Description

Method of making a plaster. The invention relates to a method for producing a plaster z. B. on Fassa the, inner walls and columns, which is characterized in that glass grains 1-3 mm in diameter with cement, white lime and water are stirred to a plastic mass, that the mass is applied to a base plaster and that the plaster after Hardening is brushed off in such a way that the glass grains are visible on the surface @ -ut.

The compound is best applied to the base plaster with a 5 mm thick Taloche and, as the technical term is, rubbed off and left to stand.

If, after hardening, which takes place in 1-2 days, the plaster is brushed off by hand or by machine with a smooth brush, impurities adhering to the glass grains are removed so that they stand out clearly.

The finished plaster is washable, has a strong strength and is insensitive to weather. It gives a special effect when it is irradiated by solar or artificial light.

The color of the plaster can be influenced by the composition of the binder without the addition of dyes, as the following examples show: 1. light color: 50 1 glass grain 50 1 powdered white lime 25 1 cement 2. medium color 50 1 glass grain 37.51 powdered white lime 37.5l cement 3rd dark color 50 1 glass grain 25 1 powdered white lime 50 1 cement Any desired color can be achieved by adding powder paints such as those used for facade paints, for example to the dry mass.
