Description
Fig. 3 zeigt den Rütteltisch im Querschnitt. .
Machine for assembling mosaic parquet panels The type of flooring known under the name of mosaic parquet, which consists of a number of small wooden parquet strips that are not directly connected to one another, is generally processed in the manufacturer's factory for later laying on the building site, that a number of such strips are put together to form a pattern and connected to one another by a sheet of paper or other suitable means.
This joining of the individual small parquet strips has so far been done almost exclusively by hand. Here, the individual strips, which are preferably rectangular in shape, are put together in different directions to give the finished floor a pleasing appearance. A checkerboard-like pattern is very popular, in which a certain number of strips with parallel grain directions are put together to form a square, whereupon the squares are laid next to one another with the grain direction twisted by 90.
The subject of the present invention is. Now a machine for assembling mosaic parquet panels, with which groups of small parquet strips are strung together in the longitudinal and transverse directions, which is characterized by at least two transversely arranged Zuführungsein directions for the wooden strips, which one directions to a lock device, their locks are inevitably controlled in order to release a number of strips in the sequence necessary for assembling a certain th pattern from the feeders.
In the drawing, an example embodiment of the machine according to the invention is shown. FIG. 1 shows a plan view of the machine, FIG. 2 shows a view in the direction of arrow a in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows a section along line I-I in FIG.
From at least one machine or strip feed point (Fug. 1 and 2) conveyor belts 1 and 2, which run over rollers 1a and 2ca, lead to vibrating devices 3 and 4 in which the strips. through channels 5, which are formed by ribs 4b, are aligned Gleichsin nig and get on conveyor belts 6 and 7 transverse to the transport direction.
One of the conveyor belts 7 leads via rollers 7a to a plate assembling device 8, while the conveyor belt 6 hits the conveyor belt 7 via rollers 6a at at least approximately a right angle between the plate assembling device 8 and the vibrating device 5. A lock 10 is arranged above the conveyor belt 7, and the conveyor belt 6 is blocked by the lock 11.
By alternately opening and closing the locks 10 and 11, the flow of the strips 12 and 13 lying transversely and loosely on the belts is interrupted or released. The locks 10 and 11 can be controlled according to a certain rhythm by means of command devices in such a way that, as can be seen, one group of strips is directed transversely and one group is directed longitudinally on part 7b of the conveyor belt 7 to the assembly device LUZg 8.
The locks 10 and 11 essentially consist of a slide that can be moved up and down either magnetically, hydraulically or pneumatically. The corresponding command pulses can come from a motor-driven cam, for example. Since the conveyor belts run continuously, the strips collect in front of the closed locks and are automatically transported on as soon as the lock in question is opened.
When putting the individual groups together to form a plate of, for example, sixteen groups, it is necessary that the last and the first group of four groups following each other on the conveyor are aligned. If a plate is assembled on the assembly device 8, which consists, for example, of sixteen groups of strips, then this group is advanced to the assembly device 8 by means of a gear (not shown in detail) and a slide 15 and glued over by means of paper,
so that the strips are held together and can be transported in this way. For this purpose a paper roll 16, paper transport rolls 17 as well as glue application rollers 18 and cutting knife 19 are arranged next to the assembling device 8, which are put into operation by a gear (not shown) z on the operator through a foot 20, a strip fen Apply glue to the underside of the paper and cut to the required length.
This paper, coated with glue on the underside, is glued to the plates by the operator, whereupon the assembled mosaic plate 22 is pushed by the slide 15 under elastic pressure rollers 23 through onto an automatically lowering stacking table 24.
Fig. 3 shows the vibrating table in cross section. By means of the conveyor belt 2, the Lei most 12 are raised from the loading point and fall on the vibrating plate 4a. This is loosely attached to the frame 26 by means of springs 25 so that it can be shaken by a vibrator not provided. The vibrating plate 4a is provided with ribs 4b, which form the channels 5 in which the lines are directed parallel to one another and transversely to the transport belt and are transferred to the conveyor belt 6 via the transfer plate 27 at the lower end of the vibrating plate 4a. .
