Hierdurch ist man in der Lage, die Platte verhältnismässig dünnwandig und entsprechend leicht auszuführen, ohne dass es notwendig ist, die Aussenflächen der Grillplatten mit einem Negativ der Profilie rung auszustatten;
Grill without self-heating The invention relates to a grill that does not have a built-in heater. The (T'rill. Should be used in the same way on an open or closed stove or on a gas stove or by placing it on a Electric heating plate can be used and the price can be so low that it can be purchased and used by all social classes.
The new grill is characterized by the fact that its two grill plates have a grill profile on their inner surfaces facing each other in the used position, which is possibly recessed in the circumferential outer edges of the grill plates,
and wherein the two grill plates are connected to the outer edge parts on one side by a lapper hinge and a stick handle is provided in the middle of the outer edge parts on the opposite side, such that the two handles as a pair of handles in the closed state Grills can be grasped together by one hand and thus used to turn the grill with the grilled food.
As a result of the fact that the grooved profile of the two plates is deepened relative to the circumferential outer edges. is arranged, arises. Between the profiled inner surfaces of the plates placed on top of one another, a cavity for receiving the grilled goods. This prevents the grilled food from being undesirably squeezed together during the grilling process.
The relatively long handle handles allow easy operation.
The invention is described below with reference to an exemplary embodiment shown in the drawing. 1 shows an oblique view of the grill in a partially open state, FIG. 2 shows a plan view of the lower grill plate after removing the upper plate, FIG. 3 shows a section. according to line III-III in FIG. 2.
1 eats the lower plate of the grill, 2 the corresponding upper plate. The plate 1 has lugs 3, 4 which serve as hinge eyes.
In the same way, the plate 2 shown above in the drawing is equipped with corresponding hinge attachments 5 and 6. The pins 7, 8 serve as hinge pins. In Figure 1, the two hinge lugs 3, 4 of the lower plate 1 to the right of the hinge approaches 5, 6 of the upper plate 2. This made it possible to produce the two plates 1 and 2 as completely the same GuPAtüeke. It is of course also possible, for.
B. to lay the hinge arrest sets 3 and 4 so that the attachments 5 and 6 of the other plate fit directly between the attachments 5, 6. In this case it is convenient to proceed in this way. suggest that a mold is used for casting the plates, which makes it possible to produce plates with. insert various hinge approaches accordingly interchangeable molded parts.
The hinge lugs 3, 4 are just like the hinge lugs 5 and 6 on the he raised outer edge of the grill plate. The outer edges are located higher than the inner pro filing 9, the crests of which are about 1/2 a lower than the outer edge. The combs he stretch, as in particular from Fig. 2 he is visible, plates over the entire width of the grill. In order to obtain manageable panels, it is advantageous to choose a fine profiling in which the ridges have a distance a which is about 1/2 cm.
This enables the plate to be relatively thin-walled and correspondingly light, without it being necessary to equip the outer surfaces of the grill plates with a negative of the profiling;
because smooth outer surfaces are with regard to a good heat contact, which is essential len especially when using electrical mass hotplates as heat sources, and also desirable for reasons of cleanliness. The depth b between the upper edges of the combs and the upper edge of the edge 10, 11, 12, 13 running around the entire plate is chosen so that it speaks ent about half the thickness of the food to be grilled.
A distance b of about 1/2 cm has proven to be particularly useful. With such a depth, there is a guarantee that the grilled food when the two plates are completely closed, that is, when the edges 10, 11, 12, 13 of one plate on those of the other. lie tightly, not being crushed.
For easy handling of the plate, the NEN two stick handles 15, 16, which are attached in corresponding approaches 1.4 of the edge portion 12. Because the two plates 1, 2 are made by casting, there is the possibility of the stick handles 1.5, 1.6 firmly with. to connect the plates by holding them firmly in the casting mold or mold when pouring the plate.
inserts. The handle handles can be so long that you can use the grill directly over an open fire. The ends of the handle can be covered with an insulating material. :be. The two. Approaches 14 or the handles are in the middle of the outer edge part 1 \? opposite the Sehar- Z, 3 to 8 arranged in such a way that they are directly opposite one another.
In this way you can grasp the two handles 15, 16 in the closed state of the grill with one hand and versehwenken the grill above the fireplace so that the plate 1 shown on the drawing below or the plate 2 shown above to the bottom to lie down.
On the hinge parts 3 to 6 of the two plates or only on those of a plate stops 17 are provided, which allow an opening angle Publ that is more than 90, but is only so large that the folded pair of rattles lie on the lower plate when horizontal stops without the risk of the tipping truck. The opening angle is of the order of 100.
