Paneling and furniture wall panel The present invention is a paneling and furniture wall panel with a relief-like surface.
(, 'em according to the invention, this panel and 1löbelwandplatte is characterized by a plywood panel, in whose the surface bil Ding layer at least on one side of the panel parallel to an edge of the same ver running grooves are incorporated.
In the accompanying drawings, two embodiments of the subject invention are shown. 1 shows a plan view of part of the plate according to the first embodiment, and FIG. 2 shows a cross section along the line II-II in FIG.
Fig. 3 shows a cross section analogous to the one in Fig. 2 through a plate of the two th version.
The panel and furniture wall shown consists of a known plywood, the individual glued together Sehiehten with 1, 2 and 3 are designated. Layers 1 and 3 form the two surfaces of the plate.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, the entire surface of the layer 1 is provided with grooves 4 running parallel to the edge on the right in the cited figures. These grooves 4 are expediently milled and continuous from one edge line of the plate to the other. The cross section of the grooves 4 has the shape of a symmetrical trapezoid whose width Bi carries a multiple of its height H1 be. The fields 5 remaining between the grooves 4 have the same cross-sectional shape as the grooves 4 in the mirror image.
The width of these fields 5 corresponds to that of the grooves 4 at their base and is equal to B.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, in addition to layer 1, the same grooves 4 are milled into layer 3, which forms the second surface of the plywood panel, so that fields 5 are also left. In this embodiment too, the dimensions are the same as those in layer 1 of the first exemplary embodiment.
The plate shown in Figure 1 and 2 and described in relation to it see very well for Täferungszweeken, since a division of otherwise boring, flat levels is achieved in an original way by the described execution of the surface, the depth fenffekt is amazing. In addition, this panel has the advantage over the panels formed from belts that entire panels can be laid in one operation, which saves a lot of working time. There is also the advantage that wind cracks and shrinkage, which are unavoidable with conventional paneling, cannot occur here.
In addition to the stated purpose, the above panel is suitable both according to the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2 and that according to FIG. 3 for panels of doors and as a wall-forming element for furniture, in which the interrupted surface also has a favorable effect.
