Fig.6 zeigt den Aufbau dieser Schalter.
The present invention relates to a device for squeezing liquid-containing material, especially fruit, by means of compressed gas, consisting of a container in which a bladder of gas and liquid impermeable Material and a line passed through the wall of the container for the gas is arranged.
On presses of this type, damage can easily occur if the person operating the press fails to put the lid on or before the introduction of pressurized gas into the interior of the bladder. to attach the lid completely to the container wall. In the former case, the bladder would swell out of the lid opening in the course of inflation and finally burst; in the latter case, the part of the container wall formed by the lid would be due to its incomplete attachment to the container wall, for example due to the fact that the hinge rods only partially inserted do not offer enough resistance to the pressure of the bladder. The lid would give way and possibly be flipped over or thrown away forcefully, so that damage would occur to the press and people could be injured.
In addition, the filled goods would be thrown away and the bubble would burst. The device according to the present invention is characterized in that a device is provided which prevents the bladder from being filled with compressed gas as long as the container lid is not completely attached to the container wall.
In the accompanying drawing, three exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are illustrated. There are shown: Fig.l an embodiment of a first embodiment in side view and partially in section, Fig. La a section along line A-A in Fig.
1 seen in the direction of the arrow, Fig. 2 in section a device indicated in Fig.l, which contains the closure element, on a larger scale, Fig. 3 is a partial representation of an exemplary embodiment for a second embodiment in side view and partially in section, Fig .4 in section a valve indicated in Fig. 3 for opening the line for the compressed air supply, 'on a larger scale, Fig. 5 is a partial representation of an exemplary embodiment for a third embodiment in side view and partially in section,
Fig.6 in section the organs indicated in Fig.5 for closing the circuit of the compressor motor, on a larger scale. The embodiments show the loading container in the form of an elongated drum.
In the first embodiment of FIGS. 1, 1a and 2, an opening 29 for filling and emptying the drum with material to be pressed is provided in the wall of the drum 21. The drum opening 29 is closed by a cover consisting of two halves 30 and 30 'and provided with stiffening ribs 26 and 26'. Hinges 31 and 31 'are fastened in the edge zone of the drum wall projecting onto the cover halves 30, 30'. The hinge rods 101 and 101 'reach through openings in the stiffening ribs 26 and 26' and the hinges 31 and 31 'and serve to lock the lid halves 30 and 30' in the position shown in FIG.
Fig.l shows a hinge rod 101 above and below the lid half 30 and a hinge rod 101 'above and below the lid half 30'. The hinge rods 101 are as shown in Fig. 1 in the assemblies from the right, the hinge rods 101 'from the left in the corresponding openings of the stiffening ribs and hinges is pushed. Furthermore, two A directions 103 are indicated in Fig. 1, the purpose of which is explained below.
Each such device 103 has the structure shown in FIG. In a cylindri's sleeve 103a, which is open on one side (on the left in FIG. 2) and on the other side (right) has a bottom 103b perforated by a bore 109, a bolt 106 is seated. The sleeve 103a points in the longitudinal direction a slot 105 for a viewing hood 104. The screw 104 is screwed with the lower part of its shaft into a threaded transverse bore in the bolt 106 and protrudes with the upper part of its shaft from the slot 105 of the sleeve 103a, so that the way on which the bolt 106 in of the sleeve 103a. can be moved back and forth is fixed.
Between the bottom 103b of the sleeve 103a and the opposite end of the bolt 106 loves a gunmielastic ring 110, the Boh tion is aligned with the hole 109 in the longitudinal direction of the sleeve.
to each device 103 is, opening into the Boh tion 109, a pipe 100 ruled out (Fig.l), which runs on the cylindrical Wan extension of the drum 21 along to the drum bottom 24 and there near the drum shaft 23 through the drum base 24 ge leads through into the interior of the drum. A tubular bladder 7 is fastened in the drum by allowing each of the two thickened open ends of the bladder to be folded over from the outside to the inside via an annular disc 7a and clamped airtight between the annular disc 7a and the drum base 24. The ring echibe 7a is tightened against the drum base 24 in a known manner, not shown.
The inside of the drum is divided by the clamped bladder into two compartments, namely in an outer compartment in the form of a cylinder jacket with thick wall thickness, read between the drum wall and the bladder, and in an inner compartment of a cylindrical shape. which forms the interior of the bladder 7 and both ends of which are delimited partly by the annular disk 7a and partly by the drum base 24.
In the position of the individual parts of the device 103 shown in FIG. 2, each of the two air-tight tubes 100 inserted into the drum base 24 connects the interior of the bladder 7 with the atmosphere.
As indicated in FIG. 1, the lower tube 100 has a line connection socket 8 which can be closed by a manual valve (not shown) and through which pressurized gas can be introduced into the bladder that is to be pressed out of the pressed material, so that the Deline the bladder and press the material together. The connection piece S is designed in a known manner for coupling and uncoupling a compressed gas line.
The pressure inside the bladder can only be built up and maintained if and as long as the two devices 103 block the interior of the bladder 7 from the atmosphere via the two tubes 100. For this purpose, the device 103 must receive the appropriate setting through the hinge rods. As FIG. 1 shows, one of the two devices 103 is located at the right-hand end of each one of the two hinge bars 101. Each hinge bar 101 is. with a hinge catch 101 'aligned so that both hinge rods abut one end and that both rods form a straight line.
The remote ends of the two hinge rods are bent at right angles abge like a handle. In the position shown in FIG. 1, the handle 102 'of the relevant hinge rod 101' lies against a stop 112 on the drum wall, so that the hinge rod 101 ', seen in FIG. 1, cannot be pushed to the left .
The right or straight end of the hinge rod 101 'serves as a stop for the hinge bar 101 at its left end when the handle 102 of the hinge bar 101 is to be pivoted out of the position shown in FIG. By pivoting the handle 102 of the upper hinge rod 101 upwards or the lower hinge rod 701 downwards, the relevant hinge rod 101 and thus a fixed and sc hr äg seated on this rod and against the bolt 106 becomes the one direction 103 abutting pressure disc 111 rotated in such a way that the bolt 106 is pushed ver in the direction against the sleeve bottom 103b.
As a result, the rubber-elastic ring 110 is pressed together between the bolt 106 and the sleeve base 103b and the opening 109 and thus also the interior of the bladder i via the tube 100 are sealed against the atmosphere. The bolt 106 thus acts as a terminating bolt and the ring 110 as a sealing ring.
Only when the two devices 103 in the position just described seal the interior of the bladder 7 from the atmosphere, it is possible to put the bladder under pressure. For this, however, as described, all four hinge rods must be inserted and their handles pivoted into the locking position so that the two cover halves 30 and 30 'are locked in their opening.
If one of the two hinge rods 101 is rotated from the position described, in which it closes the device 103 airtight by means of the pressure disk 111, into the position shown in FIG. 1, an overpressure existing in the bladder can be compensated for, and the pipe in question 100 acts as a pressurized gas outlet line.
While in the first described embodiment, the build-up of an overpressure is made impossible by the fact that the supplied compressed gas can flow out into the atmosphere via one or the other of the compressed gas outlet pipes 100, if the devices 103 do not prevent the flow in the locking position, or In other words, if the hinge rods 101, 101 'are not in a position locking the closed lid 30, 30' in this state, it is not at all possible in the second embodiment to supply a pressurized gas to the interior of the bladder as long as the Lid is not closed and locked because the compressed gas supply pipes are then blocked.
In the second embodiment of FIGS. 3 and 4, the structure of the drum 21 and the cover 30, 30 'and the construction of the bladder 7 corresponds to the example according to FIG. For the parts that are structurally the same, the same transfer symbols have been used in connection with FIGS. 3 and 4, and only the right part of the drum is shown in FIG. 3, which has parts that are structurally different from those in Fig.l differ.
In Figure 3, instead of the device 103 according to Figure 1 and 2, two three-way valves 114a, 1114b are present. The valve 111b is in the upper, the valve 11-1a in the lower 'Seharnielstange 101. Fig.4 shows the structure of one of these valves in detail.
The valve housing 11-7 has the shape of a T-piece with bores in all three arms of the T-piece. The bolts of the arms lying in a straight line, which are shown horizontally in FIG. 4, are graduated in terms of diameter and carried out continuously up to the bore of the arm of the T-piece that is perpendicular to them. The right horizontal hole is made up of the hole parts 113 and 113n and the left horizontal hole from the hole parts 120, 120a and 120b.
In the bores of the horizontal arms there is a valve stem which, stepped to the left, becomes stronger and has parts 115, 115a and 115b. The valve stem sits with its part 115 with sufficient play in part 120 of the left horizontal borehole of the valve housing 114 for the passage of air that is located even closer later.
On the valve stick part 115 sits an a gumielastic sealing ring 117, which can be compressed in the bore part 120a against the shoulder of the valve housing 114 at the transition from the bore part 190a to the bore part 120 when the valve stem moves to the right and the left one Shuts off horizontal bore for the passage of pressurized gas. Around the shaft part 115a is a compression spring 11S which rests against the shaft part 115b and the shoulder of the valve housing 114 at the transition from the bore part 120a to the bore part 120b and counteracts a movement ring of the valve shaft to the right.
On the right-hand side, the valve stem carries a screwed-on valve head 115e. The valve head 115c moves with play in the borehole part 113 of the right horizontal borehole (loose valve housing 114. The shaft 115 also has play in the borehole part 113a. Of the same borehole. In the valve stem part 115 there is a rubber elastic in the borehole part 113 Sealing ring 116, which can be compressed between the valve head 115c and your shoulder of the valve housing 114 at the transition from the bore part 113 to the bore part 113a and blocks the right horizontal bore for the passage of pressurized gas. In the normal position of the valve stem, the right one remains horizontal Bobrung blocked for the passage of compressed gas, since the compression spring 118 normally pushes the valve stem to the left.
The two valves 114a, 114b are connected to pipes as follows: From a line connection piece 8, which is designed in a known manner for connecting and disconnecting a compressed gas line, a pipe 100a leads to the right side of the lower valve 114a, into which this pipe airtight is joined. The left side of the valve opens into the atmosphere. A pipe 100b connects to the lower arm of the T-piece-shaped valve housing and leads to the right side of the upper valve 114b. The left side of this valve is also without a pipe connection and leads to the atmosphere.
The vertical arm of the T-piece-shaped valve housing, shown here pointing upwards, is connected to a tube 100c which leads to the drum base 24 and, in the case of the drum shaft, through this into the interior of the drum.
The hinge rods 101 and 101 'are designed and operated in such a way as it was described in connection with the first exemplary embodiment. The hinge rods 101 thus each have, as is also shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a pressure disk 111 which is firmly seated on the rod 101 and rests against the left end 115b of the corresponding valve stem and is used during pivoting of the handle 10r2 of the corresponding hinge rod 101 from the one shown in FIG.
4 to move the valve stem to the right, or when pivoting it into the position shown, to allow it to be moved to the left under the action of the compression spring 11S. The hinge rods 101 'serve, as already described above, with their right-hand ends as an abutment for the left end of the Seharnierstanjen 101. The bladder 7 can only be supplied with compressed gas when the lid of the drum is closed and locked by the Seharnierstangen.
The pressurizing and relieving of the bladder 7 then proceeds as follows: The handle 102 of the lower hinge bars 101 is moved from the position shown in FIG. 3 into the closed position. As a result, the valve stem of the valve 114a is pushed backwards, the sealing ring 117 being pressed together between the valve stem part 115a and the shoulder of the valve housing 114 between the bore parts 120a and 120 so that the passage from 120 to 120a is closed airtight.
At the same time, however, the valve head 115c also moves to the right and the rubber-elastic sealing ring 116, which was previously pressed together diehtend, becomes free, i.e. the pressurized gas passage is no longer possible at this point, and the bore part 113a is no longer sealed against the bulge part 113 If the handle 102 of the upper hinge rod 101 is also pivoted out of the position shown in FIG. 3, the process just indicated for the lower valve 114a also takes place there.
As a result, there is now the possibility of continuous pressurized gas routing from a nondisclosed position via the line connection piece 8, the pipe 100a, the valve housing bores 11.3, 113a, 127 of the valve 114a, the pipe 100b, the valve housing openings 113, 113a, 127 of valve 114b and read tube 100c to the inside of bladder 7.
In FIGS. 5 and 8, a third embodiment of the device is illustrated. In this embodiment, the drum, the two-part cover and the hinges and hinged rods are formed as in the first and second embodiments. The interior of the drum also has the same organs as in the exemplary embodiments mentioned.
The Druckgaszufülrung is much simpler according to Fig. 5, From a connection piece 8 of the Druclgasleitung a pipe 8a leads through the Tronnnellbolen 2 into the interior of the drum. The tube 8a is provided with an edge valve so that after the bladder has been filled with pressurized gas and before the pressurized gas line is removed from the connecting piece 8, it is shut off and the pressure within the bladder 7 can be maintained.
In order to make the compressed gas supply dependent on the prerequisite that the filling opening of the drum is closed and locked, the electrical supply line 121 to the electric motor for the drive of the compressor, which is to generate the required pressure, is via electrical switches 123a and 123b (Fig. 5), which, depending on the position of the handle 102 of each of the two hinge rods 101, left the electrical circuit open or closed.
Fig. 6 shows the structure of these switches. A contact box 123 made of insulating material, which is open on the left as seen in FIG. 6, has two bores in the floor on the right, in which two contact sleeves 12l, UM 'are seated. The contact head of every bushing loves in the contact socket 123. 'With the help of a screw nut 128 which engages over the end 122 or 122' of the respective socket 124 or 124 'protruding from the socket 123, each socket is on Can bottom tightened. At the ends 123, 122 'of the sockets, electrical conductors are connected in a manner not shown.
Through the left open end of the can protrudes a button l25, which, when it is pressed into the can, a contact spring 126 which sits at one end on the contact head of the socket 124 and is electrically connected to this socket, against the contact head of the other sleeve 124 'presses, so that a conductive connection between sleeve 124 and sleeve 124' is created. The button 125 has a tut. 125a, which, as FIG. 6 shows, only runs over part of the length of the button, so that a stop 125b is ent on the right.
A pin 128a engages in this groove 125a, so that the button 12a is held in the can 123 despite the force of the contact spring 126 acting outwards on the button 125. The actuation of the button 125 to establish the electrical connection between the sockets 121 and 124 'is carried out by' the pressing disk 111, which sits on the hinge rod 101, in a manner that has already been described in connection with the first and second embodiment.
The two switches 123a, 123b, one of which is each attached to a hinge rod 101, are in series with one another in the electrical supply line to the (not. Shown th) motor for the (also not shown) compressor. The electric motor can only run when the cover of the drum is closed and locked by both hinge rods 101, that is, when the handles 102 on the hinge rods 101 are brought into the closed position, so that the buttons 25 of the two switches 123n , 123b pressed by the pressing disks 111 into the contact sockets 123 and thereby both switches 123a, 123b are closed.
When the electrical circuit is closed by the two series switches, the compressor that supplies the pressurized gas is automatically started. However, opening only one of the Sehalter 123a, 123b requires the shutdown of the drive for the compressor.
The electric circuit of the electric motor can, as assumed here, be closed directly by the holder 12n, 123b. However, it can also actuate a relay through which the electric motor is then controlled in a known manner.
In all three exemplary embodiments, the container, which was shown as a drum, can be rotatably arranged horizontally.
The Beläilter- or drum wall, which takes the material to be pressed out, can also have two passages.
