Fig.1 zeigt einen Querschnitt durch das Rückschlagventil.
Fig. 2 zeigt die Ventilplatte in Draufsicht.
Check valve 1 iie 1 #, i-resourceful refers to a back check valve with a cylindrically drilled biius and consists of a circular valve plate with finite recesses at (1, n edges, with play in the housing holirung >, is freely movable, which furthermore in the locking position with its inside,
a ring-shaped valve seat that is centered on the bore and its stroke is limited by a fan supply line inserted into the bore. is
that the valve plate is in the extreme inclined position with its still outside the valve seat.
L @ i @ y catching device.tnng can consist of at least two crossed flaeli rods, which are arranged in a lilzant shape in the direction of flow. Preferably, the diameter of the housing bore is 1.5 to 1., ssfaehe urclnmcssers of the valve seat.
Furthermore, the diameter of the inner, free space of the valve plate can be 0.69-1.5 0.7 times the outer diameter of the valve plate. It is also advantageous to use @a the free stroke of the valve plate from the support on the valve seat to the stop:
in the safety gear that is 0.12 to 0.23 of the outside diameter of the valve plate (#.
The object of the invention is to create a reliably functioning P.iieksehla valve that is finite. the fewest number of movable parts). In particular, parts should be avoided whose properties or parameters can change over time, for example springs.
Such check valves can be used in many places. They are connected in a line to prevent the working fluid from flowing back. For example, they can be arranged as a bottom valve at the lower end of a suction line for a pump, whereby they ensure that the working fluid contained in the pump does not flow back, which makes it difficult to suck in again with liquid pumps. They can also be switched on in the conveying lines of blowers so that if the blower drive fails, the blower is not driven backwards by the backflowing conveying medium. It also doesn't matter whether the working medium is gaseous, thinly liquid, viscous or even granular.
In the description, an exemplary embodiment is explained in more detail using the drawing.
1 shows a cross section through the check valve.
Fig. 2 shows the valve plate in plan view. The check valve has a housing 1 which is switched into a line. The flange 2, which is welded to the supply pipe 3, and the flange 4, wel cher is welded to the discharge pipe 5, are with the interposition of sealing washers ben 6 and 7 by common screws 8 and nuts 9 with the housing 1 verbun the. A ring 10 with the valve seat 11, on which the valve plate 12 rests in the closed position, is inserted into the drilled through bottom of the housing 1.
If the housing 1 is already made of a resistant material, the valve seat 1.1 can be formed together with the housing so that the insert ring 10 is omitted. The cylin drical bore 13 in the housing 1 is covered by a safety device 14 which is held in place by means of a spring ring 15. The safety catch consists of two crossed flat rods 16 and 17 arranged on edge in the direction of flow, which are held in place by a ring 18 and which at the same time cause the flow to align.
which example, with an inclined valve plate 12 is advantageous.
The valve plate 12 (FIG. 2) has recesses 19 on its edge. The edge parts 20 not saved serve as guides for the plate 12 in the cylindrical bore 18. The dashed circle 21 indicates the contact line of the plate 12 with the annular valve seat 11 on.
In operation, the plate 12 is lifted from its seat 11 so that the working medium can pass through the recesses 19. The stroke h is limited by the Fangvor device 14, which is arranged in such a way that even with the extreme inclination of the valve plate 12, each edge part 20 is still outside the valve seat 11, so that the plate 12 never tilts, but always can fall back on their seat in the closed position.
The valve closes when the pressure difference between the supply pipe and the discharge pipe does not reduce the weight of the plate 12. more overcomes. If, however, the valve is arranged, for example, in a horizontal line, closure only depends on whether the pressure behind the valve is greater than in front of the valve.
The following dimensions have proven to be particularly favorable. The diameter db of the housing bore should be at least approximately 1.5 to 1.8 times the valve seat bore diameter dv. be. The diameter di of the inner area of the valve plate free of recesses should be 0.69 to 0.75 times the outer diameter of the valve plate. And finally, the free stroke h of the valve plate should be 0.12 to 0.23 times the outer diameter d, 1 of the valve plate.
