Process for the preparation of a pigment dye. It has been found that valuable solvent-free pig @ ntfai-bstoffe are obtained if 1, 4-diaininoantliraellinones which contain at least one free H atom on each nitrogen atom and also organic pests on one or in both groups with together contain at least two amino groups, with. polyfunctional compounds implemented.
The substances coming into question as starting materials are expediently herge provided by condensation of quinizarine, leucoehinizarine or leuco -1,4 - diamino- mithraehinone with an excess of polyamines.
By reacting 1 mole of leuco-diainine with at least 2 moles of aliphatic, eyeloaliphatic, aromatic, araliphatic or mixed eyeloalipliatiseliaroma.tical diamines, the symmetrical 1,
4-diamino derivatives with two external amino groups. By reacting leuco diamine with r 11o1 of a tri- or polyamine and, if necessary, a further mole of an aliphatic or aromatic monamine. unsymmetrical starting materials were produced.
Suitable diamines that react with 1,4-leukodiainines are ethylenediamine, 1,2-diamino-3-oxypropane, hexa.hydro-p-phenylenediamine, hexahydrobenzidine, perhydro-2,6-naplithylenediamine, -LT-methyl- 1,3-propylenediamine, 3-amino-la-aminoethylbenzene, spermine u. a. m.
In particular, the release products of diamines, the amino groups of which adhere to a secondary carbon atom, result in particularly valuable dyes.
Suitable crosslinking components are primarily those polyfunctional compounds which polyadd and largely weaken the basicity of the external amino groups. The following may be mentioned: aliphatic and aromatic diisocyanates, pyromelite dianhydride, bis-ethylene oxide compounds, etc.
But the phenyl esters of diacids, oxal esters, diphenyl carbonate, ethane tricarboxylic acid esters, melamine, examethylol methyl ether, benzene disulphonethylene imide, benzene disulphonyl chloride, cyanuric chloride, terephthalate loyyl chloride and triaciyloyl perhydrotein give good effects.
Depending on the solubility ratios and the reactivity of the individual compounds, the molar enlargement of the basic 1,4-diamino-anthraquinone derivatives can be carried out in aqueous suspension or in an organic solvent. This can also be carried out in such a way that the starting materials are condensed together with typical resin formers, if appropriate after appropriate reshaping of the NH2 groups, eg. B.

You have it through this simple process based on the technically easily accessible 1,4-diamuioanthraquinone in hand to produce high-quality violet, blue and green pigment dyes for a wide variety of applications.
The subject of the present patent is a process for the production of a blue pigment, which is characterized in that 1,4-di- (p-amino-cyclohexyl-amino) -anthraehinone with a mixture of 2.4 and 2.6 toluene diisoeyanate, as it is obtained by phosgenation of the industrially produced toluylenediamine, implemented. The reaction is advantageously carried out in an organic solvent and at a slightly elevated temperature.
The blue allspice obtained is insoluble in the usual solvents and is characterized by particularly good lightness and brilliance. Example: 43 parts by weight of the color of the constitution

Nitrobenzene dissolved and reacted on the @ # 'rasserbad with 175 parts by weight of a mixture of 2,4- and 2,6-Toluyjen diisocyanate, as it is inherited in the phosgenation of the technically produced toluylenediamine. A blue fine-grained precipitate of the corresponding polyurea forms immediately, which is filtered off with suction, washed with methanol and dried. The pigment obtained is insoluble in the usual solvents and is distinguished by particularly good lightfastness and brilliant lightness.
