Device for the automatic exchange of the remains of the cop with a new hose cop in the shuttle, especially for linen and jute. and hemp looms. The present invention relates to a device for automatically exchanging the remains of the cop with a new hose cop in the hat, especially in linen, jute and hemp looms.
a device for inserting a net cop in the shuttle, a Kopsfüh- ler for scanning the be in the shooter-sensitive working scope and to initiate the replacement process after weaving the working cop down to a small Kops- remainder, a device for ejecting the Kopsrestes from the Web shuttle and a weft cutting device,
which can cut the weft thread between the ejected cop remnant and the shuttle so that a remaining weft remains connected to the shuttle, the length of which is the same as the width of the shuttle and which is woven off during the next shedding of the shuttle.
The exchange device according to the invention is characterized in that the cop sensor and the cop insertion device are arranged on one loom side and the cop residue ejector device and the weft thread cutting device are arranged on the opposite loom side and are connected to one another in such a way that the cop residue ejector device and the weft thread cutting device are selected rend the same sley oscillation,
at which the cop sensor responds to the cop remainder in the shuttle, are placed in the ready position, but only come into effect at the next slackening oscillation and thereby transfer the cop insertion device into the ready position, which insertion device is then only actuated with the next slackening oscillation .
With the replacement device according to the invention, the entire replacement process thus extends to three successive sley vibrations. As a result, the time available for the individual operations of the cop replacement is extended considerably compared to the known devices. As a result, the occurrence of malfunctions can be avoided, although the web shuttle does not hit through the shed once without the weft and the weaving process is not interrupted.
The invention can be carried out in various ways, especially as regards the construction of the individual Teilvorrich lines, their drive and their mutual connection.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is illustrated in the drawings, and it shows: Fig.l the schematic arrangement and the basic mode of operation of the Kopsaus- change device on a loom in plan,

In the figures, 1 is the sley and 2 is the chest tree of the loom. According to FIG. 1, on one side of the chest tree 2 or of the loom in front of the corresponding shooting box 101, a device 3 for introducing new cunning heads into the shuttle and a device indicated schematically with the feeler pin 4 are shown Scanning of the working scope located in the shooter 5 is arranged.
On the opposite side of the loom, in front of the corresponding shuttle box 201, there is a device having part 7 for removing the Kopsrestes (106) from the shuttle 5 (Kopsrest ejector) and a device having the cutting edge 8 for cutting off the eye thread B between the Rifle 5 and the respective ejected kops rest 106. The Kopsrest ejector is designed as a Kopsrest extractor, and its parts are stored on the breast beam 22,
while the weft thread Absehneidevorriehtung consists of a positively driven pair of scissors, the parts of which are stored on the drawer 1.
The individual devices mentioned work together as follows: The movement of the working head 6 except for a small amount of Kops- is detected by the head sensor in each case with a load oscillation at which the Sebützen 5 is located in the contactor box 101 on the side of the insertion device 3. As a result, the ejector and the cutting device are put into the ready position immediately, that is to say at the end of the same loading oscillation.
At the next sley oscillation, in which the shooter is in the opposite shooter box 201, the ejector first pulls the remains of the cop (106) out of the Schüt zen 5 and then throws it into the receiving container 9. The cutting device then cuts the weft thread B between the shooter 5 and the ejected head remnant 106 in such a way that a remainder of the weft thread which has a full weft length still remains connected to the shuttle.
Although the shooter 5 thus no longer contains a head, he still wears a full shot formed by said residual hoof thread on his next passage through the compartment. The remaining weft thread is thereby completely woven off and the shooter 5 arrives empty in the shooter box 101. With the following load oscillation, the cop insertion device 3 comes into action and pushes a new tubular cop into the shooter.
The entire exchange process takes place during three successive sley vibrations without partial or empty picks and without switching off the loom gear or the movement of goods.
The head sensor is shown in more detail in FIGS. In a guide of the chest tree 2, the feeler pin 4 is mounted, which is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the sley 1 and against the pressure of the spring 11 is displaceable. The feeler pin 4 carries a tooth 104, which is in the resting state in the rest.
112 of a slide 12 mounted in the chest tree and loaded by the spring 14 engages and holds it in place (FIG. 2). The slide 12 is connected to the rod 13, which is guided along the breast boom 2 to the opposite loom side and serves to transfer the cop sensor effect to the residual cop ejector. When the slider 12 is released, the rod 13 is released by the spring, which is tensioned in the rest position 14 moved in the direction of arrow A.
In the coil space of the laterally open web hatch 5 is. a longitudinally directed ela.- standing wire bracket 10 is arranged, which with. its one end 110 is attached to the Schützenkör and carries the stop 210 at its opposite free end.
When the web hatch 5 is in the fire box 101, the stop 210 comes to rest in front of the feeler pin 4 (FIG. 2) and the pin 4 penetrates. in the foremost dead center position of the sley 1 through the opening 115 of the shuttle box front wall 15 into the shuttle 5 (FIG. 3).
If there is a complete hose head 6 in the shooter 5, it presses the wire bracket 10 against the inner back of the shooter and holds it out of the area of action of the feeler pin 4 through the stop 210.
As a result of its elasticity, the wire bracket 10 strives to stand out from the inner rear wall of the shooter, but it is held back by the frictional resistance existing between the working head 6 and the shooter walls (FIG. 2). As the working cop 6 is woven away, the contact surface and, as a result, the frictional resistance between cop and shooter are gradually reduced, and the wire bracket 10 gradually lifts off the rear wall of the shooter.
When the working cop 6 has expired except for a small cop remainder 106 (FIG. 3), the wire bracket 10 is advanced so far that the stop 210 carried by it has reached the area of action of the feeler pin 4.
The wire hanger 10 is held in this ready position by locking means 16, and with the next forward oscillation of the sley 1, in which the shuttle is located in the shuttle box 101 on the feeler side of the loom, the stop 210 hits the feeler pin 4 ( Fig. 3). The pin 4 is thereby displaced against the pressure of the spring 11 and releases the spring-loaded slide 12 by pulling the tooth 104 out of the catch 112.
The rod 13 snaps together with the slide over 12 in the direction of arrow A and over leads the kops rest ejector and the weft cutting device on the opposite loom side into their standby position, as described in more detail below.
In order to achieve an accurate and trouble-free operation of the cop feeler, the shooter 5 must always be at the same distance from the feeler pin 4 when the sley 1 is in the foremost dead center position. For this purpose, the front shooter box wall 15 is pivotably mounted around the pin 215 and is normally pushed so far forward by the spring 17 arranged on the sley 1 to an adjustable stop 20 that the shooter 5 is free in the shooter box 101 can move.
A rubber buffer 19 is attached to the chest tree 2, which when the drawer moves against the free end 315 of the protective box front wall 15, the latter adjusts the latter somewhat against the pressure of the spring 17 and thereby pushes the shooter 5 onto the protective box. Rear wall 18 presses and briefly holds.
In FIGS. 4 to 14 the cop residue ejector and the weft thread cutting device are shown. The Kopsrestauswerfer consists of an arm 7, the longitudinally displaceable bar in a bushing 21 mounted pivotably around the pin 121 on the chest tree 2 is inserted. The end of the ejector arm 7 directed towards the outside of the loom has. has the shape of a pointed hook 107 and also has a tooth projection 207 directed towards the sley 1.
The other end of the ejector arm 7 directed against the -Titte of the web chair carries a roller 307 below and is verbun with the breast tree 2 by a tension spring 22 (Fug. 4, 5, 10, 11 and 12). In the rest state, the spring 22 holds the ejector arm 7 in a position withdrawn towards the center of the chair, in which position it is supported by the stop 407 on the relevant end of the bearing bushing 21.
The spring 22 is. furthermore endeavors to pivot the bearing bush 21 around the pin 121 into a stand-by position which is inclined to the longitudinal direction of the sley 1 and is shown in FIGS. In its rest position, however, the bearing bush 21 runs parallel to the longitudinal direction of the breast tree 2 and is supported by its adjustable stop 23 on an adjustable release lever 24 (Fug. 4 and 6).
In a lateral recess 148 of the ejector arm 7 (FIGS. 4 and 11) a resilient pawl 48 is arranged, which tends to protrude outwards. At rest, the pawl 48 is located within the bearing bush 21 and is pressed into the recess 148 by this (Fig. 4).
When the ejector arm 7 is moved outward against the action of the spring 22 into its working position, as shown in FIG. 11 and described in more detail below, the pawl 48 emerges from the bearing bush 21 and thus automatically from the recess 1 -18 out and takes a position in which it rests against the edge of the bearing bush and locks the thrower arm 7 (Fig.11). In its blocking position before jumping, the pawl 48 can interact with a stop 49 attached to the breast tree 2 (FIGS. 4, 5, 10, 11 and 12),
which pushes them back into the recess 148 in the ejection or forward oscillation of the ejector parts 7, 21 described below and thus frees the ejector arm 7.
The support and release lever 24 is on the loom frame next to a finger approach 221 of the bearing bush 21 (Fug. 4, 10, 11 and 1.2) about a bolt 124 rotatably ge superimposed (Fug. 4, 5, 8 and 9) and is on the one with. the head sensor connected rod 13 is articulated. The lever 24 is also connected by the resilient intermediate member 25 to the stop lever 26, which is rotatably mounted on the loom frame about a pin 126 and has a jack end 226 protruding against the sley 1 (FIGS. 5, 6, 8, 9 , 13 and 14).
At the front of the sley 1, a lever arm 27 is arranged which runs in the longitudinal direction of the slack and can be pivoted around the pin 127 in a plane par allelic to the running plane of the Sehützens (FIGS. 4, 6, 1.0, 13 and 14). The pusher end 226 of the stop lever 26 is in the rest position outside the swing area of the lever arm 27 (Fug. 5, 6, 8 and 14) and is transferred when initiating the replacement process by swinging the stop lever 26 into its ready position, in which it is when proceeding the sley 1 meets the lever arm 27 (Fug. 9 and 13).
The free end of the lever arm 27 is inclined with respect to the longitudinal axis of the sley 1 and rests on a roller 28, which is mounted on the front free end of a rotatable about the pin 129 on the sley 1, lying transversely to the sley longitudinally and also in a horizontal plane swingable lever 29 is provided (FIGS. 4 and 10).
Through a slot 229 of the rocker arm 29, an upright lever 30 is carried out, which is pivotably mounted on the drawer 1 about the pin 130 in a vertical plane slightly inclined to the vertical longitudinal plane of the shop. and protrudes through a recess 301 in the drawer body on the upper side of the drawer outside the contactor box 201 (FIGS. 4, 6, 7 and 10).
A compression spring 31 holds the rocking lever 30 in its rest position pivoted towards the center of the loom (FIGS. 4, 7 and 10), in which its upper end closes next to the tooth 207 of the cop ejector arm 7 every time the drawer moves comes to lie without interfering with them. If, while the drawer 1 is moving, the pusher end 226 of the pivoted up lever 26 hits the lever arm 27 during the exchange process, it swings back around the pin 127 and pushes the rocking lever 29 laterally with its inclined free end 227.
Since the upright rocking lever 30 is also pivoted outwards, comes into engagement with the tooth 207 of the ejector arm 7 and pulls the latter outwards (FIG. 11). When the sley 1 goes back, the levers 27, 29 and 30 are guided back into their starting position by the spring 31.
The Hebelaien 27 also rests on the front end of a lever 32 which is directed transversely to the drawer 1 and is rotatably mounted on this about the Zap FEN 232. The front end of the lever 32 cooperating with the lever arm 27 has a roller 132 (FIGS. 6, 7, 13 and 14).
The Sehussfaden-Abschneidev device be available from a pair of scissors 8, 108, which is arranged in front of a recess 134 in the front wall 34 of the Scbützenkastens 201 and has two cutting legs running parallel to the front wall 34 (Fig. 5, 6, 7, 13 and 14) . The lower cutting leg 108 is fixed in place. While the upper Sehneid leg 8 rotatably ge superimposed around the pin 208 and is connected to the lever 32 by the pin 33. (7, 1.3 and 14). A leaf spring 35 acts on a roller 308 of the cutting leg 8 and brakes the movement of the latter.
At rest, the scissors 8, 108 are closed (Fig. 7 and 14), and it is during the Auswechselvor ganges when the lever arm 27 hits the ram attachment 226 of the hochschwenk th lever 26 briefly open (Fig. 13). The lever arm 27 swings backwards as described when the drawer is proceeding and presses the front end 132 of the lever 32 down, which in turn pushes the cutting arm 8 over the pin. 33 moved to its open position.
The cutting leg 8 is held in this open position by the brake spring 35. When going back, the sley meets the rear end of the lever 32, which is pivoted up when the scissors are opened and provided with a nose 332, with a fixed adjustable stop 36 on the loom frame and is pressed down through it. The lever 32 is thus transferred to its starting position and closes the scissors 8, 108. It can be seen that the point in time at which the scissors are closed is determined by the mutual arrangement of the stops 332 and 36.
On the drawer 1, a front 'holder arm 37 is also attached, which cooperates with the roller 307 of the ejector arm 7 and serves to pivot the ejector parts 7, 21 when removing the remains of the cop 106 from the shooter (FIGS. 4, 6, 10, 11 ). A lever 38 is arranged on the breast boom 2, which cooperates with its upper arm with the bearing bush 21 and is mounted on a shaft 39 which is guided along the breast boom 2 to the cop insertion device 3 on the opposite loom side.
A locking lever 41 is pressed against the lower lever arm of the lever 38 by the spring 40 and, in the foremost sley position, can interact with a beveled stop 42 of the sley 1 (FIGS. 6, 13 and 14).
When the levers 38 and 41 are at rest (FIGS. 6 and 13), the end of the locking lever 41 directed towards the sley 1 is outside the range of oscillation of the stop lug 42. When the Kops rest ejector parts 7, 21 carry out the ejecting swinging movement (FIG. 12), the lever 38, which now releases the lever 41, is also pivoted.
This is swiveled up by the spring 40 in its standby position, in which it meets the stop 42 when the sley 1 is proceeding (FIG. 14). The lever 38 jumps into a detent of the lever 41 and is thereby locked in its pivoted position (FIG. 14). The pivoting of the lever 38 causes the shaft 39 to twist. This shaft 39 is connected to the other side of the loom by a lever linkage 43, 44 with a lever arm 45 rotatably supported around the pin 145 on the loom frame.
The lever arm 45 serves as a support for the pusher 46, which is articulated in 146 on the drive lever 47 of the cop insertion device 3 (FIGS. 15 and 16). The pusher 46 interacts in a manner known per se with a stop of the sley 1 is not provided and is in the rest state of the lever 38 and the shaft 39 outside the swing range of this shop stop, while it is caused by the pivoting of the lever 38 by the there Rotation of the shaft 39 and the upward pivoting of the support lever 45 is transferred into its readiness position, in which it collides with the shutter stop when the drawer is moving.
The cop insertion device mainly consists of a cop slide 50a which can be displaced in the horizontal direction and which presses the new hose copings through a recess in the front wall 15 of the gun box into the gunner 5 that is open at the side.
The operation of the described Schlauehkops-Auswechseleinrichturrg is. fol lowing: The rest position of the device is shown in FIGS. 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 15 and 16. If the cop probe pin 4 detects the weaving of the working cop 6 apart from a small cop remnant 106 during a loading vibration in the manner already described, it effects the adjustment of the rod 13 in the direction of the arrow r1 (FIG. 2)
. The support and release rebel 24 is thereby transferred from its rest position (FIG. 8) to its ready position (FIG. 9), that is, it is pivoted against the fin geransatz 221 of the bearing bush 21. The support of the bearing bush 21 is thus eliminated, and this is transferred by the tension spring 22 around the pin 121 into a ready-to-use position inclined to the longitudinal direction of the sley (FIG. 10).
At the same time, the pusher lever 26 is transferred in the manner described in its ready position (Figure 9).
In the next procedure of the sley 1, in which the shuttle is located in the shuttle box 201 on the ejector side, the pusher attachment 226 meets the lever arm 27 of the sley 1 (FIG. 13). The lever arm 27 swings back and opens the scissors 8, 108 by pressing down the lever 32 (FIG. 13). At the same time, it also acts on the lever 29 and swings the lever 30 outwards.
This comes into engagement with the tooth 207 and, with the drawer still in front, pulls the ejector arm 7 outwards (FIG. 11). As a result, on the one hand, the claw hook 107 of the ejector arm 7 is guided through the opening 134 of the front Sehützenkastenwand 34 in the laterally open shuttle 5 and in the central cavity of the Kopsrestes 106 and on the other hand, the roller 307 of the ejector 7 brought behind the driver arm 37 of the sley 1 .
In addition, from the thrower arm 7 is locked in this pulled-out gripping position by the pawl 48 with respect to the bearing bush 21.
When the sley 1 swings backwards. the driver 37 with. the roller 307 for engagement and rotates the bearing sleeve 21 around the pin 121 in such a way that the claw hook end 107 of the ejector arm 7 is pivoted forward against the breast boom 2. The cop residue 106 is then pulled out of the shooter 5 and brought over the cop residue receptacle 9 arranged on the breast tree 2.
The hook 107 comes to lie in a stripping fork 50, which is arranged on the breast tree between Behäl ter 9 and bearing bush 21 (Fug. 12).
With the same ejection oscillation of the ejector parts 7, 21, the support and release lever 24 is pushed back into its starting position by the finger attachment 221 of the bearing bush 21 in the direction opposite to the arrow A in FIG. The cop feeler is thereby returned to its ready position via the rod 13, in which the slide 12 with its wedge-shaped front end pushes back the feeler pin 4 and is then held in place by the tooth 104 itself.
At the same time, the lever 38 is also pivoted, which rotates the shaft 39, moves the pusher 46 into the ready position and is held in place by the locking lever 41 (FIGS. 12 and 14).
At the end of the ejection described vibration of the ejector parts 7, 21 comes across. the pawl 48 against the stop 49 and is thereby pressed back into the recess 148 of the ejector arm 7. At the same time, the suspect 37 gives the rate 307%. As a result, the bearing bush 21 and the ejector arm 7 are suddenly returned to their starting position by the spring 22 (Fig. 4). The remnant of the cop 106 is stripped off the ejector arm tip 107 by the (label 50 and falls into the container 9.
The weft thread B threaded into the thread guide eye of the shuttle comes to lie between the cutting jaws 8 and 108, which are held open by the brake spring 35.
The weft thread B is cut off between the shooter 5 and the pulled out cop remnant 106 that a residual weft thread still remains in the shooter, the length of which corresponds to the weaving width. For this purpose, the cutting shank 8 is closed at a precisely determined moment during the return oscillation of the sley 1 by the action of the stop 36 on the lever 32 via the pin 33.
At the next forward movement of the sley 1, in which the shooter is in the shuttle box 101 on the cop insertion side of the loom, the sley hits the ram 46, which actuates the cop insertion device 3 via the lever 47 and pushes it in in a known manner of a new hose head in the now completely empty shooter.
At the end of this Vorwärtsschwin movement of the sley, the stop 42 pushes the locking lever 41 down and thus releases the lever 38, which swings back into its starting position and via the shaft 39 and the lever linkage 43, 44, 45 the pusher 46 fall into its inoperative rest position leaves. So that the whole facility is transferred to its starting position and the end of the exchange process.
In order to avoid unwanted accidental actuation of the cop sensor during the operation of the cop insertion device, a locking device is expediently provided which blocks the cop sensor when inserting a new cop into the shooter himself or disables its connection with the cop rest ejector.
Such a locking device is shown in FIGS. 17 to 19. Thereafter, the rod 13, which transmits the movement of the feeler pin 4 to the support lever 24 of the ejector, is firmly connected to a bolt 51 which is slidably mounted in guides 52 and 53 on the chest tree 2. The bolt 51 has an incision 151 into which one end of the locking lever 54, which is rotatably arranged in bearings 55 and 56 on the chest tree, can engage. The other end 154 of the lever 54 rests against the cop slide 50a of the cop insertion device 3 under the action of the tension spring 57.
The cop slide 50a has a recess 150 which, when at rest, is in accordance with the end projection 154 of the locking lever 54 and thus allows the spring 57 to hold the locking arm of the lever 54 out of the detent 151, as shown in phantom in FIG is. The bolt 51 and the rod 13 can move freely and are each, as described, returned to their starting position at the end of the second load oscillation of a replacement process.
If, at the next following third swing of the store during the exchange process, the head pusher 50a. for the purpose of introducing a new cop axially ver pushes, the approach 154 is raised against the action of the tension spring 57, and the locking lever 54 engages in the catch 151 of the Rie gel 51 (Fig.17, 18 and 19). The rod 13 is temporarily held and cannot initiate any further replacement process, even if the feeler pin 4 is accidentally adjusted by the newly inserted head.
