Fig. 1 zeigt einen Querschnitt durch eine Vor hang-Hohlprofilschiene mit zwei Zugstrangkanälen und einem Kanal für die Vorhang-Lauforgane und -Mitnehmer; Fig. 2 ist eine Draufsicht der Vorhangschiene nach Fig. 1, mit Teilen im Längsschnitt;
Curtain pulling device The invention relates to a curtain pulling device with two strands of a pull cord, each guided in a channel of the curtain rail, and with two curtain drivers each engaging one strand. If, in such curtain pulling devices, the pull cord on its strands running in the curtain rail is inaccessible for manipulation of the drivers from the outside,
the arrangement of the curtain driver in the correct position causes considerable difficulties, especially for the non-specialist, and at least time losses for the specialist, and he usually has to change the setting of the driver on the tension cord several times until the two curtains to be drawn close exactly in the middle of the device. With the present invention, a technical solution is proposed with which these parts are fixed by the one driver is attached to any point on a strand,
while the connection of the other driver with the other strand is provided so that it can be displaced at any point on the same, as the tension cord should be able to slip relative to this second driver if necessary if the two drivers along the tension cord do not have the correct distance from each other.
This results in the possibility of attaching the drivers to the tension cord without precisely measuring the length of the tension, and afterwards the automatic correction simply by continuing to pull the tension cord.
According to the invention, protruding noses of one driver penetrate into one strand of the tension cord in one channel of the curtain rail, while the other strand alternately rests against noses of the other driver protruding into the other channel as a result of the tension cord guide through the channel wall so that the through Zug moved Zug- Strand normally carries this driver with it, but when the latter is queuing it can slip against a stop on the nose.
The subject matter of the invention will then be explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment presented on the accompanying drawing.
Fig. 1 shows a cross-section through a curtain hollow profile rail with two tension cord channels and a channel for the curtain running members and drivers; Figure 2 is a top plan view of the curtain track of Figure 1, with parts in longitudinal section;
Fig. 3 is a view of a driver; 4 shows a cross section through the driver according to FIG. 3, and FIG. 5 shows a cross section through a curtain hollow profile rail with two channels for the running elements and driver and two tension cord channels.
The curtain hollow profile rail 1 according to FIGS. 1 and 2 has two generally cylindri cal, synchronous draft drink channels 2 and 3 and between these a channel 4 for the curtain driver 5 and 6 and not shown in the drawing curtain slider, which channel to the outside Has rail longitudinal slot 7 and is connected to the channels 2 and 3 by a respective longitudinal slot 2 'and 3'. The drivers 5 and 6 each have a guide sliding body made of plastic, for. B.
Nylon, with an embedded in it, on one side of it before standing sheet metal insert 8, which protrudes the part forms three lugs 9, which are arranged in the same alignment and widen towards their outer end in the alignment plane.
With these lugs, one driver 5 protrudes through the longitudinal slot 2 'into the tension cord channel 2 and the other driver 6 through the longitudinal slot 3' into the tension cord channel 3, while the sliding bodies of the driver in the channel 4 are longitudinally displaceable on the rail 1.
The one driver 5 is hooked with its two outer lugs 9 at each end 10 of the train strand 11 by these lugs traverse the train and the two pull cord ends between the corresponding outer and the middle nose of the driver are secured against tearing ge, what z. B. in nylon tensile cords by fusing the tensile cord strands or cord from hemp strands by tying off the ends. The driver 5 is thereby firmly connected to the tension cord and at the same time couples its two ends to one another.
The connec tion of the driver with the tension cord takes place outside the rail, of course, after the tension cord has been drawn into the two tension cord channels 2 and 3 and into the deflector 12 arranged at one end of the rail and the deflector 13 provided at the other end of the rail and before one of the two end pieces 12 and 13 is connected to the rail. The engagement of the driver lugs in the tension cord can only be released again outside the rail.
The connection between the other driver 6 and the tension cord 11 takes place in such a way that the latter is inserted between the three lugs 9 of the driver, and after this driver has been pushed into the rail, the tightened tension cord alternately at the lugs the tension cord guide rests through the duct wall and, as a result of its wavy course, engages the lugs sufficiently to carry the driver along normally.
On the mutual position of the two drivers on the tension cord need not be particularly paid attention to when installing the curtain pulling device described enclosed. The first attachment of the driver 5 and then the driver 6 has the consequence that the latter is initially further away from the closing center of the curtains moving in opposite directions than the driver 5.
Therefore, the two drivers are moved by pulling on the appropriate strand into the gathering position of the curtains, with the driver 6 coming to a queue first. If the pull is continued while overcoming additional friction, the pull cord then slips onto the noses of the driver 6 until the driver 5 is also in the gathering position, which brings about the correction of the drivers.
With the correction of the mutual spacing of the drivers along the tension cord achieved in this way, the two curtains will meet exactly in the middle of the device when they are closed again. This automatic correction also results in the event that the tension cord becomes longer in use.
In the curtain hollow profile rail 14 according to Fig. 5, where the two drivers 5 and 6 are each guided in a barrel organ channel 15 and 16 and thus do not come to each other to stand, not shown stops for the rail in the drawing Be attached to the determination of the closed position of the two curtains, in which the two curtains overlap more or less with their adjacent ends.
The initial attachment of the driver on the tension cord can be corrected in an analogous manner to the rail profile according to Fig. 1. Both drivers 5 and 6 are in use completely within the rail 1 and are of the same shape and symmetrically designed so that any confusion between them and theirs That remains unimportant. The cutouts between the. On the middle nose, noses form a semicircular fluted neck 16 on which the slipping tension cord is guided. The thickness of the sheet metal insert is dimensioned so that the middle or the two outer lugs, e.g.
B. can be separated with a hand tool so that the driver, as usual, can be used by z. B. the two outer lugs are designed to hang the tension cord ends.
