Method for shipping yarn bobbins and device for carrying out the method
The subject of the invention is a method for shipping yarn bobbins as they are taken from the spinning, twisting or winding machine and conveyed to the machine for further processing.
Up to now it has been customary to put the yarn bobbins on breadboards after they have been removed from the spinning, twisting or winding machine. and wrap each individual spool of thread in aluminum foil, cellophane or wax paper, after which the spools of thread protected in this way are packed in cardboard boxes and these in turn are put into boxes or containers for final dispatch.
In addition to the fact that this process required a relatively large amount of time and manpower, it was also unavoidable that the bobbins of thread could not be avoided by touching them too often with the hands and also by the process of laying paper in and removing it again in their uppermost yarn layers damaged.
Efforts were therefore made to simplify the packaging process. For this purpose, special transport boxes were made, in which the reels were inserted upright, with the reels on bearing journals or in bearing bores, one in the bottom and the other in the lid of the box, which in turn could be the bottom of the next box above were centered. This process also had its disadvantages: The outermost layers of yarn on the bobbins are easily exposed to confusion due to vibrations when shipping upright, which can also lead to rejects.
The purpose of the present invention is to create a method in which these deficiencies with their harmful consequences for the garden and with the increased costs for packaging and labor are eliminated. According to the method according to the invention, after being removed from the machine, the bobbins of yarn are collected on collecting frames, for example in the form of the known hedgehog frames, and unpacked with the respective drum. hmen in a verse. dbeha. Older stored, in which they are sealed airtight and dust-tight and shipped.
The collecting frames can be provided with rollers and inserted or stored in the running and storage rails of a trolley, which the operating personnel! be carried along the machine for collection.
The collecting frames are expediently driven after they have been completely filled with bobbins on this trolley to a container which is jointed dust-tight on all sides and whose side door also closes the inside from the outside air after closing with rubber interlayers. In this container, a plurality of track rails arranged next to one another are advantageously provided for receiving the collecting frame. When the trolleys are at the same height as the bottom of the container, the collecting frame can be pushed directly from its running and bearing rail on the trolley into the running and bearing rail of the container, in order then to be dispatched.
In this way it can be achieved that the yarn is no longer touched with the hands after it has left the working machine at the dispatch location until it arrives in front of the working machine at the receiving location.
The restacking, wrapping in paper or film, packing in cardboard boxes, stacking these cardboard boxes in boxes and the corresponding unloading processes can be saved.
An example of the method according to the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawing, in which an embodiment of a device for carrying out the method is shown. Show it :
Fig. La to le the schematic representation of the yarn package dispatch from the spinning, twisting or winding machine to the wagon,
2 shows a shipping container with a trolley in front of it and an empty container half pulled out. mmelrahmen.
Fig. 3 shows the trolley with s collecting frame and
FIG. 4 shows a detail from FIG. 3 on a larger scale.
In the drawing (FIG. 1 a), 1 represents the spinning, twisting or winding machine at the loading location. The yarn bobbins are removed from this and placed on the collecting frame 2 in the trolley 3 (FIG. 1 b). Each collecting frame 2 is tared. The collecting frame 2 is then pushed out of its trolley 3 onto a scale 4 (FIG. 1c) which, like the trolley 3, has running and storage rails 5 and 6 for the collecting frame and on which the weight of the yarn bobbins is known when the tare of the collecting frame is known 2 is determined. The collecting frame 2 is then taken back onto the cart 3, whereupon the latter is pushed onto the shipping container 7 (FIG. 1d).
Here the collecting frame 2 is pushed into the running and bearing rails 5 and 6 of the shipping container 7. After its doors 8 have been closed, the shipping container 7 is shipped by road or rail transport 9 (FIG. 1e). The unloading process then proceeds in reverse at the receiving location.
It is of course a. It is also possible to temporarily park the collecting frames 2 in an interim storage facility. It is advisable to use containers similar to the. Versa. nd containers 7 to be provided. These can have a larger capacity, but be less stable. However, entire, closed and protected rooms with running and bearing rails 5 and 6 can be provided as bearings for the collecting frame 2. Such storage has the great advantage over storage in which the bobbins of yarn are stored in their packaged state that the goods can be checked at any time and without inconvenience.
In Fig. 2, a shipping container 7, which has adjacent spaces, which are separated by partitions 10 made of plywood or plastic, is shown.
Each subdivided R-auni of this shipping container 7 can accommodate two collecting frames 2 arranged one behind the other. Such a shipping container, which has the dimensions of the standardized railway container, is provided on its front with hinged and lockable doors 8. The frame of the shipping container 7 is made of iron or metal construction as usual. Plywood or plastic panels are used as wall material.
The joints in the wall covering and the transitions to the hinged doors are sealed airtight and dustproof with rubber foils. The upper running and bearing rail 6 as well as the entire cover of the shipping container 7 are made of non-ferrous metal, since water would form on metal parts with falling temperatures.
3 shows the trolley 3 with a raised collecting frame 2. The frame of the 'collecting' frame is filled with vertical grid tubes 11, a. On which the coil holders 12 are welded on both sides and one above the other. The pollen as well as the empty bobbins are attached to these bobbin holders 12, which are provided with rubber rings 13 and 14 (Fig. 4) at the base and tip for better adhesion of the bobbins.
The coils do not normally see themselves from horizontally arranged coil holders 12; However, in order to prevent all the unpleasantness of the transport, it is advisable to incline the spool holder 12 slightly upwards. to be welded to the grid tubes 11. In the Versa. nd container 7, the partition walls 10 prevent slipping even with hard transport bars, since between them and the tip of the spool sitting on the stopper there is only a space of et. wa 1 to 2 cm is left free.
The bobbin holders 12 are overlaid. and the grid tubes 11 are arranged side by side as close as possible to ensure that the full. Just allow bobbins without touching the neighboring full bobbins.
The collecting frame 2 is provided with two rollers 15 (Fig. 4) which each fit into the U-shaped running and bearing rails 5 in the shipping container 7, on the truck 3, on the scales 4 and in storage containers. Parents or storage rooms are pushed in and stored.
The height of the running and bearing rails 5 of the individual units is coordinated with one another in such a way that the collecting frames 2 can be assembled without longer intermediate rails by simply moving the conveyor 3 up and fixing its running and. Lagersehiene 5 compared to that of the container 7 or the scale 4 by means of foldable, on the trolley 3 be strengthened, not shown guide members can be brought from one Aggeragt to the other and vice versa.
