Suspension and pulling device for curtains and the like. The subject of the invention is a pulling up and pulling device for curtains and df # r #, - leicllen with support members which can be displaced on a hollow profile sleeve, for their displacement at least one in a separate guide channel of the rail of this enclosed tension cord longitudinally displaceable r vr, r runs,
into which one of the support members, which can be moved in a second channel of the rail, is intended to be carried along (> r driver penetrates., which is guided in the hollow profile rail.
According to the invention, the connecting element is designed as a body that cannot be dismantled, whose per se detachable engagement with the pull rod by guiding these two. Organ is secured in the hollow profile rail.
An embodiment of the device according to the invention with. Variants are shown on the accompanying drawing.
F sharp. 1 is. a view from below of a curtain support and Zugvorriehtun g with partially gone,., Eelte Hohlprofilsebiene.
) 1'ig. \? is a side view of FIG. 1. FIG. 3 shows a cross section along the line 3-3 in FIG. 2, but in a larger scale, and FIGS. 4 and 5 show two other hollow profile elements in cross section.
The curtain support and pulling device in Fig. 1 to 3 has a hollow profile rail 10, for example made of aluminum, brass. Plastics and the like, with two rvlindrisehen, parallel guide channels 11 for the two longitudinally displaceable ver running strands of an endless tension cord 12 and separately in the middle between. of the..
Channels 11. A channel 13 for sliders 14 which can be slid therein as support members, which are guided in an outwardly and downwardly opening Lä.ngssehlitz 15 of the rail 10 and carry the curtain 17 on pivotable hooks 16. The two tensile cord channels 11 are connected to the channel 13 inside the profile of the rail 10 in their common axial plane each through a longitudinal slot 18, the longitudinal axis of which is practically also in the aforementioned axial plane and the height of which corresponds to the diameter of the tensile cord channels 11.
is adjusted for the purpose of restricting the height of the rail profile as much as possible, the rail 10 enclosing the tension cord 12, which has only an appropriate thickness, while leaving sufficient lateral play for easy sliding. The rail profile can be included in the described. Restrict the arrangement of the channels 11 and 13 for conventional pull curtains while fully preserving their sliding ability and the functionality of the pulling device to the previously uncommonly low height of, for example, only 7 mm.
The Beweb tngsverbindungen between the curtain 17 and the one strand of the train strand 12. provides a non-dismountable, one-piece body designed driver 19, which is made entirely of plastic, such as. B.
Nylon, and in the channel 13 and the longitudinal slot 15 at the front side with a glider 1-1 t cooperate, preferably at the points that are symmetrically arranged by the glider's center of gravity.
The driver 19 crosses one of the two connecting slots 18 and has in the associated channel 11 two projections 20 arranged at a distance from one another in the displacement direction, which penetrate one of the two abutting ends of the tension cord 7 2 from the slot side 18, so that the Driver gleie: @ - serves as a coupling element to form an endless tension cord.
The in look releasable insertion of the driver projections 20 in the tension cord, preferably made of braided emery, takes place before the driver 19 is pushed into the rail 1.0, expediently in pre-punched holes, while the driver then engages in the tension cord when the driver is then inserted into the rail is only secured by guiding the tie rod and tension cord in the rail I. A possible pulling out is prevented by binding and painting the free ends of the tension cord.
The driver 19, which practically fills the clear width of the connecting slot 18, also prevents parts of the free ends of the tension cord from entering this slot and causing jamming. The driver 19 protruding into the longitudinal slot 15 is, like the C conductor 14, guided in the longitudinal direction of the rail on flanges 21 protruding from the said slot.
At one end of the hollow profile rail 10 is a one-piece tension cord deflection body 2 and at the other end of the rail a one-piece tension cord deflection body 23, both made of plastic, such as B. nylon attached.
The deflection body 22 is intended for deflecting the tension cord 12 from one tension cord channel 11 into the other, while the deflection body 23 is provided with two tension cord channels 24 each having a right-angled bend, the latter of which is remote from the rail , vertically to the Sehienenriehtung ausmün Dende ends 25 are arranged offset to one another in Sehienenriehtung,
so that the strands of the baffle 2 3 for manual operation of the pulling device hang down the pull cord loop 26 at a distance from one another.
The ends of the tension cord can, instead of being coupled to one another, hang freely from the deflector 23 at the same end of the rail or at each end of the rail, in which case the rail has the profile shown in FIG. can have only one tension cord guide channel 11, and one channel 13 for the slider.
The driver no longer has to fulfill the additional function of a coupling element. The rail, as well as the tension cord, deflector bodies at their ends are not shown here. Outer longitudinal flanges 27 are provided, with which they can be inserted into a holding plate? 8 with suitable support flanges 29.
The rail according to Fig. 5 has two ge separately running side by side ZuL: - strand guide channels 11 each aussenseitiö a slide channel 13, so that by means of an endless tension cord two complementary parts of a multi-part curtain can be moved in opposite directions in a known manner.
By using drivers and sliders made of noise-dampening and easy-to-slide plastic, such as nylon, the noisy sliding or rolling of metallic moving parts on the support and guide rail that has normally occurred up to now is completely avoided, while the structural design described results in a considerable reduction in the rail profile - Higher compared to the previously used profiles.
