Skischuh Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Skischuh. Die heutige Technik des Skilaufes und besonders die alpinen Disziplinen stellen sehr hohe Anforde rungen an das zu diesem Sport benötigte Schuhwerk. Einesteils muss der Schuh den Fuss sehr fest um fassen und ihn gegen das seitliche Abknicken schüt zen. Anderseits darf der Druck des Schuhes auf den Fuss nicht so hoch werden, dass er an irgendeiner Stelle die absolut notwendige Blutzirkulation unter bindet. Er darf keine schmerzenden Druckstellen er zeugen und muss dem Fuss in der Fahrtrichtung doch eine gewisse Biegemöglichkeit erlauben.
Alle diese Forderungen, wozu noch diejenige der Wasserdich tigkeit des Oberleders hinzukommt, machen es äu sserst schwer, einen Skischuh herzustellen, welcher alle diese Forderungen in einer idealen Lösung in sich vereinigt.
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt, den gestell ten Anforderungen gerecht zu werden. Sie besteht darin, dass der Skischuh aus einem gepolsterten In nenschuh und einem über diesen passenden, am Ski zu befestigenden Aussenschuh besteht, der den In nenschuh mittels Schnallenverschluss einschliesst, wo bei der Innenschuh und der Aussenschuh korrespon dierende Mittel aufweisen, um den Innenschuh spiel- frei am Aussenschuh zu halten, jedoch eine nach vorn gerichtete Fussbiegung ermöglichen.
In beiliegender Zeichnung sind eine beispiels weise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes sowie Detailvarianten veranschaulicht. Es zeigt: Fig. l einen Innenschuh normaler Ausführung, jedoch mit einer nach hinten über die Fersenpartie vorstehenden Sohle, Fig.2 und 3 an der Fersenpartie des Innen schuhes befestigte Haltenocken, Fig. 4 den am Ski befestigten Aussenschuh mit eingeschlossenem Innenschuh, Fig.5 den Aussenschuh schaubildlich und Fig.6 und 7 an der Ferse des Aussenschuhes angeordnete Öffnungen.
Fig. 1 zeigt einen Skischuh 1 bekannter Ausfüh rung mit einer Polsterung. Dieser Skischuh kann von relativ leichter Ausführung sein. Er unterscheidet sich von den bekannten Skischuhen nur dadurch, dass dessen Sohle 2 mit ihrem Ende 2a über den Fersen teil vorsteht.
Die Fig. 2 und 3 weisen anstelle des vorstehen den Sohlenteils 2a an der Ferse befestigte Nocken 3 und 4 auf, welche wie der Sohlenteil 2a, wie später beschrieben, zum Niederhalten des Innenschuhes im Aussenschuh dienen. In Fig. 4 ist der Innenschuh vom Aussenschuh 5 eingeschlossen gezeichnet, der am Ski 6 festge schraubt oder festgeschnallt ist.
Dieser Aussenschuh besteht aus einer festen Sohle 7, die aus Leder, Holz, Kunststoff oder Leichtmetall hergestellt sein kann. An dieser Sohle sind die Aussenschuhlappen 8 und 8a aus Leder befestigt und mit Schnallen 9 ver sehen, die vorzugsweise nach dem Schweizer Patent Nr. 322227 ausgebildet sind, bei welchen die Spann hebel an einer Platte befestigt sind, die über den Rist greift und den Schliessdruck auf diesen abstützt.
Zwischen den Lappen 8 und 8a des Aussenschuhes ist ein Ausschnitt 10, so dass die untern Lappen 8 nur den Ristteil des Innenschuhes einschliessen, wäh rend die obern Lappen 8a des Schuhes den Beinteil einschliessen. Durch diesen Ausschnitt ist es möglich, den Fuss in Pfeilrichtung zu biegen. Damit sich dabei die Sohle 2 des Innenschuhes nicht von der Sohle 7 des Aussenschuhes abheben kann, also spielfrei fest gehalten ist, greift gemäss Fig.4 der vorstehende Sohlenteil 2a des Innenschuhes in die Öffnung 11 am Fersenteil des Aussenschuhes 5.
Die Fig. 5, 6 und 7 zeigen weitere Beispiele der Mittel, um ein Abheben des Innenschuhes von der Sohle des Aussenschuhes zu verhindern. In den Aus schnitt 12 greifen die Nocken 3 des Schuhes nach Fig. 2, während die beidseitig angeordneten öffnun- gen 13 in Fig. 7 zur Aufnahme der Nocken 4 des Schuhes (Fig. 3) dienen.
Um ein seitliches Ausbiegen des Innenschuhes quer zum Ski zu verhindern, kann, wie aus den Fig. 5 bis 7 ersichtlich, der Rückenteil des Aussenschuhes mit einer Verstärkung 14 aus steifem Material, beispielsweise aus einer Blechplatte aus einer blegungsfesten Aluminiumlegierung oder einer Kunststoffplatte versehen sein, die in Lagern 15, welche an der Sohle 7 festsitzen, schwenkbar ist. Die schwenkbare Befestigung der Verstärkung 14 an der Aussenschuhsohle 7 ermöglicht eine Biegung des Fusses nach vorn in der Richtung des Pfeils Fig. 4,
aber -kein seitliches Ausbiegen quer zur Ski auflagefläche, wodurch eine starre Verbindung von Fuss und Ski in dieser Richtung gewährleistet ist.
Ski boot The present invention relates to a ski boot. Today's skiing technology and especially the alpine disciplines place very high demands on the footwear required for this sport. On the one hand, the shoe must grip the foot very tightly and protect it against bending to the side. On the other hand, the pressure of the shoe on the foot must not become so high that it restricts the absolutely necessary blood circulation at any point. All of these requirements, plus that of the waterproofness of the upper leather, make it extremely difficult to manufacture a ski boot that combines all these requirements in an ideal solution.
The present invention aims to meet the requirements posed. It consists in the fact that the ski boot consists of a padded inner boot and an outer boot that fits over this and is to be attached to the ski, which encloses the inner boot by means of a buckle closure, where the inner boot and the outer boot have corresponding means to make the inner boot play to be held freely on the outer shoe, but allow the foot to be bent forward.
In the accompanying drawing, an example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention and detailed variants are illustrated. It shows: Fig. 1 an inner shoe of normal design, but with a sole protruding backwards over the heel part, Figures 2 and 3 holding cams attached to the heel part of the inner shoe, Fig. 4 the outer shoe attached to the ski with an enclosed inner shoe, 5 shows the outer shoe in perspective and FIGS. 6 and 7 openings arranged on the heel of the outer shoe.
Fig. 1 shows a ski boot 1 of known Ausfüh tion with padding. This ski boot can be of relatively light design. It differs from the known ski boots only in that its sole 2 projects with its end 2a over the heel part.
2 and 3 have, instead of the protruding sole part 2a, attached to the heel cams 3 and 4 which, like the sole part 2a, as described later, serve to hold down the inner shoe in the outer shoe. In Fig. 4, the inner shoe is drawn enclosed by the outer shoe 5, which Festge screwed or strapped to the ski 6.
This outer shoe consists of a solid sole 7, which can be made of leather, wood, plastic or light metal. Between the tabs 8 and 8a of the outer shoe is a cutout 10 so that the lower tabs 8 only include the instep part of the inner shoe, while the upper tabs 8a of the shoe include the leg part. With this cutout it is possible to bend the foot in the direction of the arrow. So that the sole 2 of the inner shoe cannot lift off the sole 7 of the outer shoe, i.e. is held firmly without play, the protruding sole part 2a of the inner shoe engages in the opening 11 on the heel part of the outer shoe 5 according to FIG.
5, 6 and 7 show further examples of the means for preventing the inner shoe from lifting off the sole of the outer shoe. The cams 3 of the shoe according to FIG. 2 engage in the cutout 12, while the openings 13 arranged on both sides in FIG. 7 serve to receive the cams 4 of the shoe (FIG. 3).
In order to prevent the inner boot from bending laterally across the ski, the back part of the outer boot can, as can be seen from FIGS. which is pivotable in bearings 15, which are fixed on the sole 7. The pivotable fastening of the reinforcement 14 to the outer shoe sole 7 enables the foot to be bent forward in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 4,
but -no lateral bending across the ski support surface, which ensures a rigid connection between foot and ski in this direction.
