Device for dispensing liquids mixed with gas The present invention is a device for dispensing liquids mixed with gas. In known so-called siphon systems, a liquid and carbon dioxide are introduced into a container and periodically moved by hand or by motor in order to mix the two compo components with one another. In the case of handheld devices, the containers are simply shaken before serving.
According to the present invention, without the need for mixing by hand or by a motor, an intimate mixture is achieved in that an exchangeable mixing body, which is formed, for example, by a plurality of sieves, in the spout through which the liquid-gas mixture flows can be arranged.
In Fig.l of the accompanying drawings, a useful embodiment of the subject invention is shown in a section.
Fig. 2 shows a longitudinal section through another embodiment of the mixing body.
In the drawing, 1 denotes the head piece of a spout of a dispensing device, which is connected by lines not shown with a bottle containing a gas / liquid mixture or a container containing such a mixture. A mouthpiece 3 is screwed into the headpiece 1 by means of a thread 2 and contains a cartridge 4 in which a stack 5 of several, for example about 70 bronze sieves is located.
These screens consist, for example, of a wire 0.7 to 0.8 mm thick and have a mesh size of 0.12 mm: The cartridge 4 is formed in such a way that the screen is filled into a sleeve with a perforated bottom and then the Edge of the same is crimped over the screens. Between the cartridge 4 and a shoulder surface 6 of the mouthpiece 3, a spring 7 is provided, the outermost turn 8 of which enters an annular groove 9 of the mouth piece 3 and is thereby held in the latter. This spring presses on the bottom 10 of the cartridge 4 and thus presses the same against the impact surface 11 of the head piece 1.
If the mouthpiece 3 is unscrewed from the headpiece 1, the spring 7 pushes the cartridge 4 out of the mouthpiece 3 so that it can be grasped and either replaced or reinserted in the opposite position.
The gas-liquid mixture comes, as mentioned above, through lines not shown to the head piece 1., flows through the bore 12 of the same, the sieves 5 housed in the cartridge 4 and finally the mouth channel 13. The flow through the sieves 5 causes an intimate Mixing of gas and liquid, without any mechanically or manually operated Vorrichtun conditions. If necessary, the cartridge 4 can be easily exchanged and replaced or it can also be replaced by the emerging one by reassembling in the opposite direction Mixture through, rinsed and thereby cleaned.
The arrangement described has the advantage of achieving a practically perfect mixture of gas and liquid with far simpler and cheaper means than was previously possible.
The intensive mixing effect described can also be achieved by a mixing body, which is shown in longitudinal section in FIG. Here the cartridge 4 is covered at both ends by a sieve 14, and between these two sieves are small balls, suitably made of glass, housed, which ken the gas-liquid jet several times and an intimate mixture of the components act.
