Motor bogie for rail vehicles The present invention relates to a motor bogie for rail vehicles.
In known bogies for rail vehicles, the motor and gearbox are rigidly supported. This training brings. often the disadvantage that the running properties are unsatisfactory due to vibrations that occur. It has now been found that the transmission of vibrations can be completely avoided if the drive motor and gear are resiliently supported in the bogie frame.
Conveniently, the drive motor is attached to the head carrier of the bogie frame with means of two supports, which are connected with the interconnection of spring elements with the head carrier.
The support of the motor on the cross member can be made by means of a suspension arm, which is connected to the cross member via a resilient spacer.
The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, namely: FIG. 1 shows the general arrangement of the bogie in plan view, FIG. 2 shows the same arrangement in side view, FIG. 3 shows the support of the motor in plan view and FIG the support of the engine in side view. The motorized bogie for rail vehicles has a bogie frame 1 with head carrier 2 and cross member 3. In the space between the head carrier 2 and the cross member 3, a drive motor 4 is accommodated. The motor housing has supports 5 which are directed towards the head carrier 2 and which are in communication with support arms 6. Each support arm 6 is used to support a verti cal bolt 7, which extends through a bearing sleeve 8 ent speaking.
The bearing sleeve 8 is arranged at the free end of the support arm 6, for. B. welded ver with the support arm.
With a rubber element 9 is referred to, which has two similar parts 10. Each part 10 consists of two conical bodies 11, which are lifted into one another, the space between the two bodies 11 being filled by a rubber compound 12. The rubber mass is with the conical bodies 11 z. B. connected by vulcanization. The parts 10 are penetrated by the bolt 7, a retaining rib 13 being received between the two parts 10. The arrangement is such that the upper part 10 is supported against a shim 14 of the bearing sleeve 8 and the lower part 10 is pressed against the upper part 10 by means of a nut 15, the retaining rib 13 being clamped between the two parts 10.
This retaining rib 13 is at 16 with the head support 2 z. B. connected by welding and extends between tween two parallel supports 17, which are also connected to the head support 2 if.
The support of the motor 4 on your cross member 3 is carried out by a holder 18, wel cher bearing sleeves 19, in which bolts 20 are received. The bolts 20 are screwed to a bearing 21. This bearing 21 is used to receive a bolt 22, with a rubber-elastic insert 23 is easily seen between your bearing 21 and the bolt 22. As an elastic insert, for. B. serve a rubber-metal element. At the ends of the bolt 22 wear retaining rings 24 which are each rigidly connected to a support 25. The supports 25 are for their part welded to the cross member 3.
The transmission 27 is connected to the engine 4 via a multi-plate clutch 26. As can be seen from the drawing, the Ge gear is carried directly by the engine and is. only via a support 28 with a support 29 of the cross member 3 in connection. The last-mentioned arrangement is used to transfer the torque to the cross member. The storage of the support 28 is elastic ge hold by an elastic cal rubber-metal element is provided as an intermediate body.
When the motor bogie described, the drive motor 4 is resiliently supported along with gear 27 between tween the head carrier 2 and cross member 3 of the bogie frame. The support of the motor 4 on the head carrier 2 he follows with the interposition of the gummiela elastic elements 9, while the support of the motor housing 4 on the cross member 3 with the interposition of a rubber-elastic insert 23 takes place. Said resilient support also benefits the Ge gear 27, which is flanged directly to the Mo tor 4 and is only connected to the cross member 3 by a torque arm 28. A rubber-elastic intermediate piece is also built into the latter connection. The described resilient support makes the transmission of vibrations impossible.
