Rohre nach Linie I-I in Fig. 2.
Screwless fastening of cables, pipes or the like long bodies, method for producing these fastening and pliers for carrying out this method The present invention relates to a screwless fastening of cables, pipes or similar long bodies, a method for producing these fastening and pliers for implementation of the procedure.
It is common to use cables in electrical systems such B. to mount in power plants or pipes or other lines on special supports attached to the wall or ceiling, with a sepa rate, relatively complicated bracket was used for each loading fastening point of each cable or pipe. These known retaining clips or retaining clips have clamping parts that can be actuated by screws and are therefore relatively expensive.
The invention is now a screw benlose fastening of cables, pipes or the same long bodies, which not only a cheaper, but also more efficient and faster assembly he should allow, especially if several parallel cables or pipes are to be attached to the same support. The screwless fastening according to the invention is characterized in that the elongated bodies are anchored by means of at least one band on a carrier equipped with holding members. A metal band or, if appropriate, a metal wire or also a band or wire made of another suitable material can be used as the band.
The holding members occupying the carrier can be used loosely in the same or form parts of the carrier.
With the aid of the drawing, which shows an exemplary embodiment of the fastening according to the invention, the method according to the invention for producing this fastening and a pair of pliers for performing the method are described below, for example. In the drawing: FIG. 1 shows a section through several cables or pipes attached to a carrier along line I-I in FIG. 2.
FIG. 2 shows a side view of the fastening from the left in FIG. 1.
To fasten cables, pipes or the same long bodies, a U-profile 1 serving as a carrier with inwardly protruding flanges 2 is fastened to the legs in a manner not shown in the wall or ceiling of a cable duct. In Fig. 1 on the right a completed attachment for three cables 3 of the same diameter is shown. You are by means of a band 4 made of easily malleable, not too elastic material, for. B. metal held, one end 5 of which is placed over part of the circumference of the cable 3 on the far right.
The tape 4 is then placed around an anchoring pin 6, which engages laterally under the flanges 2 of the profile 1 and is thus loosely held in this. The tape 4 is then laid over all three cables 3 and again laid around an anchoring pin 7 behind the cable 3 on the far left. The band 4 is then passed through a slot 8 of an anchoring part 9 of oblique prismatic shape and bent on the upper surface of the anchoring part 9 into a flat groove 10 provided on one outer side thereof.
The belt 4 is under strong tension and has the effect that it itself and the parts 3, 6, 7 and 9 are held firmly on the carrier profile 1 and cannot move laterally or in the longitudinal direction of the profile 1.
On the left in Fig. 1, a fastening for a cable 11, a pipe 12 and a cable 13, which has just been gripped, is shown. The right end of the band 4 ′ is again placed around part of the circumference of the cable 11 and then passed around an anchoring pin 14.
The band 4 ′ is then passed over the cable 11 and the tube 12, whereupon it is again placed around an anchoring pin 15 and then over the cable 13 and again around an anchoring pin 16 - and then through the slot 8 of an anchoring part 9 is carried out. To produce the Be fastening for the cables 11 and 13 and the tube 12 to the stage shown, for. B. first brought the anchoring pin 14 in the position shown in profile and then put the loop of the tape 4 'around this pin.
The cable 11 and the tube 12 are then placed in the desired position on the carrier 1 and the tape 4 'is placed as tightly as possible around the same. To the left of the tube 12, the tape 4 'is drawn as deep as possible into the profile 1 and then the pin 15 is inserted over the same, around which the tape 4' is then pulled out again and around the cable 13 that has meanwhile been brought onto the carrier.
The band 4 'is then reinserted in the profile 1 to the left of the cable 13 in the above-mentioned manner, the pin 16 is inserted over the same and the band 4' around the same is bent out of the profile again. The tape is now cut to approximately the length required to complete the fastening and then the. Anchoring part 9 pushed onto the same. The vorste from the anchoring part 9 existing end of the band 4 'is inserted into the holding slot 17 of one part of a pair of pliers 18 and bent over this part in the manner shown in FIG. The band is thus firmly anchored in the pliers part 18.
The other, wedge-shaped pliers part 19 is inserted into the upper mouth of the channel 8 of the anchoring part 9. If the pliers at the actuating arms 20 and 21 are pressed together, the pliers parts 18 and 19 are pushed apart, d. H. the tong part 19 supported on the anchoring part 9 'remains practically in the position shown, while the tong part 18 with the band 4 held therein moves upwards. So that the whole band 4 'is now stretched taut.
Once the required band tension has been reached, the entire pliers are pivoted counterclockwise in FIG. 1, the band 4 'still being bent under strong tension around the sharp edge 22 delimiting the top of the slot 8 of the anchoring part 9 and therefore not can slide back more through channel 8. The tape is now bent down for full anchoring on part 9 in the manner shown in Fig. 1 in the middle in the shallow groove 10 of the anchoring part 9 after the tape has been cut to its definitive length.
The anchoring part is preferably placed in the loosely on the band 4 'pushed-on state with its sides or with the channel 8 perpendicular to the axis of the profile 1 and pushed tightly to the cable or the band 4' laid over the same. When tensioning the band 4 'by means of the pliers shown, the part 9 is then pressed into the position shown, in which its lower inclined end surface rests on the profile 1, whereby a lateral holding pressure against the cable 13 is achieved.
The height of the anchoring part 9 should be about i / 2 to 3/4 of the diameter of the cable or pipe resting on the same.
It is obvious that the fastening shown is created quickly and is priced very cheaply. The material used to make the attachment consists exclusively of Tei sources that are very cheap to mass-produce, namely a metal tape or other suitable tape, metal pins (6, 7, 14, 15, 16), which from existing profiles in the required length can be cut off and from the anchoring parts 9; which can be manufactured cheaply by permanent mold casting or the like.
The parts 9 could also be provided with a slot 8 extending as far as one side surface, ie have a U-shaped cross section, in which case they could optionally be cut from a drawn or rolled profile. This shape of the parts 9 would have the further advantage that the tape 4 could be inserted into the same without being cut abge beforehand, whereby the tape material could also be used more economically.
Of course, more or fewer than three cables or pipes could be fastened with one continuous piece of tape, with only one anchoring piece 9 each having to be provided for a fastening which comprises several cables. Both ends of the tape could also be anchored in a part 9.
As can be clearly seen from Fig. 1, no distance or only a distance corresponding to twice the tape thickness is required between adjacent cables. However, for certain reasons, e.g. B. to allow good cooling of the cable, this distance should not fall below a prescribed minimum, so could z.
B. suitable spacers can be placed between the individual cables, or wider anchoring elements could be used instead of the anchoring pins 6, 7, 14, 15, 16, the tape being passed around a suitable anchoring element between each attached cable and the next would have to.
Instead of the illustrated cylindrical anchoring pins, pins with other, e.g. B. semicircular cross-section can be used, the flat side of the pins on the flanges 2 of the profile 1 could be placed to a Glei th of these pins in the longitudinal direction of the profile to he heavy and the tape 4 would be placed around the rounded point of the pins and could slide on the same relatively easily.
In order to make it more difficult to shift the cables or pipes in their axial direction, the band 4 could be grooved in the longitudinal direction.
The carrier could of course also have another suitable shape than that of the profile 1 shown. It could e.g. B. two U-profiles or two I- profiles are used, which are occupied with the anchoring pins; or, if necessary, a profile similar to the profile 1 with toothed flanges 2 could be used, in which the band 4 could be anchored directly, that is to say without the use of anchoring pins. In this case, the teeth of the toothing form the holding organs with which the carrier is occupied.
