the drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown, namely shows:
Fig. 1 is a side view of the lubricating gun, Fig. 2 is a longitudinal section through the same, on a larger scale, with the lubricant outlet pipe removed, Fig. 3 is a partial plan view of Fig. 1 and Fig. 4 is a section through the coupling mouth piece for the lubricant replenishment of the lubricant medium container by means of a filling device.
The manual lubrication press shown has a valve head 1 provided with a handle 2, in the connection of which is located above the handle connector 1 'the cylindrical lubricant container 3, which has a relatively large capacity, is detachably screwed in and rests with the flanged edge on a sealing ring 4.
In the container 3 a provided with a cuff 5 low-pressure piston 6 is mounted, which last terer is loaded by a compression spring 7 and ent against the action of the latter by means of a roller and a pulling member 8 and a pulling handle 9 in the cylinder 3 against the removable cover 21 is retractable.
The valve head 1 contains a pressure cylinder 10 in which a piston 11 is mounted, which can be actuated by means of a lever 12 which is assigned to the handle 2 and is articulated on the valve head 1. The pressure cylinder 10 is on the one hand connected to the low-pressure chamber of the lubricant container 3 via a suction valve 13 and on the other hand via a pressure valve 14 to the high-pressure channel 15 or 15a.
The pressure tube 16 for the lubricant outlet, which is provided with a coupling nozzle 17 and is connected to the channel 15 in the illustrated case, can be connected to the high-pressure channels 15, 15a provided with a connecting thread, while the channel 15a is connected to an easily detachable, for the Completion of the channel 15 serving closure pin 18 is completed.
On the side of the valve head 1 is a connecting coupling 19 with check valve 20 opening into the low pressure chamber of the lubricant container, which is used to fill the lubricant container by means of a filling device.
For normal filling of the lubricant container 3, its front, open end is immersed in the lubricant after removal from the valve head 1 and the container is soaked with lubricant by simultaneously pulling back the train handle 9, the compression spring 7 being tensioned. While the low-pressure piston 6 is held in the retracted position on the pulling element 8, the container 3 filled with lubricant is screwed onto the connector 1 'of the press at the same time.
Contrary to the action of a spring (not shown) acting on the lever 12, the piston 11 emerges from the cylinder 10 under the action of the lubricant under the pressure of the low-pressure piston 6 or the spring 7, in that lubricant enters the cylinder chamber through the suction valve 13 10 penetrates. When the lever 12 is pressed, the piston 11 presses the lubricant out of the cylinder 10 through the pressure valve 14 into the high pressure channel 15 or 15a and from there through the pipe 16 to the lubrication point.
For this purpose, the lubrication gun can be connected to the lubrication nipple of any lubrication point by means of the connection coupling 17.
To fill the lubricant container by means of a filling device, it is connected to the connection nipple of a filling pump via the coupling mouthpiece 19 which is provided on the side of the valve head 1 and opens into the pressure chamber of the lubricant container.
In contrast to the coupling mouthpiece 17 of the lubricant outlet pipe 16, the coupling mouthpiece 19 is equipped with a non-return valve 20, which prevents lubricant from escaping from the lubricant container 3. Pressure pipe 16 and lubricant container 3 are arranged on different sides of the handle 2.
The part of the pressure tube 16 adjacent to the handle and the lubricant container 3 are arranged coaxially and run transversely to the longitudinal axis of the handle 2.
