Unterputzmontageanordnung eines Apparates in einer Maueröffnung Es sind hauptsächlich elektrische Schalter be kannt, bei welchen auf dem Schaltersockel eine Tragplatte und eine Abdeckplatte des Schalters be festigt sind. Die Tragplatte wird mittels Metallbügeln am Schaltersockel angebracht. Auch wenn die Aus sparung im Mauerwerk noch mit Holz verkleidet wird, ist es nicht möglich, die aus einer Blechscheibe bestehende Tragplatte auf dieser Holzverkleidung so anzuschrauben, dass die zum Schutz und zur Zierde dienende Abdeckplatte auf dem Mauerwerk überall gut aufliegt.
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Unterputzmontageanordnung eines Apparates in einer Maueröffnung, hauptsächlich für elektrische Schalter, bei welchen Apparaten auf deren Sockel eine Tragplatte und eine Abdeckplatte des Apparates befestigt sind.
Die Erfindung besteht nun darin, dass die Trag platte am Apparatesockel mittels gewellten Blech streifen befestigt ist, zum Zwecke, durch Verformen der Blechstreifen eine Anpassung der Abdeckplatte in bezug auf die Aussparung im Mauerwerk derart erzielen zu können, dass die Abdeckplatte die Mauer öffnung restlos verdeckt.
Die beiliegende Zeichnung zeigt im Querschnitt ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes, und zwar an einem elektrischen Schalter mit Wip- penbetätigung.
1 ist eine Abdeckplatte, die mittels einer Front scheibe 2 gegen die Maueroberfläche 3 gepresst wird. Die Frontscheibe 2, aus welcher die Betätigungs wippe 4 des gezeigten Schalters herausragt, ist durch Schrauben 5 fest auf den Schaltersockel 6 gezogen und bildet somit einen Teil einer Einheit aus der Frontscheibe 2 und dem Sockel 6. Eine z. B. aus einem Blechring bestehende Tragplatte 7 des Schal ters ist auf der Holzverkleidung 8 der Aussparung im Mauerwerk verschraubt. 9 sind gewellte Blech streifen, die als elastische Verbindungsglieder den Sockel 6 und die Tragplatte 7 verbinden, wobei diese Blechstreifen 9 aus einem biegsamen Material bestehen, das ein Auseinanderziehen oder ein Zu sammendrücken der gewellten Blechstreifen gestattet.
Wenn nun die in die Aussparung im Mauerwerk eingelassene Holzverkleidung 8 aus irgendeinem Grunde zur vordern Mauerfront versetzt steht, so er gibt sich auch eine Schiefstellung der Tragplatte 7 zur Maueroberfläche 3, was anderseits eine Schräg stellung des ganzen an der Tragplatte 7 hängenden Schalters zur Folge hat. Durch die gewellten Blech streifen 9 stellt sich der Schalter beim Aufschrauben der Frontscheibe 2 selbsttätig in die richtige Lage ein. Dabei werden die gewellten Blechstreifen 9 soweit nötig zusammengedrückt und passen sich der Montagelage an.
Durch diese Massnahme wird er reicht, dass die Abdeckplatte 1 die Maueröffnung am ganzen Umfang abschliesst und keinen störenden Spalt zwischen der Abdeckplatte 1 und der Dauer oberfläche 3 lässt. Ferner wird die Abdeckplatte 1 durch das angepasste Verformen der gewellten Blech streifen 9 leicht an das Mauerwerk gepresst, wobei ebenfalls ein dauernd guter Abschluss bewirkt wird.
Im weiteren werden die gewellten Blechstreifen 9 beim Festschrauben der Frontscheibe 2 auf dem Sockel 6 so lange verformt, bis die Berührung zwi schen dem Sockel 6 und der Frontscheibe 2 in der Ebene 10 erreicht ist, wobei die Wippe 4 ihre gegen über der in der Frontscheibe 2 ausgenommenen Öffnung 2a zentrierte richtige Lage einnimmt.
Man kann die gezeigte Erfindung nicht nur für elektrische Schalter verwenden, sondern auch für andere Apparate, die in einer Aussparung versenkt werden und eine mit dem Apparatesockel verbun dene Zier- und Schutzplatte besitzen:
