  Dichtungsmasse für Korkstücke
Korkstücke, z. B. in Form von Flaschenzapfen, haben den Nachteil, dass sie infolge ihrer Porosität nicht dicht sind. Bei Flaschenzapfen kann durch die Porosität der sogenannte Zapfengeschmack entstehen.



   Das vorliegende Patent betrifft eine Dichtungsmasse für Korkstücke, insbesondere in Form von Flaschenzapfen oder Dichtungsscheiben für Flaschenverschlüsse, welche Masse dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie natürlichen oder künstlichen Kautschuk, ein Weichmachungsmittel für den Kautschuk, ein hochsiedendes Lösungsmittel und Korkmehl enthält.



   Als Weichmachungsmittel kann z. B. ein Acrylsäurederivat verwendet werden.



   Die Dichtungsmasse hat z. B. die folgende Zusammensetzung (die Prozente bedeuten Gewichtsprozente) :    2030 /o    Kautschuk, unvulkanisiert    5-15 o/o    Acrylsäurebutylester    30-45       /o    eines Gemisches von
Paraffinkohlenwasserstoffen vom Siedepunkt   1602600C       1525 /o    Korkmehl
Die Masse kann von Hand oder mit Apparaten auf die Korkstücke aufgetragen, z. B. aufgespachtelt, werden. Das Korkmehl kann vor der Verwendung zur Herstellung der Masse gebleicht werden, z. B. durch Wasserstoffsuperoxyd,   SO2-D ämpfe    oder   Cl2-Gas.   



  Die Masse kann sowohl auf Naturkork als auch auf   Kunsbkork    (Presskork) aufgetragen werden. Bei Flaschenzapfen kann durch die Dichtungsmasse der sogenannte Zapfengeschmack vermieden werden.  



   PATENTANSPRUCH
Dichtungsmasse für Korkstücke, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie natürlichen oder künstlichen Kautschuk, ein Weichmachungsmittel für den Kautschuk, ein hochsiedendes Lösungsmittel und Korkmehl enthält.



   UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Dichtungsmasse nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie als Weichmacher ein Acrylsäurederivat und als Lösungsmittel mindestens einen hochsiedenden Paraffinkohlenwasserstoff enthält.



   2. Dichtungsmasse nach   Patentanspruch    und Unteranspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie als Weichmacher einen Acrylsäureester enthält.
