Description

  

      Verfahren    zur Herstellung eines wasserunlöslichen     Disazofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man wertvolle,  von     Sulfonsäure-    und     Carbonsäuregruppen     freie     Disazofarbstoffe    von guten Echtheits  eigenschaften erhält, wenn man die     Tetrazo-          verbindung    von     4,4'-Diamino-3,3'-dichlordi-          phenyl    mit     Acetoacetylaminobenzolen    von der  allgemeinen Formel

    worin     R    einen     Alkyl-    oder     Arylrest    bedeutet,

    für sich oder auf einem Substrat     kuppelt.     



  Die so erhaltenen     Disazofarbstoffe    stellen  wasserunlösliche Pigmente von klarer gelber  Farbe dar. Sie eignen sich infolge ihrer hohen  Farbkraft, ihrer guten     Lösungsmittelbestän-          digkeit,    ihrer guten Lichtechtheit und der  meist hohen Transparenz insbesondere zum  Färben von Kunststoffen und für den gra  phischen Druck sowie für spezielle Gebiete  der Lack-, Tapeten- und Papierindustrie.  



  Gegenüber dem aus der deutschen Patent  schrift     Nr.251479    bekannten Farbstoff aus       tetrazotiertem        4,4'-Diamino-3,3'-dichlordiphe-          nyl    und     Acetoacetylaminobenzol    zeichnen sich  die neuen Farbstoffe durch bessere Licht  echtheit sowie wesentlich höhere     Transparenz     aus.

   Ferner übertreffen die neuen Farbstoffe  den bekannten     Azofarbstoff    aus tetrazotier-         tem        4,4'-Diamino-3,3'-dichlordiphenyl    und     1-          Acetoacetylamino-2-methylbenzol    sowie die  durch     Kuppeln    von     tetrazotiertem        4,4'-Di-          aminodiphenyl    bzw.

       4,4'-Diamino-3,3'-dime-          thylphenyl    mit     1-Acetoacetylamino-2-chlorben-          zol,        -2-methoxybenzol    oder     -2-methylbenzol    er  hältlichen Farbstoffe in der Lichtechtheit.  



  Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wasser  unlöslichen     Disazofarbstoffes,    welches dadurch  gekennzeichnet ist, dass man die     Tetrazover-          bindung    von     4,4'-Diamino-3,3'-dichlordiphenyl     mit     1-Acetoacetylamino-2-methoxybenzol    kup  pelt.  



       Beispiel:     50,6 Gewichtsteile     4,4'-Diamino-3,3'-dichlor-          diphenyl    werden mit 600     Volumteilen    Wasser  und 270     Volumtei'len    5n     Salzsäure        verrührt,     dann mit Eis auf 0  C gekühlt und mit 52,

  5       Volumteilen        40 /oiger        Natriumnitritlösung     bei 0  C     tetrazotiert.    Die geklärte     Tetrazolö-          sung    lässt man unter gutem Rühren bei 20  C  in eine essigsaure     Suspension    von 86 Gewichts  teilen     1-Acetoacetylamino-2-methoxybenzol    ein  laufen, wobei der     pH-Wert    der Kupplungs  flüssigkeit auf     5,5-4    gehalten wird. Nach be  endeter     Farbstoffbildung    wird mit direktem  Dampf aufgekocht, der Farbstoff auf übliche  Weise abgeschieden, neutral gewaschen und  getrocknet.

   Die Kupplung kann mit Vorteil  auch in Gegenwart von Harzseife durchge  führt werden.      Das so erhaltene     Produkt    ist ein klares       grünstichig    gelbes Pulver, das sich durch hohe  Farbkraft und gute Lichtechtheit auszeichnet  und zum Färben von Kunststoffen und für  den graphischen Druck sowie für spezielle  Gebiete der Lack-, Tapeten- und Papierindu  strie verwendet werden kann.

       4,4'-diamino-3,3'-dimethylphenyl with 1-acetoacetylamino-2-chlorobenzene, -2-methoxybenzene or -2-methylbenzene he available dyes in the lightfastness.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wasser unlöslichen Disazofarbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man die Tetrazoverbindung von 4,4'-Diamino-3,3'-dichlor dipheny l mit 1-Aceto- a.eetylamino-2-methoxybenzolkuppelt. Das so erhaltene Produkt ist ein klares grünstichig gelbes Pulver, das sich durch hohe Farbkraft und gurte Lichtechtheit auszeichnet und zum Färben von Kunststoffen und für den graphischen Druck sowie für spezielle Gebiete der Lack-, Tapeten- und Papierindu strie verwendet werden kann.
