Description
Roue d'engrenage La présente invention concerne une roue d'engrenage d'angle présentant des dents en forme générale cylindrique, réparties sur la périphérie d'un plateau circulaire, caractérisée en ce que lesdites dents présentent,<B>à</B> leur ex trémité, une partie de plus faible diamètre réu nie<B>à</B> la partie de plus grand diamètre par une surface<B>à</B> double courbure.
Une telle roue peut être obtenue<B>à</B> l'état fini par moulage d'une matière plastique, telle que du polystyrène par exemple. Son prix<B>de</B> revient est par conséquent très bas, et cette matière présente en outre l'avantage de ne pas être corrodée par certains agents, comme c'est le cas pour certains métaux. Dans la fabrica tion des compteurs d'eau ou de gaz, par exem ple, cette particularité revêt un grand intérêt.
Le dessin annexé montre,<B>à</B> titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'inven tion.
Les fig. <B>1</B> et 2 montrent la première roue (J'un couple en plan-, et de profil avec coupe. Les fig. <B>3</B> et 4 représentent, dans les mê mes positions, la seconde roue du couple.
La fig. <B>5</B> est une vue en plan schématique illustrant Fenarènement.
<B>C</B> Le couple représenté comprend deux roues <B>1</B> et 2 formées chacune d'un plateau circulaire <B>3,</B> 3a, présentant plusieurs dents de forme<B>gé-</B> nérale cylindrique 4, 4a, disposées<B>à</B> la péri phérie du plateau correspondant. Ces dents présentent,<B>à</B> leur extrémité, une partie de plus faible diamètre réunie<B>à</B> la partie de plus grand diamètre par une surface<B>à</B> double cour bure rejoignant tangentiellement les deux dites parties, ce qui confère<B>à</B> la dent l'apparence d'une bouteille. Cette forme particulière des dents 4, 4a permet d'obtenir un engrènement, les surfaces entrant en contact pouvant être conjuguées. La fig. <B>5</B> illustre la position res pective des dents en position de fonctionne ment.<B>-</B>

Such a wheel can be obtained <B> in </B> the finished state by molding a plastic material, such as polystyrene for example. Its cost is therefore very low, and this material also has the advantage of not being corroded by certain agents, as is the case with certain metals. In the manufacture of water or gas meters, for example, this feature is of great interest.
The accompanying drawing shows, <B> to </B> by way of example, one embodiment of the object of the invention.

<B> C </B> The pair shown comprises two wheels <B> 1 </B> and 2 each formed of a circular plate <B> 3, </B> 3a, having several shaped teeth <B> general cylindrical 4, 4a, arranged <B> at </B> the periphery of the corresponding plate. These teeth have, <B> at </B> their end, a part of smaller diameter joined <B> to </B> the part of larger diameter by a surface <B> with </B> double curvature tangentially joining said two parts, which gives <B> to </B> the tooth the appearance of a bottle. This particular shape of the teeth 4, 4a makes it possible to obtain meshing, the surfaces coming into contact being able to be conjugated. Fig. <B> 5 </B> illustrates the respective position of the teeth in the working position. <B> - </B>
