EMI0001.0005
<tb> bestimmt,

<tb> Mit <SEP> Vorrichtungen, <SEP> bei <SEP> denen <SEP> die <SEP> Einstel lung <SEP> eines <SEP> Schlittens <SEP> mittels <SEP> Endmassen <SEP> er folgt, <SEP> lässt <SEP> sieh <SEP> eine <SEP> sehr <SEP> hohe <SEP> Einstellgenauig keit <SEP> erreichen;
<tb> muss. <SEP> Dadurch <SEP> ist <SEP> zum <SEP> Einstellen <SEP> eines <SEP> Ar beitspunktes <SEP> auf <SEP> einem <SEP> Werkstück <SEP> mit <SEP> solchen
<tb> Vorrichtungen <SEP> immer <SEP> das <SEP> Umrechnen <SEP> der
<tb> zeichnungsmässigen <SEP> Massangaben <SEP> notwendig,
<tb> wobei <SEP> natürlich <SEP> leicht <SEP> Fehler <SEP> vorkommen.
<SEP> Mit

For each of the switching elements <B> 15-22 </B> or for each row of contacts a-e of the counter and switching mechanism Z is. In a preselector 27 there is a selector switch with a row of contacts f-lc and a manually adjustable sliding contact 28-32. The number of contacts of each individual selector switch in the preselector 27 is always the same as in the associated switching element of the counter and switching mechanism for which the respective selector switch is intended, the contacts of each selector switch individually with corresponding contacts of the corresponding one of the switching elements 15- 22 are electrically connected.
In Figure 1, the lines connecting the individual contacts of the switching elements with one contact each in the front selector, in this case ten lines, each in a collective cable. The zero contact of each selector switch in the preselector 27 always corresponds to the first contact on the contact disks 15-17 in the direction of rotation of the sliding contacts 19-21, as indicated by the arrow, starting from the dividing line in FIG. 1 vertically above the center of the disk , and at the contact rail 18 the first contact. from the side of the gearbox 25.
The selector switches are in the pre-selector 27 in the order of the digits of the 34-Iasszahl intended for which the relevant switching elements <B> 15--222 </B> are intended. are arranged. The contact disks 15-17 correspond to the contact rows f ig, jz, <I> i </I> in the preselector, and the contact bar 18 corresponds. the contact row k .. The contact disk 15, which carries two contact rows a and b, correspond to the contact rows g and f in the preselector.
There. a contact of the contact row b of the contact washer 15, as previously described, corresponds to a movement of the nuts 2 by ihoo 111m, the contact row f has the designation 0.01 mm in the preselector, and the positions of the sliding contact 28 corresponding to the contacts have the designations 0 to 0.09 mm;

In addition to the contact rows a-d, the contact disks 15-17 carry switches 33-37 which are actuated by cams 38-10 rotating with the sliding contacts.
The entire function of the device described is best illustrated by an example. By actuating a pressure switch 11, a relay 12 receives current and closes a contact group 13. The relay 12 receives holding current, so that the contact group 13 remains closed even when the pressure switch 11 is let go.
The magnetic coupling 11 is closed via the contacts of the contact group 13 and thus the shaft 9 or the counting and holding mechanism is directly connected to the threaded spindles 1, the counting and switching mechanism is energized and the motor 11 in a certain direction of rotation put into action.
If you want to move the stop 5 in the other direction, then a pressure holder 44 must be actuated, which initiates the previously described function via a relay 15 with the contact group 16 with the difference that now the magnetic coupling 12 is closed, which the threaded spindles gives a different sense of rotation.
The arrows above the pressure holders 11 and 11 indicate the direction in which the movement of the stop 5 occurs when the relevant pressure switch is actuated.
In the present exemplary embodiment, the 'i # Iass 536.15 mm is set on your preselector 27. By operating the pressure switch 41 or 44, depending on the desired direction of adjustment, the device is put into operation. The motor 14 runs until the sliding contact 22 on the contact row e, moving from the zero position on the switch 58 to the left, comes to the strongest contact, which is in the pre-selector on the contact row 7c, in this case on the contact 500 , with the sliding contact 32 is preselected.
This corresponds to the adjustment of the nuts 2 or the stop 5 by 500 mm. When touching this in the pre-selected contact of contact row a. By means of the sliding contact 22, the sliding contact 32 in the preselector uses the preselected contact. the contact row k ztr the contact connected to it of the contact bracket
e and from there via sliding contacts 22 and 47 to a busbar 48, the circuit is closed and the switch 33 of the Sehalt-liedes 17, 21 receives. Electricity. The cam 38 running around the sliding contact 21 of the switching element 17, 21 is arranged in such a way that it moves with each completed rotation of the sliding contact 21, which corresponds to the upward vertical position of the sliding contact 21 (FIG. 1) >, or every 100th rotation of the shaft 9, the switch 33 closes. Since the switch 33 via the contact friction e and the sliding contact 22 only shortly before the end of the 500th.
Rotation of the shaft 9 receives power and the switch 33 is actuated by the cam 38 only every full 100 revolutions of the shaft 9. will, he holds. a relay 49 via the switch 33 only with. Completion of the 500th rotation of shaft 9 current. Relay 49 immediately receives holding current. and sets via the sliding contact 31 and the preselected contact of the contact row i (contact 30 rnm) in the preselection the corresponding contact of the contact disk 17 connected to the preselected contact.
If now the sliding contact 21 on the contact row d of the contact friction 17 reaches the preselected and energized contact, a circuit is again established from the relevant contact of the contact row d via the sliding contact 21 to the switches 34 and 35 of the switching element 16, 20, closed and switches 34 and 35 receive power. The switches 34 and 35 are also at the end of each rotation of the Schleifkon clock 20 (upward vertical position of the sliding contact Fig. 1) or at the end of every 10th.
Rotation of the shaft 9 through. the cam 39 rotating with the sliding contact 20 is actuated. The switch 34 is relocated to an opening which is determined by experiments.
If the switch 34 is closed by the cam 39, a relay 50 receives current and, via a changeover switch 51, uses suitable means to reduce the speed of the shaft 9 from about 3000 rpm to 500. The speed changeover must be completed when the switch 35 is closed by the cam 39. The switch 35 is closed by the cam 39 at the moment the 530th rotation of the shaft 9 is completed. By closing the switch 35, a relay 52 responds and receives it immediately.
Holding current and sets via the sliding contact 30 on the preselector 27 and the selected contact 6 mm of the contact row h with the connected contact of the contact row c on the contact disk <B> 16 </B>. Reached now. the circumferential sliding contact 20 of the switching element 16, 20 is the energized contact, the two switches 36 and 37 of the switching element 15, 19 receive current. Switch 36 is in turn presented to a measure determined by experiment. If the cam 40 running around the sliding contact 19 closes the switch 36, which occurs shortly before the end of the 536.
When the shaft 9 rotates, a relay 53 is switched on which, by means of a second changeover switch 54, reduces the speed of the shaft 9 again to 6 rpm. Now the time that the sliding contact 1.9 needs to get over a contact of the contact row a <is 1 second. The reduction in engine speed to 6 rpm must be completed before cam 40 closes switch 37.
By closing the switch 37, a relay 55 is switched on, which energizes the contact row g connected to the contact row a of the contact disk 15 via the contact 0.4 min of the contact row g selected on am <, preselection 27 with the sliding contact 29 . If the sliding contact 19 now slides over the energized contact of the contact row a, it closes at the contact. the contact row b, which corresponds to the pre-selected on the selector with the sliding contact 28 on the contact row f 0.05 min contact (in Fig. 1, 2, the arm 19 is on contact 0.04 mm), the circuit.
As a result, a relay 56 is switched on, which immediately switches off the magnetic coupling and all relays, whereby the threaded spindles 1 up to the shaft 10a are separated from the shaft 9 or from the counting and switching mechanism Z, and the counting and switching mechanism is made currentless. At the same time, the direction of rotation of the motor 14 is reversed by a reversing contactor 57. The motor now rotates the counting and switching mechanism separated from the threaded spindles 1 until the holding current in the relay 56 is interrupted by a limit switch 58 and thus the device is also shut down. The counter and switching mechanism is now back to zero, and only the machine part, in the present embodiment, the stop 5, is now exactly on the pre-selected point.
The automatic return of the counter and switching mechanism to zero ensures that the preselection of each new setting of the stop 5 always calculates from the respective position of the stop, so that on the preselector the measurement between the respective Position of the machine part or the stop and the desired point can be set.
If the device described for setting by means of a stop for setting z. B. a long table of a machine tool is to be used, several stop surfaces 6 in a row can be attached to the table at the intervals of the setting range of the counting and switching works used. The stop surfaces 6 must be attached so that, for. B. via an additional row of contacts on the preselector 27 by means of electromagnets as required, one of the stop surfaces can be brought into Stel development. So that the adjustment range of the device or the Ge threaded spindle is multiplied at will. Is z.
