Method and device for replacing the lap on spinning preparation machines, especially beater machines In the known Wiekelvorriehtungen, as they are associated with spinning preparation machines, especially beater machines, the problem is to remove a full lap and then insert a new tube either solved by
da.ss you stop the swing device or alternate the continuous winding path on two with. the beater or similar machines connected winding units. In the former case, the shutdown of the machine for the insertion of a new winding tube results in non-uniform fleeces, which arise from the fact that the delivery continues.
In the second case, a greater amount of Masebinenmaterial and a folding of the fleece on a second winding unit is necessary, so that one. in both cases cannot speak of an immediate continuation of the work process.
In contrast, it is the aim of the invention to make the production of cradles completely uniform.
The method according to the invention consists in letting a winding tube rise up to a predetermined winding thickness under compression head loading in lateral guides and then lifting the winding without interrupting the feed by means of noses attached to the compression head holders until the viiese sags freely in which position a new,
The winding tube fed in the feed direction presses the nonwoven web again into the trough formed by the two winding rollers, and:
that the web hanging freely over the new winding tube is cut off by means of a cutting knife that jumps forward on the opposite side of the web, which at the same time knocks the ongoing cutting edge over the new winding tube,
while the finished lap is directed to a lap tray via a drainage path. The winding tubes are advantageously removed from a magazine that can be loaded with several tubes in a parallel position to the two winding rollers and passed between the press head holders after the roll of the desired size has been produced, one after the other to a support for several finished rolls.
The invention also comprises a device for performing the method. To carry out the working method, according to one embodiment of the invention, a central control system is provided by a counter that displays the number of meters of the delivered wadding and at the same time controls a magnetic coupling that relieves the pressure on the press heads, ejects the lap and the cutting knife via toothed clutches,
Lever transmissions and the like actuated. The triggering of the winding change is. This is possible with a special button next to the control by the counter for any desired cradle strength.
An embodiment of the device according to the invention has a vertical magazine for the rocking tubes, arranged in a parallel plane to the guide track for the pressing heads, into which the tilting noses of a vertically rotating conveyor system for the winding tubes protrude. Here, the arrangement is made so that each winding tube is at the same height on conveyors with tilting noses arranged on both sides of the machine.
The magazine with the conveyor system is fed with rocker tubes from a support store. The tar winding tubes are placed on the support store and, after a stop has been triggered, via the conveyor system to conveyor disks, which are controlled by the magnetic coupling at the respective hub - Ejects a new - \ Vickel tube in the feed direction of the nonwoven web into the trough formed by the winding rollers.
The cutting knife for cutting off the finished angle is. in this example arranged on the side of the nonwoven web opposite the inlet side. The knife is triggered by a cam control and strikes against an elastic buffer. A spring is provided for returning the knife and the knife is locked in the rest position.
A support table at the outlet of the machine, which Auflagert.isch is intended for a larger number of successively ejected finished rolls. The winding tubes are then expediently pulled out of the finished rolls by the operator to carry out the automatic operation of this example. For this purpose, each winding tube is provided with contact surfaces for an easily detachable retraction handle to be pushed into the tube inside.
This can also be used to put the released tube back on the support bearing for transferring it to the magazine.
The drive for the press heads, the conveyor disks for the winding tubes and the cutting knife can be done electrically or hydraulically, for example. The control means are designed accordingly in embodiments of the Vorrich device. The braking of the pressing heads for the Wiekelbildimg can also be advantageous. can be actuated by the electrical or hydraulic control unit.
Also in this case is. triggering or control by a counter is possible.
Exemplary embodiments of the invention are explained with reference to the schematic drawing.
The winding ejection device is built into a pile-up and winding machine 10. The screen drums are 11, the press and smoothing rollers with. 12, the corrugated rocking rollers with 13 and the guides for the winding tube with 1.1. The one-sided presentation was made to improve clarity.
The compression head holders 15 are loaded in a manner known per se and slide upwards in the winding gradually increasing in diameter, the winding tube 1ss being loaded at both ends by the lugs 17, to which the pressure controlled by the weight load is transmitted. .
A winding tube 16 is pushed onto a support bearing 20 empty, which is used to protect the pipe surface with. Support rollers is seen ver. When it is pushed on, the winding tube strikes in the end position against a release pin which causes the support bearing 20 to tilt in the direction of the arrow X, the tube 16 being inserted rolling into the magazine 21. The support bearing is with. a double-armed lever 22 is provided and is withdrawn after the delivery of the winding tube 16 by means of the tension spring 23 in the starting position shown in the drawing.
The trigger pin for the tilting movement on which the winding tube strikes is not shown. A conveyor 24 protrudes into the magazine 21 and is supported in the downward direction and then horizontally. standing, foldable support lugs 25 approximately. has dike distances. These carry a winding tube 16 released into the magazine from the support bearing 20 to the lowest point of the magazine at which the winding tube is taken up by conveyor disks 26. The latter give the tubes 16 under the action of the machine control one after the other in the trough formed by the two winding rollers 13 from.
The winding tube provided with a winding of the desired length rises in the guides 1.1 and is separated from the continuous web by a knife 3.0, which is then advanced in the direction of arrow 11 under the control of the machine by a cam control 31 when the finished winding has risen so high in the guides 14 that the penetration of the fleece, which is then held under tension, can take place. The return spring for the knife 30 is. labeled 32 ..
The winding tubes 16 provided with finished coils reach a support device via a drainage balin 40, on which several finished coils can be placed next to one another. This extended support table is. indicated on the drawing by Brueli lines. A stop, corresponding to the well-known winding trough, forms the end limit.
Each winding tube 16 has stops on at least one end inside the tube, which can be brought into engagement with the stops 42 at the free end of a hand 43 like a bayonet lock or in any other known manner. For this purpose, the attack surfaces 42 are introduced into the interior of the tube 16, the handle 43 being used for guidance and actuation. By means of the handle 43, the winding tube is pulled out of the finished roll and placed over the support bearing 20 without being placed on it, on which it arrives in the above-mentioned manner in the magazine 21. The handle 42, 43 only needs to be present once, it is ready to hand at 44 on the machine frame.
The winding tubes are therefore not in themselves. provided with handles fen, but the handle 42, 43 is used to pull out all winding tubes and also to transfer them to the support bearing 20 after each pass.
The necessary power transmissions, lever controls, clutches, etc. are referred to in detail only as far as this makes the following application of the device necessary. The drive .. and control means as well as the mechanical and magnetic clutches can be used in. be formed in a known manner. Central control means operate the individual drives in the required sequence.
The fiber web V indicated in dash-dotted lines comes from the beating machine between the screen drums 11 through a feed 5 to the smoothing and press rollers 12.
The fleece V runs under the magazine 21 for the winding tubes 16 and between the conveyor disks 2: 6 into the trough formed by the two Vickel rollers 1'3 in which a winding tube 16 lies. The press pressure via the brake 51 acts on this via the noses 17 of the press heads.
A counter located near the machine, on which the number of meters determined for each lap can be set, actuates a pulse switch 52 when the set number of meters is reached. This initiates the lap change, which is as follows: The pulse switch 5 ' 2 actuates a magnetic coupling, from which braking is triggered via chains or lever drives.
The tube with the winding lying in the trough between the two winding rolls is captured by lugs 53 fastened to the press head holders 15 and lifted in the guide track 14, with the fleece continuing to run, but acting freely as a result of the stroke. At this moment the stop 54 of the cam disc 31 beats against the stop 55 of the lever system 5-6. The latter causes the rotation of the conveyor disks 26, which thus promote the overlying winding tube 16 in the running direction of the fleece in the trough formed by the two winding rollers 13.
The winding tube thus places the continuous nonwoven web V on the surface of the further rotating winding rollers. As soon as the winding tube 16 has reached the roller surface, the knife 30 pushed in front of the control of the cam disk 31 has, as it were, reached the back of the tensioned nonwoven web.
It pushes through the web, separates the fleece and, as it continues to advance in the direction of arrow A, turns over the protruding end of the nonwoven web that continues to run against the feed direction, whereupon this end becomes the newly fed @Viekelrohr as described and. the rewinding of the roll begins.
The spring 57 pulls the lever 26, the spring 32, the knife 30 back into the starting position; the springs can be arranged in pairs. be. The knife sehlä @ at against buffer 58 and is. so again in the starting position.
The finished roll with the winding tube 16 rolls over the web 4'0 and remains. lie on your ZViekelauflagertiseh 41, while the press heads with the vases 17 after their return lay back on the ends of the winding tube, which, as described above, has passed into the trough between the two winding rolls. The Masehinensteuerumg moves. apply the brakes again so that the formation of the new lap begins.
From the coils lying on the support table 41, the winding tubes 16 are detected by the stops 4? moved out. Using the handle .13, the empty tubes are then placed on the support surfaces? 0 and thus, as described, switched back into the process sequence. It is readily apparent that the magazine 21 can be loaded with several winding tubes in this way.
A completely automatic and continuous formation of the loops is achieved through the process sequence described.
A large number of finished laps can be placed on your neck of the machine without having to intervene in the running of the machine. The operation consists merely in the fact that, at appropriate time intervals, an operator pulls the winding tubes 116 out of the rolls lying on the table 11 and places them one after the other on the support bearing or the dispensing device 0 be laid.
If a substantial acceleration of work is achieved through this operation, there is a further advantage in that the counter only needs to be set to the number of times in order to initiate the lap change with the pulse switch 52. However, it is also possible to change the lap at any time regardless of the set, fixed number of meters.
For this purpose, a di-leech contact K is used, which triggers the magnetic coupling mentioned earlier, controlled by the pulse switch 5 '' ', or the central hydraulic control. As a result, the cam disk 31 comes into motion and the separating knife triggered thereby separates the winding web, as well as the winding change is triggered in the manner described.
The feed is not interrupted in this case either. If all drives are designed hydraulically, this results in an even greater simplification of the drive and the control means. It is also possible to operate hydraulic and electrical control means combined by the central AlislÖslmg. will. The central control of an electrical or hydraulic drive is simplified. the continuous process flow.
The direct installation of the swing ejector device shown in a beating and winding machine results in a significant time saving and an increase in production.
Another essential advantage is that there is no interruption in the material feed to the screening drums and in the removal from them. Such interruptions cause differences in the thickness of the fleece, which result from the fact that the machine has to be switched off after the desired winding thickness has been reached, while the material between the feed cylinder and the screen drums passed through at the same speed.
As it continues running, it is thrown onto the stationary sieve drum. The unavoidable thickening of the fleece at this point has the effect of a-15 uneven point in the cradle.
Furthermore, after the machine has stopped, a certain amount of time is required until the material knocked off by the beater reaches the drum screen again. During this time. There are thinner areas in the fleece, so that this also causes irregularities in the fleece. These disadvantages are avoided by the explained, completely uniform and uninterrupted feed.
By cutting off the fleece by means of the knife 30 under a certain amount of tension, the uniform fleece edges are achieved and material waste is avoided.
