Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. 326717 Dose für elektrische Installationen Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Dose für elektrische Installationen nach dem Patentan spruch des Hauptpatentes. Sie hat also einen Dosen körper und einen an diesem wegnehmbar befestigten Abschlussdeckel, der quer zu seiner Ebene stehende Blattfedern aufweist, die sich bei geschlossener Dose zur wegnehmbaren Befestigung des Deckels am Dosenkörper federnd an die Innenseite des letzteren anlehnen.
Die Dose gemäss vorliegender Erfindung ist da durch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Blattfedern durch eine Traverse miteinander verbunden sind, die web nehmbar am Deckelkörper montiert ist und zur Sicherung der Lage eines wegnehmbaren Teils des Deckelkörpers dient.
Beiliegende Zeichnung zeigt eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemässen Dose. Darin ist .
Fig. 1 eine räumliche Darstellung der Dose mit teilweise auf dem Dosenkörper aufgestecktem Deckel, Fig. 2 eine räumliche Darstellung der Innenseite des Deckels und Fig. 3 ein Schnitt durch den Deckel.
Die Dose hat einen Dosenkörper 1 und einen Aufsteckdeckel la mit den Blattfedern 3, welche sich wie im Hauptpatent beschrieben zum Festhalten des Deckels 2 infolge ihrer Elastizität an die Innen seite des Dosenkörpers 1 anpressen.
Der z. B. aus Kunststoff (z. B. Bakelit) oder aus Blech bestehende Deckelkörper 2, 4 hat einen weg nehmbaren Teil 4, der in einem zentralen Loch 5 eines weiteren Deckelteils 2 drehbar angeordnet ist. Dieser Deckelteil 4 hat an seiner Aussenseite eine Bezeichnung 6 in Farm eines L, welches darauf hin weisen soll, dass die Dose an eine Lichtleitung ange schlossen ist. Der Deckelteil 4 hat weiter einen Aussenflansch 12, der sich auf einem Innenflansch 13 des übrigen Deckelteils 2 abstützt, so dass der Deckelteil 4 mit dem übrigen Deckelteil 2 an der Innen- und Aussenfläche bündig liegt und an einem Herausfallen aus dem übrigen Deckelteil nach aussen verhindert ist.
Auf der Innenseite hat der wegnehm- bare Deckelteil 4 in seinem Zentrum einen Vorsprung in Form eines Stiftes 7, welcher mit dem Deckel teil 4 aus einem Stück hergestellt oder in den Teil 4 eingesetzt istjoder an diesem sonstwie befestigt sein kann. Die beiden Blattfedern 3 bilden die abgebo genen Enden einer Traverse 8, welche in ihrer Mitte ein Loch 9 zur Aufnahme des Stiftes 7 aufweist.
Im gezeigten Beispiel bestehen die Blattfedern 3 mit der Traverse 8 aus einem Stück. In einer andern Aus führungsform könnten die Federn 3 aber auch an den Enden der Traverse 8 befestigt, z. B. festge schweisst, sein.
Der Deckel 2 hat :an seiner Innenseite ausserhalb des Teils 4 zwei Bajonettverschlussteile 10 in Form von Lappen, die an ihrem einen Ende 11 am Deckelteil 2 befestigt sind, während sie in ihrem übrigen Teil im Abstand zur Innenfläche des Deckel teils 2 stehen. In der in den Fig. 2 und 3 dargestell ten Lage der Teile greift der Stift 7 des Deckelteils 4 lose in das Loch 9 der Traverse B.
Diese Traverse ist in der Stellung der Fig. 2 zwischen den Deckelkörper 2, 4 und die Lappen 10 eingedreht, so dass sie also mit Hilfe eines Bajonettverschlusses 10, 10 am Deckelteil 2 gehalten ist.
In dieser Lage sichert die Traverse 8 den wegnehmbaren Deckelteil 4 in axialer Lage nach innen, und zwar so, dass der Deckelteil 4 immer noch gedreht werden kann, um die Bezeich nung 6 wenn nötig in die richtige Lage bringen zu können.
Der Deckelteil 4 kann die verschiedensten Be zeichnungen tragen, so z. B. A für einen Aufzug, H für eine Heizung, R für Radio, K für Kraftstrom, <I>S</I> für eine Sonnerie, <I>W</I> für Wärme, <I>T</I> für Telephon oder z. B. auch die Bezeichnung T -f- T oder andere Bezeichnungen. Es kann auch ein neutraler Deckel teil 4 eingesetzt werden, der keine Bezeichnung trägt, oder anstatt Buchstaben können andere Bezeich nungen, wie z. B. ein oder mehrere Ringe, vorgesehen sein.
Will man den Deckelteil 4 auswechseln, so dreht man die Traverse 8 mit den Federn 3 im Uhrzeiger sinn der Fig. 2, bis die Traverse 8 unter den Lappen 10 hervortritt und weggenommen werden kann.
Hier auf entfernt man den Deckelteil 4 aus der Öffnung 5, setzt einen neuen Deckelteil 4 ein und steckt die Traverse 8 wiederum auf den Stift 7 auf, wobei die Traverse sich zwischen den beiden Lappen 10 be findet, und dreht hernach die Traverse 8 im Gegen uhrzeigersinn der Fig. 2 wiederum in die Lage dieser Figur. Hernach dreht man wenn nötig den nunmehr in seiner Lage gesicherten Teil 4 so lange, bis sich dessen Bezeichnung 6 in richtiger Lage befindet.
