Vor Beginn der Anfahrt befindet sich die Bürste 12 in der Stellung- ,l. Das Steuer- potentiome_t.er -1 erhält eine Spannung, welche dem Verhältnis des 1V iderstands"vertez: vom Vorseha.ltwiderstand (13) ;
Die Kurve I zeigt.
Device for the control and monitoring of the speed of electrically driven conveying machines To control conveying machines driven by DC motors in Leonard position, a Liebel control is generally used, which adjusts a potentiometer and changes the excitation of the generator.
This control lever is connected to meehaniselier. Curves which are moved by a depth pointer driven by the hoisting machine.
At the beginning of the pull, the lever extension is limited by an approach curve depending on the path in order to keep the Beelileuni, 1-un "r, and thus the start-up current, within reasonable limits.
Towards the end of the train, the control lever is brought back to the central position by a deceleration curve. Ini Vei @ bindun-sgestän \ re between> #teuerliebel and the curve apparatus, a spring is switched on,
in order to be able to execute a control lever movement against the rotation of the reset linkage, which is necessary for stopping the conveyor baskets precisely.
Aside from the fact that an inadmissible start-up tronies is possible due to the pressing of the spring together when starting up, such a control requires great attention and care on the part of the Jlasehinenführer,
in order to maintain a maximum funding lirogi-anini.
One purpose of the invention is therefore to make the control lever movements to be carried out by the machine operator as simple as possible in order to obtain a maximum support program in conjunction with a precision circuit with the least mental and physical stress.
v When using a very fast and precise control, especially in connection with the load-dependent electrical retardation, which enables very rapid delays, a protective device is usually required to control the speed in order to ensure that the hoisting machine works safely guarantee.
It is therefore a further purpose of the present invention to use the same means that are used to control the speed of the hoisting machine in connection with a monitoring device, which results in very significant operational and manufacturing advantages.
The invention thus provides a device for controlling and monitoring the speed of electrically driven hoisting machines, which according to the invention consists in that two resistance devices are provided with contact brushes sliding on a rail, whose between the poles of an auxiliary network with constant span - ning, where the tax potentiometer or
the brush feeding the monitoring device from the depth pointer via a curve in a force-fit and path-dependent manner. constant brush speed. is driven.
An embodiment of the subject invention is shown in the drawing. Fig. 1 shows schematically the device for the speed control of a DC feed line, Fig:? also schematically the device for speed monitoring and Fig. 3 in graphic representation the course of the speed (F # depending on the path (S) in the shaft according to curve (I) with the previous and after. Curve (II) with the drive according to the invention.
It means 1 the conveyor motor, which is in l eonard circuit by the control generator \? is fed, the latter being excited by the separate generator 3. The excitation winding of this exciter 3 is connected to the terminals of the control potentiometer .1, which is actuated by the control lever 5. 6 is an adjustment resistor and 7 an additional Wi resistance to reduce the full speed Ge at maximum control lever display, z. B. for passenger transport by opening the rope travel switch B.
Deviating from the usual arrangements in which the control resistor -I with the additional resistor 7 directly. is on the auxiliary network 9, one end of the control resistor 4 is connected to the rail 10 of a contact apparatus whose regulating resistor 11 is connected in series with an additional resistor 13 between the poles of the auxiliary network 9. The brush 12 sliding on the rail 10 of the contact apparatus is actuated in a frictional connection from the depth pointer, not shown. As a result, the control potentiometer 4 is fed with a variable voltage dependent on the brush position.
When the control lever is fully extended, it is dictated. therefore the brush control the För dermotordrehzahl. The brush 12 is driven by means of a gear and a special cam disk from a rod of the depth pointer. This cam disk is designed in such a way that the brush moves over the contacts of the regulating resistor 11 at a constant acceleration and deceleration of the conveyor slide with a constant creeping speed.
As a result of the fully force-locked connection and the path-dependent connection, the brush running of the machine prescribes a constant delay if the control lever position remains the same. As a result, it inevitably results in this cam drive a linear gradation of the resistance 11, based on the speed Ge. The resistance can therefore always be executed in exactly the same way regardless of the characteristics of the respective machines, which is very important for manufacturing and operational reasons.
If desired, the brush 12 can also be operated from the depth pointer drive.
Before the start of the approach, the brush 12 is in the position-, l. The control potentiome_t.er -1 receives a voltage which corresponds to the ratio of the 1V resistance "vertez: vom Vorseha.lticherung (13);
Vorschalt- und Reg @ eIwi: derstand (13 +: 11) corresponds. Because of this small supply voltage, the control lever 5 can therefore immediately. fully - be eleg4 without causing excessive acceleration when starting with a suspended load. The machine can only be seen at full speed when the brush reaches the other end position D.
The delay of 31a- Z starts immediately as soon as brush 1? is moved back from end position D to A by the depth pointer. This so-called electrical retardation, with a control lever left in full position, should last as long as possible, since the brush movement ensures a linear decrease in speed in relation to time.
First. at low speed the control lever (Medianic retardation) becomes ziirüek-enomnien. In the case of container conveying machines whose load always remains the same, it is possible to retard electricity up to the entrance, that is to say in accordance with the end position A. of the brush 12.
Combined with. With a current limiting device, therefore, the control movements at the beginning and end of a train are extremely easy, the control has the character of a basic structural control.
The size of the series resistor 13 iiii ratio to the regulating resistor 11 determines the minimum speed, welehe by the electrical. Retardation alone he gets. In the case of fully automatic machines, 13 is chosen to be very small in order to obtain the very low retraction speed zit, which is necessary for automatic and precise stopping of the conveying vessels or conveying baskets.
Since the winder always comes to the retraction speed due to the path-dependent and force-fit brush actuation - always uneven waypoint, the travel path with this speed can be kept very short, regardless of the size and direction of the load, which is a very short one we mean significant time savings. The only requirement for this is a connection to a very fast and precise control system.
The fully automatic control is a purely electrical deceleration from full speed @ to a very low retraction speed, whereupon the vehicle is stopped by applying the mechanical brake. If you want to start with a higher voltage than corresponds to the retraction speed, the partial bridging of the holding resistor 13, which is caused by <las Sehütz 1-1 during the delay period, is automatically canceled when starting.
If the machine is decelerated very quickly in normal conveyor operation in order to obtain maximum production, the result is an impermissible braking current with the suspension load if the machine would be decelerated immediately from the same maximum speed. In order to reduce the braking current to a permissible value, either the maximum (-Ir 'eseliwindigk-ity when hooking in accordingly reduced. Or the deceleration distance increased accordingly at the same maximum speed.
When stepping on the latter - # Veges one does not have to rely on the attentiveness of the operating personnel. The load-dependent change in the delay path can be implemented in a very simple way with the circuit provided.
For this purpose, the part BD of the rebuilding resistance 11 is brewed under the influence of an adjusting element 15, the excitation coil 16 of which is fed by a shunt 17 in the Leonard circuit or by an auxiliary pole winding of the conveyor motor 1. Depending on the size and direction of the Leonard current, the position C of the adjusting member 15 changes, and a differently sized part <I> CD </I> of the resistance 11 is bridged.
When the brush 12 runs from D to A, the delay does not begin until the brush has reached position C, which is determined by the rolling sector of the setting member 15. Since the individual resistance levels between C and D are not short-circuited, a temporary drop in speed would occur on this brush path. This is avoided by the two series resistors <B> 18 </B> and 19, the size of which must be in a certain ratio to one another. Despite the different retardation paths, the delay occurring in each case remains constant because of the special drive of the brush 12.
A further contactor 20, which is actuated during the start-up period, can bridge part of the regulating resistor 11, which reduces the minimum possible start-up distance compared to the deceleration distance and thus reduces the duration of the pull.
The device described has the following advantage for the load-dependent setting of the retardation level. With a constant delay, the path covered by the conveyor baskets is a quadratic function of time, compared to the linear function of the brush path. Is z. B. CA = 0.7 DA, the deceleration paths of the conveyor baskets behave like (1: 0.7) 2 = 2: 1. Thus, despite the large path difference between the suspended and conveying load, the graduation remains even during normal operation means with conveying load, still very fine.
It is also possible, by limiting the maximum deflections of the adjustment member 15, the start of the delay for maximum length and För derlast. to adapt to the operating conditions accordingly. In certain cases, an adjusting device with few steps, e.g. B. 1 to 3 suffice, for which contactors are then usable cash.
When using a very fast and normally acting control, especially in connection with the load-dependent electrical retardation, very rapid delays are possible, as already explained. In this case, the first part of the delay is expediently carried out by the electrical retardation alone and only from a small Ge speed additionally by taking back the control lever from the display to the central position. In order to.
In the event of a malfunction in the electrical retardation, the machine comes to a standstill in good time in all cases due to the safety brake, e.g. B. in the case of a small admissible driving distance, a device must therefore be available which monitors the course of the speed during the deceleration period. Monitoring units are already known
at which the target speed is compared with the actual speed of the hoisting machine during the delay period and as soon as the actual speed exceeds @ the safety brake is triggered.
In Fig. 2 the device for monitoring the speed is shown schematically table. The actual monitoring orga.n consists, for example, of a differential relay 23 with the two magnetic coils 24, 25. The 'magnetic coil 24 is fed with a voltage which is proportional to the actual speed of the hoisting machine and which is proportional to. the conveyor motor 1 mechanically coupled Tachodvnamo 22 is supplied.
The other solenoid 25, on the other hand, is energized with a voltage proportional to the target speed of the Förderma machine, which through a contact apparatus 26 with. a brush 27 is supplied. The currents formed by the voltages flow through the magnetic coils 2-I and 5 of the differential relay 23 in the direction set.
The contact device 6 corresponds to that of the speed control element in FIG. 7, and the cam drive for actuating the brush 27 is designed in exactly the same way in both cases. Resistor 8, which is connected to the two poles of auxiliary network 9, is used to represent the nominal span.
If the brush '27, driven by the tenon hand, slides from position B 'to A' during the delay period, the speed dictated by the control brush in FIG. 1 decreases linearly.
Since the overlying speed curve should run parallel to the setpoint speed curve, only set slightly higher, the resistance 8 likewise results in a linear gradation. A resistance formed in this way is therefore necessary for every lIa-.
can be used regardless of the respective maximum paint @ esehwindi @@ speed. The smallest speed to be controlled is determined by the size of the preselial resistance 30.
Is used in connection with dei lasta.bliä, ngi- C "en V erzögei @ un: seini-iclitun ## - also a load-dependent, i-, e Creseliwincli @ l; eitsüberivaeliung- needed, e.g.
B. for hanging heavy loads at full speed, this can be done, as is already known, by an adjusting element 35, which see a 7wi- see contact rail 26 and magnetic coil 25 under the influence of the @ Inmt 40 in the Leonardkreis Oespeisten Wieklurig- -11 adjusts depending on the load.
As a result of the Kui-venanti-iebes, the gradation of the regulating resistor 31 is also linear. In addition, there is a ratio of only 7: 0.7 between total resistance 31 = 28 to resistance 28 with a ratio of the retardiei @ we "-e of 2: 1 between hanging and conveying, what the formation of the Adjustment organs facilitated.
In connection with the latter, a two-part resistor is used with the resistor parts 33 in series and 34 parallel to the regulating resistor 31. The size of a starts monitoring at the normal conveying load, 34 it starts when it is suspended the maximum load.
With the circuit described, all operating conditions that occur can therefore be taken into account for monitoring.
To control the speed of the @ärdermasehine and to monitor the speed of sight, two identical contact devices can be provided, as in the Pig. 1 and? is shown, which results in a significant technical advantage. These two contact devices can either be operated by a common drive or, if desired, separate drives can also be provided.
Finally, in Fi; w. 3 the effect of the special cam for the actuation of the contact apparatus for controlling or monitoring the inclined conveyor speed is shown graphically. The curve I shows.
with constant V er7ögerLing the course of the speed (V) as a function of the path (S) in the shaft, as was usual with the previous linear drive. If the brush of the contact device were driven in this way by the depth pointer, then between the individual contacts the speed levels x occur, that is.
small steps at the beginning of the delay and very large ones at the end of the delay, which could only be smoothed out by a corresponding gradation of the re-adjusting resistance of the contact apparatus. The cam for driving the brush is. designed in such a way that the speed profile according to curve II is linear, so that the same speed steps; y result over the entire speed range.
This makes the setting of the control or ('berwvaehu, irg) much easier.
The device according to the invention has been described in connection with the control on a winder driven by a DC motor in Leonard circuit. However, this device can also be used analogously for conveyor machines with drive by direct current motors fed via converters, as well as for drives by means of induction motors with direct current braking.
