Description

  

  Wellenlagerung in     Rotationsmaschinen       Bei Maschinen mit starrer Wellenlagerung in  Wälzlagern, welche den von aussen     bewirkten    oder  durch mangelnde Auswuchtung des Rotors verur  sachten Erschütterungen ausgesetzt sind, tritt oft  eine     übermässige    Abnutzung der Wälzlager oder  sogar eine vorzeitige Vernichtung derselben ein.  



  Die Mängel einer solchen Lagerung werden durch  die Lagerung nach der vorliegenden Erfindung be  seitigt, wobei das Lager     vermittels    eines Innenringes  auf einem elastischen Träger ruht, der     zwischen    dem  Innenring und einem Aussenring eingelegt ist. Der  elastische Träger gestattet eine     begrenzte    Radial  bewegung der Welle und bewirkt eine vollkommene  oder teilweise Verhinderung der Übertragung von  Stössen auf das Lager. Der Aussenumfang des Innen  ringes und der Innenumfang des Aussenringes     sind     zweckmässig mit Vorsprüngen versehen,     die    gegen  einander um eine halbe Teilung versetzt sind.

    Zwischen den Ringen und -dem elastischen Träger  befindet sich vorteilhaft eine dünne Ölschicht, deren  Dicke sich bei der Deformation des elastischen Trä  gers ändert und dadurch eine     Abdämpfung    .der     Vi-          brationen    bewirkt. Der elastische Träger kann in  Form eines offenen oder geschlossenen Kreisringes  ausgebildet werden.  



  Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegen  standes ist in der Zeichnung veranschaulicht. Das  die Welle 5 tragende Kugellager 6 ruht vermittels  des Innenringes 1 auf einem elastischen,     vorzugsweise     aus Stahl bestehenden Träger 2, der zwischen dem  Innenring 1 und einem aussen fest gelagerten Aussen  ring 3 eingesetzt ist. Der Innenring 1 ist auf dem  äussern und der Aussenring 3 ist am     innern        Umfang     mit einigen Vorsprüngen 4 versehen, die gegenein-         ander    um ihre halbe Teilung     versetzt    sind. Die  Ringe 1 und 3 und der Träger 2 sind gegen wechsel  seitige Dreh- und     Axialverschiebung    gesichert.

   Die  Vorsprünge 4 an den Ringen 1 und 3 sind so ge  wählt, dass die Verformungen des elastischen Trägers  durch das Aufsitzen     desselben    auf den Ringen 1  und 3 zwischen den Vorsprüngen 4     begrenzt    werden.  



  Die von aussen erregten Vibrationen übertragen  sich auf den Rotor in     verringertem    Masse, und bei  mangelnder Auswuchtung des Rotors, sei es infolge  ursprünglicher     unvollkommener        Auswägung    oder in  folge Absetzung von Verunreinigungen,     nimmt    der  Rotor seine Lage nach der neuen freien Achse ein.  Bei Verformung des elastischen Trägers ändert sich  die Dicke der zwischen dem elastischen Träger,  Aussen- und Innenring ausgebildeten Ölschicht und  bewirkt dadurch eine     Abdämpfung    der Schwingun  gen. Die Düse 7 sorgt für die     Ölzufuhr.     



  Derartige     Wellenlagerungen    kommen insbeson  dere bei     Turboladern    und Elektromotoren zur An  wendung.

  The shortcomings of such storage are eliminated by the storage according to the present invention, the bearing resting by means of an inner ring on an elastic carrier which is inserted between the inner ring and an outer ring. The elastic support allows a limited radial movement of the shaft and causes a total or partial prevention of the transmission of shocks to the bearing. The outer circumference of the inner ring and the inner circumference of the outer ring are expediently provided with projections which are offset from one another by half a division.

    Between the rings and the elastic carrier there is advantageously a thin layer of oil, the thickness of which changes when the elastic carrier is deformed, thereby damping the vibrations. The elastic carrier can be designed in the form of an open or closed circular ring.



  An embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is illustrated in the drawing. The ball bearing 6 carrying the shaft 5 rests by means of the inner ring 1 on an elastic carrier 2, preferably made of steel, which is inserted between the inner ring 1 and an outer ring 3 fixedly mounted on the outside. The inner ring 1 is provided on the outer circumference and the outer ring 3 is provided on the inner circumference with a few projections 4 which are offset from one another by half their pitch. The rings 1 and 3 and the carrier 2 are secured against alternating rotational and axial displacement.

   The projections 4 on the rings 1 and 3 are selected in such a way that the deformations of the elastic carrier due to its seating on the rings 1 and 3 between the projections 4 are limited.



  The externally excited vibrations are transmitted to the rotor to a lesser extent, and if the rotor is not balanced, be it as a result of original imperfect weighing or as a result of the deposition of impurities, the rotor takes its position on the new free axis. When the elastic carrier is deformed, the thickness of the oil layer formed between the elastic carrier and the outer and inner ring changes, thereby damping the vibrations. The nozzle 7 provides the oil supply.



  Such shaft bearings are used in particular in turbochargers and electric motors.

PATENTANSPRUCH Wellenlagerung in Rotationsmaschinen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Lager mittels eines Innen ringes (1) auf einem elastischen Träger (2) ruht, wobei der elastische Träger zwischen dem Innen ring 1 und einem Aussenring (3) eingesetzt ist. UNTERANSPRÜCHE 1. Lagerung nach Patentanspruch, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass der elastische Träger (2) in Form eines offenen oder geschlossenen Kreisringes aus gebildet ist. 2.
