Stripping device, especially for concrete The present invention is a pulling device from, especially for concrete, with two lateral support arms.
Up to now, such screeding devices have been made from case to case, in particular for leveling concrete surfaces, from an upright board, from which, depending on the width of the surface to be leveled, a support arm was sawn out on both sides, the support arms being intended to be used on both sides arranged on the surface and resting on rails that are adjustable in height. If the next area to be processed was wider than the first processed area, a new extractor had to be manufactured in the manner described, which over time led to a considerable amount of work and material.
The inventive puller of the type described is characterized by two mutually displaceable and detachably connected puller rails, each of which has a support arm at one end.
In the drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown, namely: Fig. 1 is a front view in the working position, Fig. 2 is a section along the line 11-II in Fig. 1 with a partially cut clamping device on a larger scale and Fig. 3 shows a section along the line III-III in FIG.
The puller shown has two identical puller rails 1 and 2, both of which consist of a rectangular hollow profile la or 2a, preferably made of a light metal. These rails are closed on one, open side by a cover 3, while on the other open side a support part 4 is inserted and screwed to the relevant rail by means of its bearing piston 4a such that the support arm 4b laterally over the relevant rail protrudes. The two same rails 1 and 2 are placed flush on top of each other in height, with their support arms 4b protrude on different sides.
By means of two clamping devices 5 designed as clamps, the two rails are connected to one another, that is to say pressed together. Each clamping device be seated a U-shaped clamp body 6 with overhead web 6a and with two legs 6b and 6c, of which one, 6c, has a fixed jaw, while the other is equipped with a movable jaw 8 rend.
The jaw 8 is screwed to an actuating bolt 9, which is slidably mounted in a Boh tion 10 of the leg 6b and engages with two pins 11 in an annular groove 12a of an eccentric 12 rotatable about the axis 14, so that when this eccentric 12 by means of the Lever 13 is rotated, the bolt 9 together with the jaw 8 moves perpendicular to the leg 6b. The axis 14 is held in a bearing block 15, the men together with the leg 6b forms a piece.
The length of the legs is dimensioned so that the two rails still protrude with their work surfaces from the clamp 5 by a certain amount.
The web 6a is verbun with a straightening plate 16 against which the two rails 1 and 2 rest with their upper sides, whereby these two rails are held flush in height.
The leveling work with this puller is also carried out here so that the support arms come to rest on two support rails 17 indicated by dash-dotted lines in Fig. 1, on which rails the puller is moved sideways and forwards for the purpose of leveling, for example a concrete surface.
But if an area of a different width is to be placed, it is sufficient to release the connection between the two rails 1 and 2 by actuating the two levers 13 and pull them apart in their longitudinal direction as far as the width of the to processing surface requires.
The rails are then clamped to one another again by means of the clamps, the straightening plate 16, against which the upper side surfaces of the rails rest, ensuring that the lower working surfaces are flush.
In this way it is possible to create a pulling device which, within certain limits, allows surfaces of different widths to be leveled.
