Bracelet-montre du type marquise La présente invention a pour objet un bracelet-montre du type marquise.
Ce bracelet-montre est caractérisé par le fait que l'une au moins des branches et la boîte présentent chacune un organe de verrouillage, dont l'un au moins est élastiquement déforma- ble et qui sont destinés à s'engager automatiquement l'un avec l'autre lorsqu'on ouvre la branche, de manière à la maintenir dans cette position.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, trois formes d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention.
La fig. 1 est une vue de côté de la première forme d'exécution dans laquelle les branches sont fermées.
La fig. 2 en est une vue de côté, partielle, dans laquelle les branches sont ouvertes.
La fig. 3 est une vue de côté, partielle, de la seconde forme d'exécution, et la fig. 4 en est un plan.
Les fig. 5 et 6 sont des vues semblables de la troisième forme d'exécution.
La première forme d'exécution comprend une boîte 1 portant deux gonds 2 dans lesquels deux branches arquées, rigides 3, sont articulées sur des axes 4. Un ressort de rappel 5 est monté sur chaque axe et agit, d'une part, sur la boite et, de l'autre, sur la branche, de façon à rappeler cette dernière dans sa position fermée, dans laquelle elle vient buter contre l'arête inférieure 2a du gond. Une plaque 6 est rapportée par l'une de ses extrémités 6a sur la face supérieure du gond et présente à l'autre extrémité un bec 6b prévu pour s'engager avec un bec correspondant 7b que présente une seconde plaque 7 rapportée en 7a sur la face supérieure de l'extrémité de la branche adjacente du gond.
Ces deux plaques découpées, sont élastiquement déformables. Elles sont placées en regard l'une de l'autre et, lorsqu'on ouvre la branche, elles s'engagent automatiquement à cran l'une avec l'autre. De cette manière ladite branche est verrouillée dans sa position ouverte comme représenté dans la fig. 2.
La seconde forme d'exécution, représentée dans les fig. 3 et 4, comprend une plaque 8 rapportée sur la branche et s'engageant sur une plaque 9 montée sur le gond. Ces deux plaques, toutes deux légèrement élastiques, s'accrochent l'une sur l'autre par simple pression, sans l'aide de becs comme dans la forme d'exécution précédente.
Enfin, la dernière forme d'exécution, représentée dans les fig. 5 et 6, comprend un organe 10 rapporté sur la branche et en forme

de boucle terminée par un bec 11. Ce dernier est destiné à venir s'accrocher dans une ouverture 12 d'un organe 13 disposé sur le gond.
Ce dispositif de verrouillage, particulièrement simple, permet de maintenir les branches en position ouverte lorsque la montre n'est pas portée. On évite ainsi de marquer et de détériorer lesdites branches en les empêchant de venir buter contre l'arête inférieure 2a des gonds. Comme représenté au dessin, on donnera aux organes de verrouillage diverses formes décoratives.

The first embodiment comprises a box 1 carrying two hinges 2 in which two arched, rigid branches 3 are articulated on axes 4. A return spring 5 is mounted on each axis and acts, on the one hand, on the box and, on the other, on the branch, so as to recall the latter in its closed position, in which it abuts against the lower edge 2a of the hinge. A plate 6 is attached by one of its ends 6a to the upper face of the hinge and has at the other end a spout 6b provided to engage with a corresponding spout 7b that has a second plate 7 attached at 7a on the upper face of the end of the adjacent branch of the hinge.
These two cut plates are elastically deformable. They are placed opposite each other and, when the branch is opened, they automatically engage with each other. In this way said branch is locked in its open position as shown in FIG. 2.
The second embodiment, shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, comprises a plate 8 attached to the branch and engaging a plate 9 mounted on the hinge. These two plates, both slightly elastic, hook onto each other by simple pressure, without the aid of nozzles as in the previous embodiment.
Finally, the last embodiment, shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, comprises a member 10 attached to the branch and shaped

loop terminated by a spout 11. The latter is intended to hook into an opening 12 of a member 13 disposed on the hinge.
This particularly simple locking device keeps the branches in the open position when the watch is not worn. This avoids marking and damaging said branches by preventing them from abutting against the lower edge 2a of the hinges. As shown in the drawing, the locking members will be given various decorative shapes.
