Offener Behälter für Kleinmaterial, zum Beispiel Setzmaterial Die Erfindung betrifft einen offenen Be hälter für Kleinmaterial, z. B. Setzmaterial, das heisst für das Material, das in Druekereien vom Setzer verwendet wird und das bekannt lich aus Druekmaterial, insbesondere Druck typen und aus sog. Blindmaterial besteht; letzteres kommt im Satz an diejenigen Stel len, wo nichts gedruekt werden soll, also zum Beispiel zwischen die Zeilen.
Bei bekannten Behältern für Setzmaterial besteht der Naehteil, dass es nicht. immer leicht ist, Drucktypen, die auf dem Boden des Behälter. liegen, dem Behälter zu entnehmen, besonders wenn es sich um sehr dünne Druck typen handelt. Wenn die Behälter aufrecht gestelltes Blindmaterial enthalten, kommt es ferner vor, dass einzelne Blindstücke um fallen und dann ebenfalls nur mit blühe dem Behälter entnommen werden können.
Die Erfindung vermeidet die erwähnten '.Nachteile, ist aber nicht auf Setzmaterial behälter beschränkt. Der Behälter nach der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die innere Oberfläche des Behälterbodens mit einem Raster von Erhöhungen und Vertiefun gen versehen ist. Hierdurch wird nämlich sowohl das Aufrichten und Ergreifen von lie genden, kleinen Gegenständen, z. B. kleinen Schrauben, Drucktypen oder dergleichen, we- sentlieh erleichtert als auch das Ausgleiten von aufreehtstehenden Gegenständen, z. B. Blindstücken, verhindert.
In der Zeichnung sind drei Ausführungs beispiele des Behälters nach der Erfindung dargestellt, und zwar zeigen: Fig.1 und 2 das erste Beispiel im Schnitt bzw. im Grundruss, während Fig. 3 und 4 bzw. 5 und 6 das zweite bzw. das dritte Beispiel in gleicher Weise wie Fig.1 und 2 darstellen.
Nach Fig.1 und 2 weist die innere Ober fläche des Behälterbodens einen Linienraster von unterbrochenen Rippen 1 und dazwischen liegenden, quadratischen Vertiefungen 2 auf. Dieser Linienrasten weist zwei sich kreuzende Linienscharen auf; es könnte jedoch auch nur eine Linienschar vorgesehen sein.
Um die in Fig. 1 dargestellte Drucktype 3 bequem fassen zu können, genügt es, mit dem Finger in Richtung des Pfeils auf eines ihrer Enden zu drücken; dann wird sich nämlich das andere Ende der Type vom Boden ab lieben, so dass die Type selbst mühelos ergrif fen werden kann. Es ist ausserdem klar, dass die unterbrochenen Rippen das Ausgleiten von aufrecht nebeneinandergeschiehteten Ty pen verhindert.
Der äussere Rand des Bodens ist mit, einer Hohlkehle 4 versehen, die so ausgebildet ist, dass, wenn der Behälter auf einen andern Behälter gleicher Art aufgesetzt wird, sein Boden vom obern Rand dieses andern Behäl ters festgehalten wird. Diese konstruktive Ausbildung gestattet somit, eine Anzahl von Behältern aufeinanderzustapeln, ohne Gefahr, dass die Behälter ausrutschen und ausleeren. Dies ist bei den in Setzereien oft recht be schränkten Platzverhältnissen ein weiterer grosser Vorteil.
Das Beispiel nach Fig. 3 und 4 untersehei- det sich von demjenigen nach Fig.1 und 2 lediglich dadurch, dass an Stelle eines Linien rasters von unterbrochenen Rippen 1 ein sol cher von Rillen 5 vorgesehen ist, zwischen wel chen die quadratischen Erhöhungen 6 liegen.
Im Falle von Fig. 5 und 6 ist schliesslich auf der innern Bodenoberfläche ein Punkt raster von kleinen Zapfen 7 vorgesehen, um welche herum entsprechende Vertiefungen 8 vorhanden sind.
Die Behälter werden vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff hergestellt durch Pressen oder durch Spritzen, was sowohl die Herstellung der Rasterung als diejenige der Hohlkehle 4 erleichtert. Ausserdem können Kunststoff behälter leichter gereinigt werden als die bis her meist üblichen Holzbehälter.

The containers are preferably made of plastic by pressing or by injection molding, which facilitates both the production of the grid and that of the groove 4. In addition, plastic containers can be cleaned more easily than the most common wooden containers.
