Elastic suspension device in the power unit of electric traction vehicles, in particular for pivot bearing motors. There are known elastic suspension devices for cradle bearing motors and gear boxes of electric traction vehicles, in which the suspension structure consists of a rigid rod that is connected to a nose of the motor or gear box and to the vehicle frame by means of so-called silent bloc joints.
However, the Silentbloc joints only have good flexibility when rotating around their own axis, i.e. when the rubber is subjected to shear stress, but they are flexible in the radial direction, i.e. when the rubber is subjected to tension or compression very little elastic.
Other known suspension devices, which consist of a central tension screw, a concentric, tubular pressure piece and one each, are significantly more elastic on train and pressure. upper and a lower rubber joint, these joints consist of one on the tension screw and one on the tubular pressure piece acting rubber ring with associated pressure plates. As a result of the spring play of the vehicle frame with respect to the drive axle, however, in this design the central tension screw is not only subject to tension, but also to a considerable extent to bending.
With maximum spring play, this bending stress is usually significantly greater than the tensile stress during the transmission of the maximum torque. The invention allows the disadvantages outlined to be eliminated and, in particular, to prevent bending stress on the said central tension screw, as a result of which a significant increase in operational reliability can be achieved.
The invention now relates to an elastic suspension device with a suspension support on the vehicle frame, a suspension nose on the elastically suspended part and at least one rigid, vertically arranged connecting element which is connected by a rubber joint to the suspension support and the suspension nose, the rubber joints from both sides of the Insist on the suspension supports or the suspension nose arranged and clamped together by pressing plates.
The invention consists in that the press plates are rigidly connected to one another in at least one of the two rubber joints at at least three points outside the rubber rings.
Either the pressing plates at the rubber joints or only the pressing plates of the rubber joint connected to the hanging lug can be rigidly connected to one another.
The press plates can preferably be rigidly connected to one another by means of spacer screws, by pre-tensioning the rubber rings. Will the press plates each. of the two joints are connected to one another by spacer screws, the connecting element can be designed as a connecting tube which rigidly connects the press plates of both joints that are closest to one another.
In the drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the inventive Aufhangvor direction is shown in a simplified manner in application to a paw-bearing motor, namely: FIG. 1 shows a diagram of the arrangement, FIG. 2 shows a longitudinal section through the Aufhangvor direction, FIG III-III of FIG. 2 and FIG. 4 show a longitudinal section along the line IV-IV of FIG. 3.
In Fig.1 1 denotes a drive wheel set, 2 a Tatzlagermotor, 3 a suspension nose of the motor 2, 4 a rigid connecting element and 4 ', 4 "rubber joints of the suspension device, 5 the suspension support on the vehicle frame and f the spring play of the vehicle frame in relation to the drive wheel set.
According to FIGS. 2, 3 and 4, the hanging nose 3 of the motor 2 and the suspension support 5 are penetrated by a central tension screw 6 which is surrounded by a tubular pressure piece 7. On both sides of the hanging lug 3 and the hanging support 5, rubber rings 8 are arranged, which are clamped together by pressing plates 9. The tubular pressure piece 7 and the same facing pressure plates 9 are combined into a single piece in the embodiment shown.
As Figure 4 shows, the press plates 9 of the lower rubber joint 4 "by screws ben 10 and spacers 11 under preload voltage of the rubber rings are rigidly connected to each other.
With the spring play f of the vehicle frame in relation to the drive axle of the vehicle, a reaction occurs due to the eccentric loading of the lower rubber joint 4 ″, which acts as a torque on the suspension structure. In the known designs, the central tension screw is tightened by this moment. On the other hand, in the embodiment according to the invention, this bending moment acts on the tubular pressure piece 7.
Since this has a much greater moment of resistance than the central lag screw, the bending stress generated by said torque remains far below the permissible limit, while in the known versions in the central lag screw, inadmissibly high values of the bending stress often occur.
The suspension device shown can also be used for gear boxes if the drive motor is permanently installed in the vehicle frame and the torque is transmitted to the pinion mounted in the gear box by a coupling that can move in all directions, with the large gear wheel sitting firmly on the drive axle.
