Receiving device for waste water The invention relates to a receiving device for waste water, with double backwater closure, in particular for basements, and be stelit in that the seat for a backflow flap is fully visible after removing a lid when the flap is open.
An embodiment of the invention is shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 of the drawing.
FIG. 1 shows a vertical section through a gully, FIG. 2 shows a top view of the box with the lids 2, 3, 4 lifted off.
Fing. 3 shows half of the top view of the box, with. Cover, and Fig. 4 shows a section through the sealing ring on a larger scale.
The outer box 1 of the gully is rammed out of concrete. It is covered at the top by three cover plates 2, 3, 4. Under the cover plate 2 is located. the dirt collecting bucket 5, which by its design. Keeps floating matter away from the seat of the hand cuff. In the gully, the vertical partitions 6 and 8 and the inclined partition 7 and the horizontal Deckplat th 10 and 11 and the drain pipe 9 are concreted with a.
The horizontal cover plate 10 has a circular recess 12, which can be closed by the round cover 13 (ssüekstau-land flap) hinged to the wall 7. The opening 12 is normally opened by the lid 12 being folded up (dashed position in FIG. 1). A bolt 14 is arranged in the middle of the cover. To this the before friction 15 is pivotally mounted. The cam engages behind lugs 16 and 17 which are cast or welded onto the cover plate 10. Of course, these noses could also be concreted into the walls of the box 1.
It is also possible to secure this cover as well as cover 20 by means of a wedge lock, as will be explained later.
The closure cover 13 is sealed on its seat by a T-shaped rubber cord 18 which is let into the crown of the circular recess 12 (as at 20, 27). When the cover 3 is lifted and the cover 13 is opened, the seat of the cover is fully visible to check whether any objects, rags or the like prevent a good seal. Such a control option is only possible with difficulty with the valve closures used up to now, as in these the valve seats are almost completely beyond the possibility of an eye control.
On the wall 7 the automatic we kende Rüekstauklappe 19 is hinged in the usual way. It is controllable when the lids 4 and 20 are lifted through the rectangular opening 21 in the cover plate 11. The lid 20 is held in the closed position by wedges 22 and 23. The wedges are provided with noses 24 and 25, which are intended to prevent the wedges from slipping out of the loops 26. The loops are attached to the lid 20. The seat for the cover 20 is provided with a groove 27 running around it, into which the web 28 of the in cross section. T-shaped rubber sealing tape 29 fits a ..
Of course, a sash lock type could also be provided for this cover, as was described for the flap 13.
In the illustrated embodiment, the box 1 is partially made of concrete. It goes without saying. the invention does not apply to this embodiment. limited. The backflow device can also be installed in through pipes. It is also possible to cement the bus iron double lock 6-29 in place without the concrete housing.
