Switching device for crossbar switch The present invention relates to a switching device for crossbar sehalter, in which a selection and a holding rod are pushed ver in the direction of their longitudinal axis and act at their intersection on a resilient dial finger for the purpose of actuating a contact group.
The characteristic of the invention is that the selector finger consists of a straight and a coiled part, the latter being close to the attachment point of the selector finger and forming at least one complete helical turn, the pitch of which corresponds to the diameter of the selector finger matches and the plane of which is almost parallel to the straight Telsl of the dial finger.
The drawing shows an embodiment of a switching device according to the invention and contains only the parts thereof that are necessary for understanding the invention.
In an isometric view is part of a selector rod 1 and. a part of a holding rod 2 is shown. The electromagnets 3 and 4 required for the actuation of the rods are shown schematically. The selector rod 1 has a U-shaped cross section. The two side legs are labeled 5 and 6, respectively. On the leg 5, a strip 7 made of synthetic resin hard paper is attached.
Both the leg 5 and the hard paper strip. 7 have identically formed cutouts 8 at equal intervals. The resilient selection finger 9 consists of a straight part 10 and a helically wound part 11. A guide sleeve 12 receives the short end of the selection finger 9, which is connected to the part 12 'by squeezing. The guide sleeve is firmly connected to the leg 6, which can be done, for example, by riveting.
The coiled part 11 of the selector finger 9 is arranged between the two lateral legs 5 and 6 of the selector rod and forms a screw with the pitch equal to the diameter of the selector finger. The planes of the screw turns are almost parallel to the straight part 10 of the dial finger. According to the invention, the part 11 forms at least one complete turn; in a preferred embodiment, three are provided.
The holding rod 2 is also U-shaped, but with very short lateral legs. One of these is provided with holding teeth 13 arranged at regular intervals, only one of which is shown in the drawing. Each retaining tooth has a recess 15 on the end face 14.
Should: the schematically shown contact 16 - in its place there is also a group of contacts. could be operated, the switching device works as follows: The selector rod 1 is moved so far as a result of the excitation of its associated electromagnet 3 in the direction of the arrow until the straight part 10 of the selector finger 9 is in front of the cutout 15 of the retaining tooth 13.
By energizing the electromagnet 4, which is assigned to the holding rod 2, this is now also displaced in the direction of the arrow, the holding tooth 13 taking the selector finger 9 with it. Its front end has carried out the movement indicated in the drawing by the two dashed arrows and causes the contact 16 to close.
The selector magnet 3 is now de-energized, the selector rod 1 falls back against the direction of the arrow in the starting position, while the end of the resilient selector finger 9 remains firmly clamped in the movement @, mgsendlage.
To cancel the through-connection, the electromagnet 4 is de-energized, whereupon the holding rod 2 falls back into the starting position counter to the direction of the arrow. The end of the dial finger 9 becomes free, the dial finger snaps back into the cutout 8.
The cutout 8 serves on the one hand as a stop for the falling back dial finger and largely prevents bruises of the same. On the other hand, it allows the selection finger to be guided, which makes its adjustment considerably easier.
Compared to switching devices known up to now, the device shown has other significant advantages.
The reduction of the bruises by means of a cutout, which also serves as a guide, in one leg of the selector rod eliminates the need for a special damping element. Thanks to its hardness, the synthetic resin hard paper strip 7 absorbs the blows of the rebounding dial finger.
This creates the possibility of producing the selector rod itself from a soft and cheap material without impairing the service life of the device.
