Cutting machine intended in particular for cutting meat With the existing perforated disks of the usual meat cutting machines, the cut material is reduced to a certain minimum particle size. However, this minimum size cannot be achieved in the required fineness within the framework of economic processing.
The present invention aims to eliminate this inadequacy of the known cutting machines without endangering the material to be cut and relates to a cutting machine intended in particular for meat cutting. a feed shaft rotatably mounted in a housing.
According to the invention, the cutting machine is characterized in that it has a cutting unit consisting of three perforated disks in direct succession, in which the rearmost disk in the feed direction is seated in a rotationally fixed manner on the feed shaft, whereas the middle disk is eccentric is rotatably mounted on the foremost disk, which has a central, the feed shaft through the bore and is supported against the housing,
while the middle pane lies loosely against the front pane over its entire surface.
The working with the center disc, similar to a conventional cross knife seated on the Vorsehubwelle towards D tere disc is appropriately perforated coarser than the center disc. Since the latter rests against the front pane over its entire surface, it can be made as thin as the fine cut requires. After use, all panes can be cleaned individually, which does not cause any difficulties.
When using such a cutting unit, the ice required in the cutter is replaced by water, since the process in the cutter is considerably shortened due to the fineness of the treated material to be cut. The eccentric mounting of the middle disc on the front disc is essential for the cooperation of the three discs of the cutting unit. It prevents the middle disc from being carried along at the same speed as the rear disc rotating at the speed of the feed shaft. The central disc can therefore only move with. Rotate at a lower speed, which means that all three discs are involved in the cutting process.
The ratio of the mean speed of the center disk to Wel lendrehzahl depends on the extent of the eccentricity and is greater, the smaller the eccentricity is measured.
The drawing shows a Ausführungsbei game of the subject invention. Fig. 1 shows the front part of a meat cutting machine in view of the housing shown in the vertical th center longitudinal section.
Fig.2 shows. on a larger scale a vertical central longitudinal section through a hole washer.
Fig.3 shows a cross section along the line A-A in Fig.2.
As can be seen from FIG. 1, a central feed shaft 2 is rotatably supported in the housing 1 and is provided with a transport snow 3 in the rear part. The housing has an inwardly projecting shoulder 4 on which a disc 5 provided with large openings rests.
In front of this disc are in sequence a cross knife 9, a coarse-hole disc 6, one of three perforated discs 10, 7, 8 best existing cutting unit and a spacer ring 14-. The disks 5, 6 and 8 have, as shown in Fig. 3 for the foremost disk 8, a feed shaft \? surrounding Boh tion 11 and are on top with. a groove 12 is provided, in which a longitudinal bar 13 engages, which is arranged on the housing 1 protruding inward.
The spacer ring 14 is. also with a longitudinal bar 1: 3 encompassing groove. provided and is on the front under the influence of a union nut 15, through which the entire disk-knife package against each other and against the shoulder 4 of the housing 1 will keep ge. The feed shaft 2 is, as can be seen from FIG. 3, flattened on two opposite sides.
The cross knife 9 and the disc 10 are provided with central, longitudinally borrowed perforations that are suitably designed for this purpose, so that they are longitudinally displaceable but not rotatable relative to the shaft and sit on the shaft. therefore participate in the rotations of the shaft. The disc 10 has, as can be seen from Figure 2, opposite the Seheibe 8 smaller holes 17 of, for example, 3 -mm diameter, which are evenly divided ver over the entire disc.
The disk 7 has the smallest holes 18, which for example have a clear width of 1 mm. The thickness of this disc is of considerable importance for the fineness of the comminution. the thinner this disk is, the finer it is.
The disc 8 is with. a hub 19 arranged eccentrically to the central bore 11. The disc 7 has a central bore which corresponds to the outer diameter of the hub 19, and is freely rotatably mounted on the hub 19 by means of this bearing bore. The disc 7 is. therefore loosely arranged between the disks 8 and 10 over its entire surface.
In operation, as a result of the rotation of the shaft 2, the transport screw 3 allows the material to be cut brought into its area under appropriate gradual shredding through the discs and he drives in the area of the Sehneidaggregates 10, 7, 8 a particularly effective processing that it is based on the fact that the central disk 7 of this unit, despite it loosely rotatable bar on the fixed support disk 8 ge superimposed. is, by virtue of the eccentricity of this bearing with respect to the shaft axis, is prevented from rotating with the cutting disk 10 at the same speed as a result of being entrained by the material to be cut.
In addition, the particles of the material to be cut that have been pushed through the fine holes 18 are further cut when they pass into the holes 16 of the disc 8. Contrary to what is shown in the drawing, the mounting of the disc 7 on the disc 8 instead of on the inside by means of the hub 19 can also be followed on the outer circumference.
For this purpose, omitting the hub 19, the disc 8 on the side facing the disc 7 is provided with a recess of the thickness of the disc 7 ent speaking size, which has an outer diameter of the disc 7 ent speaking and the same eccentricity with respect to the central Boh tion 11 of the support plate 16, as is the case for the hub 19.
