Fig. 1 eine schematische Seitenansicht der Kippeinrichtung in der Stellung, in der ihr Ansetzen an dem zu kippenden Wagen beginnt;
Fig. 2 die gleiche Ansicht nach vollendetem Anschluss an den zu kippenden Wagen;
A device for tilting single-sided tippers, having a cylinder with piston actuated by pressure medium
The invention relates to a device for tilting single-sided tippers, which device has a pressure medium-actuated, standing cylinder with piston.
In the case of the single-sided tippers of low design, which are widely used for driving out tunnels and filling dumps and the like, in which the tipping body cannot be mounted so high that automatic tipping is possible and where the installation of your own mechanical tipping device is not worthwhile, usually makes it difficult to operate the tilting process Stationary tipping points with mechanical aids can only be arranged in rare cases because the material to be poured must always be delivered on the embankment while moving.
Hand winches, compressed air transmission winches and compressed air telescopic cylinders are known as auxiliary tools for tilting the tipping body. While the first two must be transported by hand, the latter requires its own lane next to the track. All of the auxiliary tools mentioned are not entirely satisfactory.
The hand winch works too slowly and the compressed air transmission winch in the usual design does not have the required operational reliability. In the case of the compressed air telescopic cylinder, in addition to the required special roadway, it is felt to be disadvantageous that it works jerkily, which occasionally results in accidents and unpleasant operational disruptions due to the dump truck falling on the embankment.
The invention proposes a device that does not have the disadvantages of the previously known devices and is intended to bring about the tilting and also the previously impossible retrieval of the tilting structure relatively quickly, smoothly and controllably. The device is characterized in that engagement means are provided at the lower free end of the piston rod and at the lower end of the cylinder for releasable connection with engagement means on the chassis or the tilting structure, the piston rod at its free end supporting a pump and drive motor and the control device Transport device is pivoted.
As far as the connection lines from the pump to the cylinder allow, the free end of the piston rod is preferably detachable from the transport device so that the jack can also be removed from the transport device by hand and attached to the tipper, depending on the local conditions.
The engagement means on the piston rod and cylinder or on the chassis and tilting structure are expediently designed as double-cheeked attack hooks or bolts engaging in them, the contact surfaces being suitably convex.
The engagement bolt on the cylinder is expediently provided on a pivotable ring placed around the cylinder. In this way, there is a certain amount of play in the cylinder attachment, so that the cylinder aligns itself and thus the transfer of bending stress to the piston rod is avoided. So you can make the cylinder relatively small and light. The ring expediently carries paired rolling cams engaging in a collar at the end of the cylinder on its lower edge and is supported on its upper edge via a spherical surface against a shoulder on the cylinder wall, which advantageously supports the self-alignment of the cylinder.
The attachment of the free piston rod end to the transport device can be realized at the front or also on a lateral approach, as required by the respective terrain and conditions at the construction site.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, specifically in
1 shows a schematic side view of the tipping device in the position in which it begins to attach to the carriage to be tipped;
2 shows the same view after the connection to the carriage to be tipped has been completed;
3 shows the side view of the tilting device in the tilting position, and
4 shows the partial view of the hydraulic cylinder with the pivot pin.
On the uniaxial handcart 1, in addition to the articulated or detachable hydraulic tilting jack 2, the associated motor with pump 3 and the control unit 4 are rigidly displaced. The hydraulic tilting jack 2 consists of the stationary cylinder 5 with the flange 6, on which a ring 7 placed with play around the cylinder wall is supported with the pivot pin 8 between the bearings 9 and 9a, and the piston rod 10, the head 11 of which acts as a claw 12 is trained. In the working position, the claw 12 articulately comprises a bolt 14 arranged on the chassis 13 of the single-sided tipper of the handcart 1 is leaning against it.
In the middle of the side wall 19 of the car body 20 is the double-cheeked engaging hook 21, into which the pivot pin 8 of the tilting cylinder 5 is inserted after the cylinder 5 has been pivoted about the joint 16.
To actuate the tipping process, the handcart 1 is moved to the side tipper with the hydraulic jack 2 in such a way that the claw 12 of the piston rod head 11 encompasses the bolt 14 on the chassis 13 of the single-side tipper. The jack 2 is then tilted around the joint 16 to the car body wall 19, the pivot pin 8 being inserted into the double-cheeked hook 21. In this position of the jack, the piston rod head 11 is locked on the chassis 13, while the cylinder 5 can be extended under oil pressure. As soon as the piston in the cylinder is pressurized from above, the cylinder 5 extends upwards and takes the car body 20 with it in the tilted position.
After tilting, the piston is acted upon in the opposite direction and the cylinder retracts, bringing the car body 20 back into its starting position. The lift is released from the single-sided tipper with the same steps in reverse order. The jack is then free to be used on the next tipping car of the train to be tipped.
Under terrain conditions that do not allow maneuvering of the handcart in the manner described, the jack at the joint 16 is released from the handcart, removed by hand, attached to the car to be tipped and, after tipping, placed back on the handcart.
The invention is not limited to the arrangement shown, in which the handcart carries the tilt jack on its head. It is also possible to arrange the jack laterally in order to be able to drive the handcart parallel to the train of cars, the engagement means being moved into one another laterally.
If necessary, the lifter on the handcart can also be attached to scissor levers and / or to another flexible linkage, which in the case of irregular terrain next to the tipping track offers better and more convenient possibilities to effortlessly attach the tilting jack to the tipping car without releasing its transport device.
