Selbsthemmender Storenantrieb Bei Raff- und Rol,lstüren kann der Auf- zug-meehanismus du.reh Gurten oder Schnüre oder aber durch eine Kurbel betätigt werden;
Self-locking blind drive In the case of Roman doors and roller doors, the elevator mechanism can be operated using straps or cords or a crank;
in the latter case eats. a transmission is provided, in the means are built, which make it possible to keep the starlings in any position. These resources must absorb the weight of the hanging sturgeon both when pulling up and when lowering.
It is important that Bise blocking means respond immediately, so that when the blind is stopped in a desired position, it is not a longer distance before blocking.
The means that have been used for this purpose up to now are complicated in their structure and only of limited operational reliability. Friction brakes arranged in the bevel drives and similar means have been proposed.
Although a more or less rapid response of these blocking agents is assured. is, they mean: but a considerable complication and cost increase for the construction of the drive.
The subject matter of the present invention now forms a self-locking blind drive, in which the blocking means are relatively simple and therefore inexpensive to manufacture.
The blind drive is characterized by the fact that the self-inhibiting means have an annular hub rotatably mounted in a round recess of a stationary housing, which is connected to the blind roller via gear means and which has a recess has an inclined surface, on which a clamping roller teeth,
which is under the action of a spring provided on the ring hub., is arranged to be freely movable, and @ass the drive shaft engages in the ring hub and carries a boilzen,
which engages in the recess of the ring hub and controls rolling into the position releasing or blocking the housing with respect to the housing.
In order to avoid jamming of the blind drive, appropriate adjustment means are expediently used at one or more points.
In the attached drawings, for example, embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown: ehaulicht. 1 shows a section of a blind drive arranged on the left, Fig. 2 shows a view of a blind drive arranged on the right, Fig. 3 shows a section along line 1-I in Fig. 1,
4 shows the mounting of a universal joint piece, FIG. 5 shows a section along line II-II in FIG. 2 in connection with a crank drive element which is effective via a double universal joint piece, and FIG. 6 shows an analogous embodiment with a simple ( joint.
In the flauer 1 (Fig. 1): a bolt 2 is cemented in, on which a cylindrical hollow body 3 is attached. The hollow body 3 can also form one piece with the bolt 2, but it can also be fastened to a plate which is screwed to the wound 1 by means of dowels, for example. The body 3 forms in any case the free end of a part attached to a building.
On the hollow body 3 sits a sleeve 4 - which has several slots 5 distributed over the circumference. The sleeve 4 has a spherical bead 6, over which a concave ent speaking: bulge 7 of the gear housing 8 engages .. Through the slots 5 is. It is possible to compress the sleeve 4 in the area of the bead 6 so that the bead can be pushed into the bulge 7.
If now: the sleeve 4 is pushed together with the housing 8 over the body 3, then the Gehäiuse 8 by means of three Sehrau ben 9 together with. the sleeve 4 clamped on your hollow body 3. will.
The bearing journal 1. ″ of the bevel gear 15, on which the blind roller 13 is attached, is. in the inner sleeve approach 8a. of Gehäitsses 8 gela gert and-held by means of collar 14 laterally. Due to the spherical, longitudinally adjustable connection between the.
Hollow body 3 and the housing 8, it is possible, when inserting the bolt 2, to have the same inaccuracies in the axial direction, so that the transmission cannot jam; at the same time, the storm leaves you in the right position for the social shift. Bring window light.
After the setting has been made, the housing 8 is fixed on the sleeve 4 by means of the visual screws 9, which in turn is clamped onto the hollow body 3. To drive the blind roller 13 sits. on this a bevel gear 1.5! which meshes with the bevel gear 16. The annular hub 17 of the cone wheel 16 is mounted in the Boliiaing of the housing arm 8e.
The ring hub 17 is held axially by the cover ring 18 and the ring shoulder 19 of the arm Sc. The wheel 16 is driven via an element which is used to block the storey in every position and which is described in more detail below. At one end of the tubular crankshaft 20, the pin 21 is attached, which has a head 22. Which is rotatably mounted in the Bohaatng 23 of the annular hub 17.
In the head 22 sits transversely to this a pin 24 (FIG. 3), which engages with its head 25 in a recess, Ling 26 of the annular hub 17. The annular hub 17 also has an inclined surface 27 which delimits the recess 26 on both sides of the head 25 and on which a locking roller 28 is freely movable.
which is pressed by the spring 29 arranged in the hub 17 against the cylindrical limiting surface of the bore of the housing arm 8c. The annular hub 17 forms together. with the locking roller 28, the spring 29, the head 22 and the wall of the Bohiang im (Tehäusearm Sc the -means which allow the blocking of the Storens in every position.
The effect of these agents should be briefly explained. are .: If to pull the storm the head '2 from the cure belwelle 20 rotated counterclockwise with reference to Fig. 3, then see the pin 2.1 at one end of the recess 26 in .der ring hub 17 .an and gives , the locking roller 28 free.
This rolls on the delimitation surface of the bore of the housing arm Sc, and the pulling-up process can be carried out unhindered. with the head 22 over the pin. 24 with the head 25 the ring hub 1.7 and so that the bevel gear 16 entrains. Listen.
When the drive is moving, the weight of the blind rotates the ring near 17, which is connected to the drive shaft of the blind, in a clockwise direction, whereby the roller 28 on the saw surface 27 is supported by the spring 29, is jammed and the ring hub with. blocked in the housing.
The path that the blind takes to: is imperceptible, since a slight reverse rotation of the ring hub 17 is sufficient for blocking. If the blinds are no longer opened, then will. the ring hub 1.7 in turn.
turned counterclockwise and the blockage released again by rolling. If, however, a draining of the Storens is to be brought about, then the head 22 is rotated in the Uhx zeigersinrr, the pin. 24 pushes the rolling out of the locking device, so that the drelr-movedin g, of the head: 2? can be transferred to the blind roller 13.
Fig. 4 shows a. Another means in the very numerous cases in which a universal joint must be used between the ring hub 1.7 and the tubular crank shaft 20, to facilitate the adjustment of the blind drive and to enable jamming-free operation .
In many cases, this even requires a Doppelkren joint piece. It is difficult to store this in such a way that there is no jamming of the (drive).
Around. fix this vi, in Fig. 4 the joint piece 30 is mounted in a ball 31, which can be adjusted in any direction between two plates 32 and can be fixed in the desired position by clamping the plate 32 together,
so that the joint piece 30 passed through the ball 31 cannot exert any Klernmwirluing on the gear parts 24, 17, Se. The Cielenkstüeh 30 is connected for example via the universal joints 33 and 34 on the one hand with the crankshaft 20 and on the other hand with the pin 21, which drives the bevel gear 16.
In Fig. 5, a right-hand gear is shown, which via a double joint according to FIG. The crankshaft 20 is connected. The plates 32, between which the Kufgel 31 is clamped, are attached to the wall 37 by means of an angle 36.
F! -. 6 shows a view analogous to FIG. 5, with the difference that the hollow body 3 is supported by an angle 39 that is attached to the wall 40 with any. Is attached with means. The axis of the bevel gear 16: is at an angle of about 45, so that the rotation of the crank shaft 20 can be carried out via just one universal joint 34 whose shaft on the output side is in the ball 31 is stored.
The plates 32 are attached to the wall 40 by means of an angle 41, for example.
The bevel gear 15a (F! -. 2-) on the right-hand drive is also located on the right-hand side of the crank in order to obtain the same rotational movements for the upward and downward movements of the crank for both a linear and right-hand drive Axis of bevel gear 16.
In the exemplary embodiments shown, the drive is equipped with a hand crank. Any other type of drive, for example by a motor, would of course also be possible. .
