Jewel The present invention relates to a jewel provided with exterior patterns and a central pattern comprising at least one precious stone, characterized in that this central pattern is arranged on a frame moved by a movement by a winding mechanism. housed in a case hidden by all the patterns, the mechanism being reassembled by moving the external patterns integral with the mechanism housing, relative to a toothing integral with a support of the jewel, the connection between the mechanism and the support being provided by a part moving freely in this support.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, four embodiments of the object of the invention. In this drawing Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a brooch whose central motif, made of a precious stone, can be animated with a slow rotational movement.
Fig. 2 is a schematic representation in section of the assembly of the spindle of FIG. 1.
The fi-. 3 is a perspective view of a ring whose central pattern can be driven by a slow rotational movement. Fig. 4 is a schematic representation in section of the assembly of the ring of FIG. 3.
Fig. 5 is a schematic elevation view of a bracelet pattern, the central element of which, in the form of a half-ball, can be driven in a slow rotational movement.
Fig. 6 is a schematic representation in elevation of a method of mounting a central rotating pattern which drives, in its movement, accessory patterns arranged in parallel: In the example of FIGS. 1 and 2, a plate 1 carries the pin 2 of the spindle and a rack disk 3. In a recess of this disk, rests the bottom of a case 4 which closes a mechanism 5; this comprises a pinion 6 meshing with the rack 3 and an axis 7 perpendicular to the plate 1 and the rotation of which is controlled by the mechanism 5. A cover 8 closes the housing 4 allowing the axis 7 to pass freely. Two practical slots quées vis-à-vis in the cover 8 and the housing 4 allow the passage of the axis connecting the pinion 6 to the mechanism 5.
A second cover 9, pierced in its center, is made integral with the first by three screws 10 screwed into three ears 11 welded to the cover 8 and arranged symmetrically. Screws 12 fix the outer patterns 13 of the spindle to the cover 9.
On a collar 14 are welded a tubular part 15 and the chaton 16 where is crimped the central pattern consisting of a precious stone 17. This assembly is secured to the axis 7 by two screws 18 which hold the tube 15 tight on the axis 7 which crosses it. Slots in the crimp 16 make it possible to dye the screws 18 with a screwdriver.
The rack disc 3 and the plate 1 are drilled in their center to allow a cylindrical extension 19 to pass through the bottom of the case 4 with gentle friction.
A disc 20, applied to the internal face of the plate 1, is secured to the part 19 by two screws 21.
The reassembly is carried out as follows The spindle is maintained by the pin 2 integral with the plate 1 and the rack 3 and, by the external patterns 13, a rotary back and forth movement is imparted to all of all the other parts which form a mobile whole on the rack 3, through the intermediary of the pinion 6 and thanks to the parts 19 and 20 which turn freely in the parts 1 and 3.
By this movement of the pinion 6, the mechanism 5 is re-mounted, which rotates the axis 7 and, consequently, the central pattern 17.
One can, of course, also carry out the reassembly which is the consequence of the relative displacement of the pinion 6 with respect to the rack 3, by keeping the patterns 13 fixed and by communicating to the pin 2 the rotary movement of up and down. - comes.
The movable pattern 17 is protected from friction and possible contact by the exterior patterns 13 raised with respect to it.
The outer cover 9 of the casing covers the collar 14, thus retaining the setting and the stone 17 if their connection to the axis of the mechanism or if the axis itself breaks.
The central mobile pattern 22 of the ring according to FIGS. 3 and 4 is mounted and driven like that of the spindle of FIGS. 1 and 2. For the reassembly of the mechanism 23, a rotational movement is imparted to the external patterns 24 linked to the winding pinion 25 which rotates around a toothed wheel 26 on which it meshes; this wheel welded to the inside of the case back 27 is secured, by two screws 28, to the ring 29 of the ring held stationary.
The mechanism 23 is hand held on the ring 29 by a pin 30 welded to the bottom of the mechanism and able to rotate freely through the toothed wheel 26 and the bottom of the housing 27 and to which is fixed, by a pin 31, a washer 32 housed in a recess of the ring 29 and applied to the external face of the case back 27.
The mobile pattern protection and safety devices are the same as for the spindle described above.
A longitudinal back-and-forth movement of the exterior patterns 33 of the bracelet of FIG. 5, which surround a central rotating pattern 34, moves the winding pinion 35 of the mechanism hidden by the patterns and not shown, on a rack 36 fixed to one edge of the support 39 of the jewel. This movement winds the mechanism, the structure of which is, for example, identical to that shown in FIG. 2. The connection of this mechanism and the patterns which are integral with it to the support 39 of the jewel, during the longitudinal back-and-forth movement, is provided by a part linked to the mechanism and sliding in a slot or a spoke. longitudinal rib of the support 39; this conventional device is not shown.
Two exterior patterns 37 articulated by hinges 38 on the support 39 of the jewel and the rack 36 are linked to the exterior pattern 33 by spells 40 and rotate alternately around their hinge 38 when they are pushed back by the pattern 33 during of the reciprocating displacement of these.
In fig. 6, the central pattern 41 is mounted on a toothed wheel 42 set in motion by the drive shaft 7 of any mechanism; the toothed wheel 42 meshes with other toothed wheels 43 arranged on an annular plate 45 and bearing patterns 44 arranged in circumference around the central pattern 41. The plate 45 through which the axis 7 is fixed to the housing of the mechanism. This positive device allows to train several patterns with a single motor mechanism.
The movement imparted to the mobile pattern can be of any kind: rotary, longitudinal, reciprocating, periodic, etc., or a combination of these various movements.
