Description

  

  Einrichtung zur lösbaren Verbindung von zwei Teilen, insbesondere bei Möbeln.    Es ist bekannt, Teile von Möbeln durch  Schrauben miteinander zu verbinden, die       cinerends    im einen Teil drehbar gelagert sind  und in eine im andern Teil feste Mutter ein  greifen. Es gibt auch Ausführungen, bei denen  die Schrauben im ersten Teil versenkt ange  ordnet sind, wobei sich der Kopf jeder       chraube    in einer verschliessbaren Nische     be-          SS     findet. Der Spanndruck wird dabei unmittel  bar neben der Schraube auf das Holz übertra  gen, so dass beim festen Anziehen der Kopf  der Schraube in das Holz hineingedrückt  wird.  



  Gegenstand der vorliegenden     Erfindung     ist nun eine Einrichtung zur lösbaren Verbin  dung zweier Teile, insbesondere von Möbeln,  mittels Schrauben, welche in dem einen Teil  drehbar sind und in, eine im andern Teil feste  Mutter eingreifen. Erfindungsgemäss zeich  net sich dieselbe dadurch aus, dass jede  Schraube mit einem Kopf auf eine kreisbogen  förmige, der Wandung einer kreisrunden  Nische anliegende Unterlage     drückt.     



  Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist als  Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegen  standes eine Einrichtung zur Verbindung  zweier Möbelteile dargestellt, und zwar zeigen:       Fig.1    eine Ansicht von     vorn,          F!-.    2 einen Schnitt nach der Linie     11-II     der     Fig.1.        Fig.    3 einen Schnitt nach der Linie       III-III    der     Fig.1.        Fig.    4 bis 6 Details.    Die Schraube 3 durchsetzt die senkrechte  Bohrung 4, die im Teil 1 auf der     obern    Seite  der Trennfuge zu einer kreisrunden Nische 15  führt.

   Sie ist unten mit- einem     Gewinde    5, in  der Mitte mit einem glatten Schaft 6 und  oben mit einem Kopf 7 versehen. Letzterer  besitzt eine Eindrehung 8, welche durch  Bunde 9 begrenzt ist. Im Bereiche der Ein  drehung 8 besitzt der Kopf 7 Querlöcher 10  zum Einstecken eines Stiftes, z. B. eines Na  gels, zum Drehen der Schraube. In der Nische  ist unten eine kreisbogenförmige Unterlage 13  eingelegt, die in der Mitte eine Bohrung 14  aufweist. In dieser ist eine Büchse 11 ein  gesteckt, welche oben mit einem vorstehenden  Rand 12 auf beiden Seiten auf der Unterlage  aufsteht und unten in die Bohrung 4 ein  greift. Auf der Büchse 11 steht die Schraube  3 mit ihrem Kopf 7 auf.  



  Die Schraube 3 greift mit ihrem Gewinde  in eine Mutter 19, welche in den Möbelteil 2  eingelassen ist. Sie besitzt oben einen vor  stehenden Rand 12, mit dem sie     auf    einen  Absatz der Bohrungen im Teil. 2 aufsetzt, und  unterhalb des Muttergewindes aussen, Nuten,  welche miteinander scharfe,     ringsumlaufende     Grate bilden. Innen ist die Bohrung der Mut  ter unterhalb des Gewindes nach unten zu  konisch. Unten besitzt die Mutter 19 einen  Schlitz 20, der sich bis in den Gewindeteil  erstreckt.  



  Ursprünglich hatten die Grate den glei  chen Durchmesser wie die Mutter unterhalb  des Randes 18, und so konnte die Mutter in      ein zylindrisch in den Teil 2 gebohrtes Loch  gesteckt werden. Dann wurde ein. Dorn in die  Mutter hineingeschlagen, so dass sie unten       aufgeweitet    wurden und sich mit den Graten  23 in das     Holz    des Teils 2     hineingrub.    Damit  sass sie im Teil 2 fest.  



  Beim Verstellen des Drehkopfes 7 mittels  eines in eines der Querlöcher 10 eingeführten  Stiftes schraubt sich die Schraube 3 in die  Mutter 18 ein oder aus. Beim Einschrauben  drückt der Kopf 7 der Schraube 3 auf die  Büchse 11, und letztere drückt auf beiden  Seiten auf die Unterlage 13, und diese wird  mit der ganzen untern Fläche gegen die Wan  dung 15' der Nische 15 gepresst, so dass die  beiden Teile 1, 2 zusammengehalten werden.  



  Mittels der beschriebenen Einrichtung       wird    eine zuverlässige Verbindung von zwei  Teilen, z. B. von Möbeln, gewährleistet.

  The present invention is a device for releasably connec tion of two parts, in particular furniture, by means of screws which are rotatable in one part and engage in a fixed nut in the other part. According to the invention, the same is characterized in that each screw presses with a head on a circular arc-shaped base resting against the wall of a circular niche.



  On the accompanying drawings, a device for connecting two furniture parts is shown as an embodiment of the subject of the invention, namely show: Figure 1 is a view from the front, F! 2 shows a section along the line 11-II of FIG. 3 shows a section along the line III-III of FIG. Fig. 4 to 6 details. The screw 3 penetrates the vertical bore 4, which leads to a circular niche 15 in part 1 on the upper side of the parting line.

   It is provided with a thread 5 at the bottom, a smooth shaft 6 in the middle and a head 7 at the top. The latter has a recess 8 which is delimited by 9 collars. In the areas of a rotation 8, the head 7 has transverse holes 10 for inserting a pin, for. B. a Na gel, for turning the screw. In the niche, a circular arc-shaped base 13 is inserted, which has a hole 14 in the middle. In this a sleeve 11 is inserted, which stands up with a protruding edge 12 on both sides on the base and engages in the hole 4 below. The screw 3 stands up with its head 7 on the bush 11.



  The screw 3 engages with its thread in a nut 19 which is let into the furniture part 2. It has above a standing edge 12 with which it is on a paragraph of the holes in the part. 2 touches, and below the nut thread outside, grooves which together form sharp, all-round burrs. Inside the hole of the courage ter below the thread is conical downwards. At the bottom, the nut 19 has a slot 20 which extends into the threaded part.



  Originally the burrs had the same diameter as the nut below the edge 18, and so the nut could be inserted into a cylindrical hole drilled in part 2. Then became a. The thorn punched into the nut so that it widened at the bottom and dug itself into the wood of part 2 with the burrs 23. So she was stuck in part 2.



  When the rotary head 7 is adjusted by means of a pin inserted into one of the transverse holes 10, the screw 3 is screwed into or out of the nut 18. When screwing in, the head 7 of the screw 3 presses on the bush 11, and the latter presses on both sides on the base 13, and this is pressed with the entire lower surface against the wall 15 'of the recess 15, so that the two parts 1 , 2 are held together.



  By means of the device described, a reliable connection of two parts, e.g. B. of furniture.

Claims

Claim: Device for the detachable connection of two parts by means of screws which are rotatably arranged in one part and which engage in a nut fixed in the other part, characterized in that each screw has. a head on a circular arc-shaped, the wall of a circular niche on lying pad presses. SUBClaims: 1. Device according to patent claim, characterized in that the screw (3) passes through a guide bushing (11) which presses the latter onto the circular-arc-shaped base (13). 2. Device according to claim and dependent claim 1, characterized in that the screw (3) has a rotary head (7) provided with a rotation (8) with transverse holes (10) in the recess. 3.

Device according to patent claim and dependent claims 1 and 2, characterized in that a cover (16) which closes off the niche (15) is provided which has a resilient clip (17) which supports the rotating head (7) of the screw ( 13) includes. 4. Device according to claim and dependent claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the pad acts on approximately half the circumference of the niche (15).
