Riittelegge

Belt harrow
The subject of the present invention is a vibrating harrow, comprising a motor tractor provided with a rearwardly directed PTO shaft and a tine carrier arrangement which is releasably attached to its rear end and can be set in motion from the PTO shaft, which harrow is characterized in that a rear The tractor is connected to the tractor by two spring elements that are close to the rear and are arranged transversely to the direction of travel. These four parts form a horizontal four-cornered joint by means of two link arms articulated at their ends with a second parallel tine support rod.
and that (the bearing of a crankshaft arranged in continuation of the journal shaft and coupled to the same by ball joints is supported on the first-mentioned tine support rod, while an arm attached to the second tine support rod is connected to the crankshaft via a drive rod.
In this way both tine support bars are set in oscillating movements going back and forth.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing. according to
They show: Fig. 1 the rear part of a motot @@ akiors with the attached power harrow in the plan,
Fig. 2 is a section along the line IN-IN of Fiv. 1.
3 shows a section along the line III-III of FIG.
FIG. 4 shows a variant of FIG. 3,
Fig. 5 a. Partial section near the line V-V of FIG.
From the motor tractor, the two wheels 1 and the rear end of the chassis 2 with the power take-off shaft version 3 are visible in FIG. At two rearward-facing spring elements, e.g. B. leaf springs 4, a tine support bar 5 arranged transversely to the direction of travel is releasably suspended behind the tractor. At the ends of the tine support rod 5 6 handlebars 7 are hinged about vertical axes with the help of rubber pivot hinges.
The other ends of these links 7 are connected to the ends of a second, parallel behind the first zinc support bar 8 with the help of the same rubber pin hinges 6, which thus forms the second long side of a horizontal hinge.
With the help of two struts 9 and two clamping sleeves 10 (see Fig. 2), a bearing housing 11 for a crankshaft 12 is supported above the tine support rod 5, which is aligned with the PTO shaft 3 of the tractor and with this through two ball joints 13 and an intermediate shaft 14 is coupled. The crankshaft 12 transmits its rotation via the connecting rod 15 and a ball joint 16 a to an arm 18 fastened to one end of the tine support rod 8, so that this tine support rod 8 is set in vibration. The reaction forces also cause the tine support bar 5 to vibrate, which is made easier by the leaf spring suspension of the joint bracket.
According to FIG. 3, the tine support rods 5 and 8 are designed as tubes into which tines 17 curved at the front are either permanently welded in or inserted interchangeably with the aid of screws. The tine support rods 5 and 8 can also have a polygonal profile.
According to the variant according to FIG. 4, the prongs 17 are provided with clamps 19 which can be slid along the prong support rods 5 and 8 and fixed by means of screws.
From FIG. 1 it can also be seen that tine support rods can be rotated about their longitudinal direction and can be secured in the desired rotational positions by being connected to the other parts of the four-bar linkage with the aid of lockable claw couplings 20.
Behind the tractor wheels, high and laterally adjustable track loosening tines 21 can be provided, as is shown, for example, in FIG. 1 only on the left-hand side. At least one tine is provided per unit.
The prong is adjustable in height in the clamp 22. bar and the clamp 22 is displaceable along the support arm 23. The clamping screws 24 and 25 are used to fix.
To adjust the height of the entire quadrangle joint or the actual power harrow, means known per se, e.g. B. pull chains 26 may be provided.
With the four-bar linkage formed from the tine support bars 5 and 8, further tine support bars or quadrangles formed from these can of course be rigidly or articulated in front of or behind the same.
