Brake device for elevators The present invention relates to a brake device for elevators. with an electromagnetic brake.
According to the invention, has. the electro-magnetic brake has a fixed part made of ferromagnetic material and a cooperating with this, driven by the lift motor part, a ferromagnetic powder located between the two parts and an excitation winding through which the braking current flows to magnetize the powder.
In the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment of a braking device according to the invention is shown, namely Fig. 1 shows the drive and braking device of an elevator schematically and Fig. 2 shows the circuit diagram of the electronic control of the brake.
The drive and braking device shown in Fig. 1 has the drive motor S, the elevator winch W, a tachometer dynamo T, the brake H and an electro-magnetic brake B with the exciter winding 1T. This brake has a fixed part made of ferromagnetic material and a part that works together with this and is driven by the elevator motor, a ferromagnetic powder located between the two parts and the field winding 1! Z through which the braking current flows to magnetize the powder.
The circuit according to FIG. 2 is used to feed the field winding 31 .
This circuit has a voltage divider 1 which is connected to terminals 4 and 5 of a direct current supply source via two further resistors 2 and 3. A glow lamp 6 is parallel to the resistors 1 and 2. This glow lamp is used in a known manner, with the help of the resistor 3, the voltage across the Wi resistors 1 and 2 to keep constant voltage fluctuations regardless of the network. From the tap of the voltage divider 1, a line leads via an adjustable counter stand 7 to a contact of a switch 8, the other contact of which is connected to the negative terminal 5 via an adjustable resistor 9 ble.
The switching arm of the switch 8 is connected to the positive terminal of the tachometer dynamo T, the negative terminal of which is on the control grid of a pentode 10. A capacitor 11 is. switched between the positive terminal of the Taehometerdynamo T and a conductor 12, which is connected to the terminal 5 via the resistor 2 and which also leads to the cathode and the braking grid of the pentode 10. A line containing the switch 13 connects the negative terminal of the speedometer dynamo T to the conductor 12. The anode of the Pento, de 10 is ruled out via the anode resistor 14 to the positive terminal 4 of the direct current source.
Located between terminals 4 and 5. a voltage divider consisting of the resistors 15 and 16.
The screen grid of the pentode 10 and the cathodes of the double-path rectifier with the tubes 17 are connected to the center of the voltage divider 15, 16. The anode of the pentode 10 is connected to the control grids of these tubes 17. The anode circuit of the latter is connected to the field winding J1 via the center tap of the transformer 18 and a switch 7.9.
The switch 19 is open while driving at high speed and prevents the excitation winding 11 from being energized when the drive motor S is fully switched on.
The operation of the braking device is. the following: At the beginning of the braking, the switches 13 and 19 are in the Fig. \ ?. ge drawn position brought. By opening the switch 13, the control grid voltage of the pentode 10 is released with respect to the Ka method.
At the first moment, the voltage on the capacitor 11 is the same as the voltage of the tachometer dynamo T, where the control grid voltage of the pentode 10 initially remains zero, so a current can continue to flow through the pentode and thus the potential at point A and thus, the grid potential of the tubes 17 holds at a value which is more negative than their cathode potential, whereby the passage of current through these tubes 17 is blocked.
At the same time, the capacitor 11 discharges through the resistor 7 and through part of the resistor 1.
If the capacitor 11 now discharges faster than the voltage of the Ta.chometer- dynamo T decreases, the grid voltage of the pentode 10 drops, whereby its anode current is reduced and the voltage at point 3 and thus at the grid of the tubes 17 increases , which has a braking current in the winding 11 result.
Is. If the capacitor 11 is discharged to the value of the voltage tapped at the resistor 1, the elevator travels with a low speed, the so-called fine adjustment speed. After the fine adjustment speed has been reached, the switch 8 is switched over at a certain distance from the stop so that the capacitor 11 can discharge through the resistors 9 and 2 and the elevator comes to a standstill.
