Balancier pour mouvement d'horlogerie L'objet de la présente invention est un balancier pour mouvement d'horlogerie.
Ce balancier est caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un disque plein de densité comprise entre 1 et 5, et une serge de métal de densité comprise entre 5 et 20.
Le dessin représente un tel balancier, donné à titre d'exemple.
La fig. 1 en est une vue en coupe axiale ; et la fig. 2 une vue en plan.
Sur l'axe 1 de ce balancier est fixé un disque plein 2, dont le rebord embouti est relevé en 3 à angle droit par rapport à son plan. Sur ce rebord ainsi relevé est chassée la serge 4, en métal lourd, c'est-à-dire présentant une densité comprise entre 5 et 20.
Quant au disque 2, il sera de préférence en métal léger, par exemple d'une densité comprise entre 1 et 5, voire même non métallique, c'est-à-dire en matière plastique.
L'avantage que présente un tel balancier est, non seulement d'augmenter le moment d'inertie en raison du poids de la serge, mais encore d'assurer une marche plus régulière et à frottements plus faibles, par le fait qu'en remplaçant les bras habituels par un disque plein, on réduit les remous d'air produits par lesdits bras, et que l'on constate dans une plus large mesure encore avec des balanciers à vis.
La fixation de la serge au disque peut, dans le cas où ce dernier est métallique, s'effectuer _aussi par soudure.

Fig. 1 is an axial sectional view thereof; and fig. 2 a plan view.
On the axis 1 of this balance is fixed a solid disc 2, the stamped edge of which is raised at 3 at right angles to its plane. The rim 4, made of heavy metal, that is to say having a density of between 5 and 20, is driven out on this rim thus raised.
As for the disc 2, it will preferably be made of light metal, for example with a density of between 1 and 5, or even non-metallic, that is to say of plastic.
The advantage of such a balance is not only to increase the moment of inertia due to the weight of the rim, but also to ensure a more regular operation and with lower friction, by the fact that by replacing the usual arms by a solid disc, we reduce the eddies of air produced by said arms, and which we see to a greater extent with screw balances.
The fixing of the rim to the disc can, in the case where the latter is metallic, also be carried out by welding.
