Double window The subject of the main patent is a double window in which the sash frame is composed of a wooden and a metal frame, with the metal frame arranged outside when the window is closed against metal stop profiles in such a way that the wooden frame arranged inside is completely covered from the outside .
Although the exclusively made of wood, internally arranged frame in itself a pleasing education from the room-side visible surface of the Flügelrah mens allows, the usually used to connec tion of the two frames, perpendicular to the disc plane connecting screws, whose head is usually supported on the wooden frame, as are referred to as disturbing. This disadvantage is avoided in the double window according to the present invention.
For this purpose, the double window, the metal frame of which has a hollow profile, is characterized in addition to the mentioned design that in the wooden frame in the mentioned hollow profile of the Me tallrahmens protruding anchors are attached, in each of which a connecting bolt engages, the detachable in a wall facing away from the glazing of the hollow profile is anchored.
The metal frame part expediently has an open hollow profile, the open side of which is closed off by the wooden frame part.
As a result of the training mentioned, neither on the outer nor on the inner visible surface of the sash, the elements connecting the two frames, e.g. B. screws, visible.
In the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown; It shows: FIG. 1 in horizontal section part of the sash frame of a window according to the invention and FIG. 2 shows a section along line II II in FIG.
The drawn, double-glazed sash frame of the window is composed of an externally arranged Me tallrahmen 1 and an internally arranged wooden frame 2. The metal frame 1 be seated an open prismatic hollow profile 21. The hollow profile lies with its open side against the wooden frame 2, through which it is completed. The hollow profile 21 has a projection 22 on the wall facing the glazing; In addition, an angle profile 23 is attached to this wall. The outer window pane 24 is held between the projection 22 and the angle profile 23, while the inner window pane 24 is cemented into a fold in the wooden frame 2.
A dovetail-shaped groove 25 is provided on the outside of the profile wall facing away from the glazing. In the groove 25 of the adjacent window, not shown, facing the longitudinal leg of the metal frame 1, a stop profile 26 is held, while the corresponding groove on the lower horizontal leg of the sash to attach a Wetterschen angle 27 is used. Accordingly, the outer visible side of the window sash frame is formed exclusively by Me tallprofile, so that when the window sash is closed, the metal frame 1 completely covers the wooden frame 2 to the outside.
In the wooden frame 2, several, distributed over the circumference of the sash frame are screwed to kerbolzen 28, which protrude into the hollow profile 21 with a flat, fork-shaped part 28a. The free, pointed end of a connecting screw 29 protrudes into the recess created between the arms of the fork-shaped part 28a, which narrows towards the free ends of the two arms and is circular at the base of the latter.
The two arms of the part 28a lie in a plane perpendicular to the plane of the disk, while the screws 29 are arranged parallel to the plane of the disk and perpendicular to the anchor bolts 28. The shaft of the connecting screws 29 designed as studs is each screwed into a fuse block 30 made of plastic, which in turn is anchored in the wall of the hollow profile 21 facing away from the glazing. As Fig. 1 shows, the stud 29 is accessible after removing the stop profile 26 from the groove 25 through an opening 31 in the profile wall.
As a result of the conical screw end it is achieved that when the screw 29 is tightened, its tip engages in the recess created between the arms of the part 28a of the anchor bolt 28. Since the circular part of the recess is slightly smaller than the shaft diameter of the screw 29, the two parts 28, 29 are firmly engaged with each other when the screw 29 is tightened.
It goes without saying that each anchor bolt 28 is embedded so deep into the wooden frame 2 that the center of the part of the recess created between the fork arms that receives the pointed screw end is somewhat closer to the wooden frame than the axis of the connecting screw 29; as a result, the two frames 1 and 2 are firmly pressed against each other when tightening this screw.
As a result of the friction occurring between it and the screw, the plastic block 30 carrying the screw 29 holds the latter firmly even when it is loosened so far that its tip exposes the anchor bolt 28; this prevents the screws from falling out when the frames are detached.
Instead of a fork, the free end of the anchor bolt 28 could also be designed as an eyelet. Furthermore, instead of the stud screw 29, a head screw could be provided which, analogously to the example described, can be screwed into a special plastic body or directly into the profile wall.
Instead of an open hollow profile, the metal frame 1 could also have a closed hollow profile, the wall of which is provided against the wooden frame with openings for the passage of the anchor bolts 28.
