Description

Assembly comprising a wristwatch and a photographic camera The object of the present invention is an assembly comprising a wristwatch and a photographic camera.

This assembly is characterized by the fact that the camera is incorporated into the link of the bracelet, of which it forms an element.

The appended drawing represents two embodiments of the object of the invention, given to by way of example.

Fig. 1 refers to an assembly in which the wristwatch is round. Fig. 2 relates to an assembly in which the wristwatch is qua drangular in shape.

In the first embodiment, according to FIG. 1, the watch, a round part 1, is supported by the usual link 2, for example of leather, but however with the interposition of an element 3, articulated to the bdite of the watch and constituting a camera of dimensions practically of the order of of the size of those of the watch.

Hinges 4 form the articulation, allowing to the whole to perfectly match the curvature of the wrist.

The camera comprises a lens 5, arranged laterally, a sighting hole 6 placed on its upper face, and finally a counter 7 shots, which could possibly have a knurled edge and at the same time be used to transport the film.

It would also be possible to have the viewfinder in 5 and the lens in 6 or both on one of the edges of the camera .

The sighting hole, for example 6, can be combined with an optical system allowing either there to apply the # eye and to see the whole image, or y see, by fixing the hole at distance, the center only of the image, which in some cases is perfectly sufficient to obtain a good aim.

It is understood that a camera of this size will use film, especially the normally impressed field of a commercial eight-millimeter - film which, in cinema- tography, has already proven itself as to the quality of the images obtained and to the possibility of enlarging them, or even of making their. In this case, we would obtain images of about five millimeters per side.

Given the small dimensions of the camera thus incorporated in the link, it is advisable to replace the central shutter with a curtain or preferably shutter shutter.

Instead of linking the camera to the watch by hinges, we could also do it with cords, leather, in a word a portion of a link, and even leave a certain distance between the device. and watch. Fig. 2 represents an assembly in which the wristwatch is square, all the other details possibly being similar to what has been described previously.
