Bei bekannten Geräten dieser Art ist meist eine massive Walze auf einer durch gehenden, kräftigen Achse, die an beiden En den mit Handgriffen versehen ist, lose (leicht drehbar) gelagert. Das so beschaffene Gerät ist aus Holz gefertigt.
Im Gegensatz dazu weist gemäss vorlie gender Erfindung das Teigausrollgerät einen verschliessbaren, zylindrischen Hohlkörper mit beiderseits rohrförmigen Ansätzen auf, auf welchen Handhaben bildende Hülsen lose drehbar gelagert. sind.
Mittels der Erfindung wird ein durchaus hygienisches Gerät geschaffen, dessen Arbeits fläche auch bei langer Gebrauchsdauer voll kommen glatt, bleibt, feuchtigkeitsabstossend ist und leicht. gereinigt. werden kann.
Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht ein Aus führungsbeispiel der Erfindung. Fig. 1 ist ein Schaubild des ganzen Gerätes, Fig. 2 ein Längsschnitt durch die beiden Enden des Ge rätes mit. den anschliessenden Ansätzen.
Der Hohlkörper, aus welchem das Teig- ausrollgerät in der Hauptsache besteht., wird durch eine die Arbeitsfläche aufweisende Walze a. und zwei stirnseitig anschliessende, schalenartig gestaltete 'Teile b, c gebildet, welche in der Längsmittelachse des Gerätes liegende, rohrförmige Ansätze d, e aufweisen und mit diesen gleiehstückig sind. Auf d und e sind Hülsen f, g, die als Handhaben dienen, lose drehbar gelagert.
Das Rohrstück d ist mittels einer Kappe h, deren Rand hl die Hülse f stirnseitig übergreift, fest abge schlossen. In der äussern Öffnung des Rohr stückes e sitzt eine Muffe i, durch welche ein Stöpsel k hindurchgesteckt werden kann.
Je nachdem Hefeteig oder Mürbteig mit Hilfe des Gerätes ausgewalzt werden soll, wird die Walze mit kaltem oder mit warmem Wasser gefüllt. Das Rohrstück e bildet die Einfüll- und Entleerungsöffnung, welche mit tels des Stöpsels k verschliessbar ist. Beim Gebrauch des Gerätes werden die Hülsen f, g erfasst, in welchen sieh die Rohrstücke d, e leicht drehen, wenn die Walze auf dem Teig fladen abrollt.
Die dargestellten und beschriebenen Teile bestehen aus thermoplastisch verformten Kunststoffen. Es hat, sich als vorteilhaft er wiesen, die Walze a aus schlagfestem Poly styrol, die seitlichen Anschlussteile b, c mit den Rohrstücken d, e sowie die Handgriff- hülsen f, g aus gewöhnlichem Polystyrol, da gegen den Stöpsel k aus Polyäthylen zu bilden.
Beim Gebrauch des: Gerätes, dessen Teile alle aus Kunststoff, insbesondere thermopla stisch verformtem Kunststoff, bestehen, füllt man den Hohlkörper je nach Bedarf mit warmem oder kaltem Wasser, verschliesst ihn mittels Stöpsels und benutzt das Gerät zum Teigausrollen in üblicher Weise. Dabei findet kein Ankleben des Teiges an der Walze statt, und es kann kein Fett u. a. m. in die Um fangsfläche der Walze eindringen.
