Fig. 3 und 4 zeigen Einzelheiten in perspektiviseher Ansieht.
Fig. 5 zeigt den Zustand unmittelbar nae-h diesem Vorgang.
Band fitting machine The invention relates to a band I) eschlaamasehine, which is provided with a punch which, by interacting with a base, produces locking hooks that are pressed out and partially punched out in two overlapping band ends with such a design that they interlock and one that Only then do the ends of the tape form a cohesive hook bond
when, after the punching process el3, the tape ends have slid a piece along one another in the longitudinal direction of the tape in a direction that leads the tape ends apart. Sole tape fitting machines are used for packaging purposes.
Such a hook association can be loosened if the strap ends slide backwards into their original position for any reason.
The aim of the invention is to provide a complete set of special counter-hooks for pressing tools (of a lesser type, the hook association (in the same work cycle as the formation of the hook), which prevent such a sliding back and thus an unintentional disintegration of the association.
The machine according to the invention is characterized in that the punch and the base are set up, in addition to the punched locking hooks in the two tape ends, also to produce at least one counter-hook with such a design that they slide the tape ends into the position for engaging the lock Allow hooks and at the same time snap on top of one another in order to form, in this engagement position, in cooperation with one another, a visual wave barrier against a backward movement of the strap ends that loosens the hook bandage.
To produce a hook association with two or more locking hooks, for example in the locking hooks arranged with a certain space between each other, the punch and the base are arranged in such a way that, in addition to the aforementioned locking hooks, they also produce counter hooks in at least one such space between the locking hooks.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention.
Fig. 1 shows part of the tape fitting machine partially in section,
FIG. 2 shows a section through the same machine according to line II-II in FIG.
3 and 4 show details in perspective view.
5 to 7 are sections in different work phases in the production of the bandage, the bandage being shown in FIG. 7 in a section along the line VII-VII according to FIG.
Fig. 8 shows a finished dressing from above.
The same parts are provided with the same reference symbols in the various figures.
In the machine shown, 1 denotes a base plate, 2 a housing and 6 a side plate, which together form a frame for the working parts of the machine, which consist of three main parts, namely a punching and pressing device, a pair of scissors and a clamping device. The main element of the first-mentioned device consists of a punch 10 and a base 27 (see also FIGS. 3 and 4) and the movement mechanism of the punch.
This consists of a roller 8, which is mounted on a pin 9 fitted into a hole 9a in the punch 10, and a lever arm 3, which is mounted on a spacer sleeve 5, which is connected between the housing 2 and the side plate 6 by means of a continuous bolt assembly 4, 7 is clamped, as well as an intermediate joint 14, 15, which is mounted on the one hand on the pin 9 and on the other hand cooperates with a hook 13 on the segment 3 a of the lever arm 3. An angle part 12, 12a is secured to the punch 10 by means of a through a hole 11? inserted cotter pins 11 attached.
To produce the locking hooks in the packaging tape, the base 27 has angular, sharp-edged projections 40 and 41 which cooperate with corresponding angular notches 42 and 43 in a recess 24 in the lower surface 23 of the stamp 10 when the latter is pressed down.
When the packaging tape 30a, 30b is inserted between the parts 23 and 27 and the stamp 10 is pressed down, the locking hooks 31a and 31b are punched out in the tape parts 30a and 30b by the cooperation of the parts 40 and 41 or 42 and 43, and the free one The end of the band part 30b is bent down against the band part 30a by the action of a curved part 27a against the base 27.
Furthermore, the punch 10 is provided with two teeth 25 and 26 and the base 27 with two corresponding teeth 28 and 29. Perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the packaging tape (30a, 30 @), the teeth have a very saw-toothed, sawtooth-like contour with surfaces 28a and 29a at least approximately parallel to the movement direction of the stamp and with these surfaces 286 and 286 and, apart from the latter direction, inclined between the first-mentioned surfaces 99b (Fig.
4), which can be seen from the tooth root to the tooth tip near the tensioning direction of the adjacent ribbon strand (Fig. 7 and 8).
These teeth 25 and 26 or 28 and 29 are located and designed in such a way that at least two edges 28c and 29c of the base 27, which are at least approximately parallel to the direction of movement of the stamp, come to lie in the middle of each of two such edges 25a and 26a of the stamp 10 as well as that an inclined surface located between the mentioned edges of the base runs at least approximately parallel to a very saw surface between the end faces of the punch.
The scissors consist of an ales knife-shaped part 20 of the punch 10 and a part 21 designed as a counter-blade, which rests on the base plate 1. The tensioning device consists of a corrugated plate 16 in the base plate 1, a tensioning roller 17 and lever arms 18 and 19.
By means of an oscillating movement of the lever arm 18, the tensioning roller 17 can be moved in steps in a counterclockwise direction together with an axis 18α by means of a locking feed mechanism (not shown) which only drives in one direction of movement. are rotated, the irm housing 2 is mounted by means of the lever arm 19 such that when pivoting this lever arm near the one direction the tensioning roller 17 of the corrugated plate 16 is approached, while a pivoting movement of the lever arm in the opposite direction brings about the opposite effect.
When using the machine, it is placed with the base plate 1 against the object that is to be covered with tape. The outer free end of the band (z. B. a steel band), the z. B. is wound in the form of a roll, is inserted from the right in Fig. 1 under the counter-tendon 21 between the punch 10 and the base 27 via the angle member 12a and between the corrugated plate 16 and the tensioning roller 17.
I) the tape is then guided around the object and reinserted over the already introduced strand of tape, but this time the tape is placed between the knives 20 and 21. The two strands of tape are then pressed together between the tensioning roller 17 and the corrugated plate 16 by means of the lever arm 19, so that the lower strand is firmly held against the corrugations of the plate, whereupon the upper part of the tape is moved back and forth by the Lever arm 18 and engagement with the tensioning roller 17 is moved to the right in Fig. 1, so that a strong tensioning of the belt around the object is obtained.
The actual punching and pressing process then takes place by guiding the lever arm 3 to the left in FIG. 1, the punch 10 being pressed downwards. During the first moment of movement, the upper strand of tape located between the knives is cut from the tape roll.
Fig. 5 shows the state immediately after this process. The lower strand of tape is designated 30a and the upper one 30b. The punching and pressing of the locking hook itself has just started due to the interaction of the projections 40, 41 with the notches 42, 43. The teeth 25 and 26 as well as 28 and 29 have just come into contact with the band in order to produce the intended counter hooks 32a and 32b in the bands. In Fig. 6 the pressing and punching is completed.
From this position the ilebel arm 3 is guided back to the right in FIG. 1, the punch 10 first being lifted out of engagement with the bundle of bands and the part 12a thereupon grasping the bundle of bands from below and lifting it out of engagement with the base 27 . In connection with this, the tension roller 17 is relieved with the lever arm 19, the bands sliding along each other in their longitudinal direction in a loosing direction so that the locking hooks 31a and 31b engage and the association according to FIGS. 7 and 8 is completed.
The counter-hooks 32a and 32b produced at the same time with the locking hooks 31a and 31b during the punching and pressing process can slide out of the position according to FIG. 6, allowing a certain deflection of the strands of tape, in order to move below the position according to Spring back of the band strands to be brought to cooperate with each other, whereby a sliding back of the band parts is prevented.
The punching and pressing part for the counter hook is arranged in the tool between the punching and pressing parts for two locking hooks. As a result, the counter-hooks in the finished association come to lie in band parts that are effectively held against each other so that they can only be brought to such an extent that the counter-hooks release each other by means of visible and forceful engagement from the outside.
The design of the pressing tool and that of the locking members produced can be modified within the scope of the invention.
