Dispositif d'éjection du culot de fond de poche pour machine à couler sous pression. L'invention se rapporte aux machines à couler sous pression et pins particulièrement à couler les métaux ferreux, du type dans le quel le moule est en, deux parties superposées, dont une partie supérieure est solidaire d'une partie mobile de la machine et dont l'autre est reliée à un cylindre d'injection' alimenté par un cylindre de poche, relié au cylindre d'in jection par un conduit étranglé et lui-même formé de deux parties superposées, dont la partie inférieure est solidaire d'une partie fixe de la machine, et dont. l'autre, mobile et séparable de la première, supporte la partie inférieure du moule.
Dans une semblable machine à couler, cha- que opération de coulée laisse un ci-dot de métal solide au fond du cylindre de poche, notamment, dans la partie étranglée. Or il est difficile de décrocher ce culot après Pouver- ture du cylindre de poche, consécutive au démoulage.
La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif d'éjection du culot de fond de poche,. caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une fourchette articulée à un plateau fixe de la. machine, fourchette à laquelle est articulée une aiguille d'éjection débouchant dans le fond dudit cylindre de poche, l'extrémité libre de ladite fourchette étant reliée opérativement. à un tirant, articulé, d'autre part, à la partie mobile du cylindre de poche. Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exem ple, une forme d'exécution du dispositif objet de l'invention.
La fig. 1 est une vue schématique avec coupe dudispositif éjecteur de culot de métal monté dans une machine à couler sous pres sion.
La fig. 2 est une vue en plan d'un détail de la fig. 1.
Dans ces figures, 1 désigne un plateau mobile de la machine à mouler, solidaire de la partie supérieure 2 du moule, dont la par- tic inférieure 3 repose sur et est. solidaire d'un élément supérieur mobile .5 du cylindre de poche 51, dont l'élément inférieur 7, à son tour, repose sur et est solidaire d'un plateau fixe 18 de la machine.
Le cylindre d'injection 6, avec son piston 8, est disposé verticalement au-dessous du moule et débouche dans le joint de celui-ci; c'est dans ce cylindre que débou che le conduit étranglé 52 du .cylindre de poche 51, lequel contient un piston 12 et peut être rempli à l'aide d'un entônnoir 53.
Le dispositif d'extraction du culot 54 de fond de poche est constitué par une four chette 13, articulée en 9 a11 plateau fixe 18 et qui porte, articulée à elle en 10, une aiguille d'éjection 11, susceptible de coulisser dans un guidage 55 de l'élément inférieur du cylindre de poche, de manière à pouvoir air ati mo ment voulu sur le culot 54. L'extrémité libre de la tige de la fourchette 13 passe dans un collier 14 monté à l'extrémité inférieure d'un tirant vertical 15, articulé en 16 à l'élément supérieur 5 @du cylindre de poche.
Enfin, cet élément supérieur 5 est lui-même relié à deux tirants extrêmes 17., susceptibles d'être en traînés verticalement par le plateau mobile 1 de la machine après une course perdue déterminée correspondant à l'ouverture du moule 2-3.
Le fonctionnement du dispositif est le suivant: Au cours du démoulage, obtenu en soule vant le plateau 1, il y a ouverture du moule. Puis, lorsque le plateau 1 est venu buter sur les embouts des tirants 17, il opère le soulè vement du plateau 5. Ce soulèvement agit sur l'axe 10 par l'intermédiaire du tirant 1,5 qui entraîne le bras de la fourchette 13.
La pièce 7 et le plateau 18 restant fixes, la, four chette 13 exécute autour de l'axe 9 un mouve ment de rotation dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'iule monstre, vu à la fig. 1, et l'aiguille de l'éjecteur 11 pénètre dans le fond du cylindre de poche en chassant le culot de métal 54 qui s'y trouve.

In these figures, 1 denotes a movable plate of the molding machine, integral with the upper part 2 of the mold, the lower part 3 of which rests on and is. integral with a movable upper element .5 of the pocket cylinder 51, of which the lower element 7, in turn, rests on and is integral with a fixed plate 18 of the machine.
The injection cylinder 6, with its piston 8, is disposed vertically below the mold and opens into the seal thereof; it is into this cylinder that the constricted duct 52 of the pocket cylinder 51 opens, which contains a piston 12 and can be filled using a funnel 53.
