Dispositif de cuisson à la broche démontable La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif de cuisson à la broche démontable, destiné notam ment aux campeurs et aux touristes, qui se distingue par la facilité de sa mise en service. Ce dispositif comprend deux montants à planter dans le sol, un support de broche réglable en hauteur monté coulis sant sur chacun des montants et présentant un palier pour la broche, une broche constituée par une tige recourbée en forme de manivelle sur laquelle est enfilée au moins une fourche amovible servant à soli dariser en rotation la broche et la pièce de viande embrochée,
et est caractérisé par le fait que l'un des paliers dans lesquels la broche tourne est ouvert vers le haut afin que l'on puisse y introduire et extraire la broche radialement, cette dernière présentant une gorge annulaire qui, coopérant avec l'un des paliers, s'oppose à tout déplacement axial de la broche.
Le dessin annexé montre, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution du dispositif objet de l'invention. La fig. 1 est une vue en élévation du dispositif en position d'emploi ; la fig. 2, une vue d'un détail ; la fig. 3, une vue de la broche ; les fig. 4, 5 et 6 se rapportent aux supports, et la fig. 7, à la fourche.
Le dispositif de cuisson à la broche représenté comprend deux montants ou piliers 1 destinés à être plantés dans le sol, deux supports 5 pouvant coulis ser sur les montants 1 et présentant chacun un palier 6, respectivement 6', recevant la tige 4 d'une broche à manivelle 3. Sur cette tige 4 sont enfilées deux fourches 9 servant à solidariser en rotation avec la broche la pièce de viande enfilée sur celle-ci pour la cuisson.
Les montants 1 sont constitués chacun par une tige principale cylindrique dont l'extrémité inférieure est pointue et par une tige repliée à l'équerre 2 sou- dée par l'une de ses extrémités à la partie inférieure de la tige principale, de manière que son bras libre s'étende parallèlement à cette tige et vers le bas. Cette disposition assure une plus grande stabilité au montant, empêche sa rotation et facilite son enfonce ment dans le sol car on peut s'aider du pied appli qué sur le bras horizontal de la pièce 2.
Les supports 5, que l'on peut séparer des mon tants 1, peuvent être bloqués sur ces montants à la hauteur désirée à l'aide d'une vis de serrage 8. Dans l'un de ces supports est vissé un piton 6 dont l'an neau est ouvert vers le haut (fig. 4) ; dans l'autre, un piton 6', dont l'anneau est fermé (fig. 5). Ces deux anneaux 6 et 6' servent de paliers à la tige 4 de la broche.
Lors de la mise en service du dispositif, on enfile d'abord axialement dans l'anneau 6' l'extré mité pointue de la tige 4, puis on engage radialement dans l'anneau ouvert 6 l'extrémité opposée de cette tige. Pour éviter que la broche coulisse dans ses paliers, l'extrémité de la tige 4 proche de la mani velle présente une gorge 12 dans laquelle l'anneau ouvert s'engage.
Les deux fourches 9 sont constituées chacune par une barre percée en son milieu et présentant-à cha cune de ses extrémités une dent 10 parallèle à la tige 4 lorsque la fourche est enfilée sur cette tige. Une vis de serrage 13 permet de bloquer la fourche 9 sur la tige 4 dans la position désirée. L'une des dents 10 de l'une des fourches au moins présente, près de sa base, une portion arquée 11 à laquelle on peut accro cher l'anse d'une casserole dans laquelle on désire faire cuire un mets ou chauffer de l'eau, par exemple.
Pour le transport, le dispositif est démonté en plusieurs pièces qui peuvent être réunies en un fais ceau occupant un faible volume. Un dispositif de cuisson ayant des montants de 55 cm peut être réduit dans une boîte de 5 8 X 9 X 6 cm. Ce dispositif a donc l'avantage d'une grande sim plicité, d'un faible poids et d'un petit encombrement. Il est en outre d'un prix de revient très bas car il ne nécessite pas d'usinages compliqués.
Le support 5 pourrait aussi être constitué par une pièce prismatique percée axialement et munie d'une ailette verticale soudée servant de palier à la tige 4 ;l'une des ailettes présenterait un trou et l'au tre une encoche ouverte vers le haut.

The appended drawing shows, by way of example, one embodiment of the device which is the subject of the invention. Fig. 1 is an elevational view of the device in the use position; fig. 2, a view of a detail; fig. 3, a view of the spindle; figs. 4, 5 and 6 relate to the supports, and fig. 7, at the fork.
The spit cooking device shown comprises two uprights or pillars 1 intended to be planted in the ground, two supports 5 which can slide onto the uprights 1 and each having a bearing 6, respectively 6 ', receiving the rod 4 of a crank spit 3. On this rod 4 are threaded two forks 9 serving to secure in rotation with the spit the piece of meat threaded on it for cooking.
The uprights 1 each consist of a cylindrical main rod, the lower end of which is pointed and by a rod bent at the square 2 welded by one of its ends to the lower part of the main rod, so that his free arm extends parallel to this rod and downwards. This arrangement ensures greater stability for the upright, prevents its rotation and facilitates its insertion into the ground because it is possible to use the foot applied to the horizontal arm of the part 2.
The supports 5, which can be separated from the uprights 1, can be blocked on these uprights at the desired height using a clamping screw 8. In one of these supports is screwed a eyebolt 6 of which the ring is open upwards (fig. 4); in the other, a piton 6 ', the ring of which is closed (fig. 5). These two rings 6 and 6 'serve as bearings for the rod 4 of the spindle.
When the device is put into service, the pointed end of the rod 4 is firstly threaded axially into the ring 6 ', then the opposite end of this rod is engaged radially in the open ring 6. To prevent the pin from sliding in its bearings, the end of the rod 4 close to the crank has a groove 12 in which the open ring engages.
The two forks 9 each consist of a bar pierced in its middle and having at each of its ends a tooth 10 parallel to the rod 4 when the fork is threaded onto this rod. A clamping screw 13 makes it possible to lock the fork 9 on the rod 4 in the desired position. One of the teeth 10 of at least one of the forks has, near its base, an arched portion 11 to which you can hang the handle of a pan in which you want to cook a dish or heat food. 'water, for example.
For transport, the device is disassembled into several parts which can be united in a bundle occupying a small volume. A cooker having 55 cm uprights can be collapsed into a 5 8 X 9 X 6 cm box. This device therefore has the advantage of great simplicity, low weight and small size. It also has a very low cost price because it does not require complicated machining.
The support 5 could also consist of a prismatic part drilled axially and provided with a welded vertical fin serving as a bearing for the rod 4; one of the fins would have a hole and the other a notch open upwards.
