Die Erfindung bezweekt, eine wirtsehaft- liehe Herstellung von Sekundärspulen zu er- o ;
Fig. 6 ist ein Querschnittder Linie C-D in Fig. 5.
High-current transformer with water-cooled secondary winding. Water-cooled secondary waves for high currents, such as those that are widely used in welding transformers, have so far only been manufactured using the casting process. Cooling tubes were inserted into the cast coils and then potted with hard lead.
This method of coil production, which is not economically justifiable for larger quantities, fails completely if it is a one-off production because the entire model and forin costs are then added to the coil price.
From a thermal point of view, cast coils have two disadvantages, because on the one hand the electrical conductivity of cast copper is only about 65 % of the conductivity of electrolytic copper, which results in higher power losses from the outset, and that is The surface of the cooling roller and the flow cross-section of the pipe are relatively small,
as a result of which the current-like weighing demand is set a limit for relatively small values.
The aim of the invention is to establish an economic production of secondary coils.
It doesn’t matter whether it is one-off or series production and at the same time avoiding the neglected disadvantages, which you can see with cast coils.
C According to the invention, the secondary coil is designed as a welded construction, so that all model and mold costs are eliminated. In the drawing, two execution examples of the invention are shown.
Fig. 1 shows a bobbin in side view and partially in section.
Fig. 2 is a front view, Fig. 3 is a cross section along the line A-B in Figs. 4 one, look at the bobbin. kn FIG. 5 shows a side view of a coil with differently shaped tabs. Fig. 6 is a cross section on the line C-D in Fig. 5
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 4, a coil with three individual tabs L1, L2, Ls is shown, which are axially soldered to the connection jaws B and B2. The individual tabs consist of flattened copper tubes that are mitred at points Gl, G2, Gp, and G, 1 and are brazed together.
As can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 2, the cooling water enters through the inlet E into the upper clamping jaw B, then runs through the tab L, and arrives from there via the connecting pipe V, into the tabs L3 and via the connecting pipe V2 into the tabs L2 and finally exits again from the outlet connection A at the lower connection bay B2.
The cooling surface of this coil is rather large, so that a good heat transfer from the primary coils arranged between the individual tabs to the water-cooled secondary effect is guaranteed. This coil is given even greater internal strength if the individual tabs are made from square tubes arranged one above the other as shown in Fig . 5 and 6 The individual tabs are also hard-soldered to the connecting jaws in this version.
The course of the cooling water corresponds to that of Fig.
It is advisable to use silver solder for all soldering points, as this is the only way to expect a perfectly hard-soldered, waterproof secondary coil.
