Description

  

  Zusatzpatent zum hauptpatent Nr. 324778    Maschine zum Zusammenstellen von Mosaik-Parkettplatten    Das Hauptpatent betrifft eine Maschine  zum Zusammenstellen von Mosaik-Parkettplat  ten, mit welcher Gruppen von Kleinparkett  leisten in längs- und Querrichtung aneinan  dergereiht werden. Diese Maschine ist gekenn  zeichnet durch mindestens zwei quer     zueinan-          der        angeordnete     für  die Holzleisten, welche Einrichtungen zu einer  Schleusvorrichtung führen, deren Schleusen  zwannläufig gesteuert sind, um jeweils einer  Anzahl von Leisten in der für das Zusammen  setzen eines bestimmten Musters notwendigen  Folge den Weg aus den Zuführeinrichtungen  freizugeben.  



  Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Ver  besserung einer Maschine dieser Art mit.       Transportbändern    als Zuführungseinrichtun  gen und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die  Schleusvorrichtung Schieber aufweist, welche  dazu dienen, von den     rechtwinklig    aufeinan  der zulaufenden Transportbändern Leisten  gruppen auf eine gemeinsame Transportbahn       aufzuschieben.    Diese gemeinsame Transport  bahn kann ein sieh schrittweise bewegendes       Transportband    oder ein Tisch sein.  



  In beiliegender Zeichnung sind beispiels  weise zwei Ausführungsformen des Erfin  dungsgegenstandes veranschaulicht. Es zeigt:       Fig.1    eine Draufsicht auf eine Maschine,  bei welcher als gemeinsame Transportbahn ein  Transportband dient,       Fig.    2 eine Ansieht von     Fig.1    in der     Rich-          tulig    des Pfeils a,         Fig.3    einen Ausschnitt aus dem Trans  portband nach     Fig.1    und 2,       Fig.    4 eine Draufsicht auf eine Maschine,  bei welcher als gemeinsame Transportbahn ein  Tisch dient.  



  Die Zufuhr der Leisten erfolgt durch das  Transportband 1 und das rechtwinklig auf  dieses zulaufende Transportband 2. Zwischen  diesen beiden Transportbändern bewegt sich  schrittweise das gemeinsame Transportband 3,  das lediglich bei der     Schleusvorrichtung    von  den beiden     Transportbändern    Leistengruppen  aufnimmt und zum Sammeltisch 4 befördert.  



  Das Transportband 3 hat an beiden Rän  dern auf die Länge einer Leistengruppe als  Schleusen wirkende Begrenzungsstifte 7-10,  die so angeordnet sind, dass sie einmal den  Aufschub von Leisten vom Band 1 gestatten  und gleichzeitig den Aufschub vom Band 2  sperren und umgekehrt. Mittels den Schiebern  5 und 6 werden in bestimmter Reihenfolge  Leistengruppen auf das sich um eine     Leisten-          bzw.    Gruppenlänge schrittweise vorwärtsbewe  gende Transportband 3 geschoben.

   Da zur  Bildung von Platten aus sechzehn Gruppen je  vier     aufeinanderfolgende    Leistengruppen in  anderer Reihenfolge von längs- und quer  stehenden Leisten     aneinandergereiht    sind,  müssen auch die     Begrenzungsstifte    entspre  chend angeordnet sein, und zwar so, dass auf  der in der Laufrichtung rechten Bandseite die  Begrenzungsstifte 9 und 10 den Aufschub der  Querleisten vom Band 1 und auf der linken      Bandseite die Stifte 7 und 8 den Aufschub  der in der Transportrichtung liegenden Lei  sten vom Band 2 ermöglichen. Hat die erste  Reihenfolge mit einer querstehenden Leisten  gruppe geendet, dann beginnt die nächste  Reihenfolge ebenfalls mit einer Gruppe quer  gerichteter Stäbe, so dass sich folgende Rei  henfolge ergibt:

   Je vier Gruppen werden von einem  Schieber 12 auf den Tisch 4 abgeschoben, auf  welchem     sechzehn    Leistengruppen durch Auf  kleben eines Papiers oder dergleichen zu einer       Mosaikplatte        verbunden    werden.  



  Die Bänder 1 und 3 sind über die gemein  same Rolle 13 geführt, die durch nicht näher  bezeichnete Mittel schrittweise gedreht wird.  



  Fig. 3 zeigt einen Längsschnitt durch ein  Stück des Bandes 3, in welchem die Stiften  gruppen 7 und 8 sowie 9 und 10 sitzen. Die       Bewegung    der Schieber 5 und 7, die ebenfalls  im genannten     Rhythmus    erfolgen muss, kann  durch ein Druckmedium, das von einem Kom  mandogerät gesteuert ist und auf einen Kol  ben wirbt, erfolgen.  



  In Fig. 4 ist ein anderes Ausführungsbei  spiel veranschaulicht. Als gemeinsame Trans  portbahn dient hier ein Tisch 16, auf welchem  ein Schieber 15 die von den Schiebern 5 und 6  auf den gemeinsamen Transporttisch 16 auf  geschobenen Leistengruppen weiterschiebt. In  dieser Ausführung sind als Schleusen Sperr-    stifte 17 erforderlich, welche die Zufuhr vom  Band 2 aufhalten bzw. freigeben. Die Sperr  stifte 17 und die Schieber 5, 6 und 15 können  ebenfalls durch ein Druckmedium oder elek  trisch von einem Kommandogerät betätigt  werden.

  The strips are supplied by the conveyor belt 1 and the conveyor belt 2 running at right angles to it. Between these two conveyor belts, the common conveyor belt 3 moves step by step, which only picks up groups of strips at the lock device from the two conveyor belts and conveys them to the collecting table 4.



  The conveyor belt 3 has on both edges on the length of a group of strips acting as locks limiting pins 7-10, which are arranged so that they once allow the postponement of bars from tape 1 and at the same time block the postponement of tape 2 and vice versa. By means of the sliders 5 and 6, groups of bars are pushed in a certain sequence onto the conveyor belt 3 moving forward by a bar or group length.

  Fig. 3 shows a longitudinal section through a piece of the tape 3 in which the pin groups 7 and 8 and 9 and 10 are seated. UNTERANSPRÜCHE 1. Maschine nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als gemeinsame Trans portbahn ein schrittweise bewegtes Transport band dient. 2.
