Description

Transport cart The subject of the present invention is a transport cart with a built-in gripper mechanism for grasping stacked goods, the grippers being additionally adjustable in their working height.

In the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown, namely Fig. 1 shows a side cross-section through the trolley with built-in gripper mechanism and FIG. 2 a front view of the trolley with built-in gripper mechanism.

The trolley gripper mechanism shown in Fig. 1 and 2 comprises a hand lever 1 which, when pulling backwards via a tilting shaft 2 and driver 3, actuates the sliding sleeves 5 placed on the upper transverse bar 4 in a lifting sense.

The upper cross bar 4 is releasably connected via a distance rail 10 to the lower cross bar 6 on which the gripper 7 are located.

These grippers grip under the edge strip 8 of the respective lowermost sheet metal box 9 and thus lift and press the loading stack for transport to the cart.

The height of engagement of the gripper 7 can also be adjusted depending on the type of stacked material present. This is done by setting the pin 12 in one of the spacer holes 11 of the rail 10. The grippers 7 are then ready at the desired height.

On the cart foot of the transport cart 14 small additional rollers 13 are attached in front of the cart wheels, which enable the cart to easily start up the last few centimeters in front of the stacking boxes without useless maneuvering the cart. A remote connected to the Grei 7, front bumper plate 16 intercepts the impact on the sheet metal boxes.

By means of the additional rollers 13, the most favorable tilting moment for tilting or a grip on the gripper 7 is achieved at the same time. Because the set gripper has to be lifted by a few centimeters through the spacer bar 10 to clamp it, the lower box is firmly gripped and at the same time the stacking box is tilted backwards when this clamp is tightened. This enables the loading stack to be tipped easily and effortlessly.
